I’ve had a great experience with the team at Dentistry on Dundas! From Dr. Matt to the entire team make you feel welcome, comfortable and are always willing to be accommodating for any treatment or services.

Kind, courteous, personable, everyone working at this dental office is a wonderful human and I've had nothing but positive experiences here. Dr. Mark Librach works quickly and efficiently and I've left each visit in no pain and experience no pain during the procedures. They make sure you leave in no pain, and while they're quick in their work nobody in this office sacrifices quality for speed. I will keep coming back to Dentistry on Dundas for as long as I can call the Durham Region my home.

Moved over to Dentistry on Dundas because the rest of my family was already there and my dentist retired. There are lots of things to like about DoD. All the dental services you need are located in one office and the staff go out of their way to accommodate needs and schedules, as well as insurance considerations. No upsell of services. Dr. Matt and the team are always professional and have a great "chairside" manner.

When I first visited Dentistry on Dundas my teeth weren’t in the greatest shape. I had rarely visited a dentist previously. The friendly and knowledgeable staff there were patient with me and worked with me in a manner that made me comfortable & got my teeth into tip top shape. Four years later, I am still regularly visiting Dentistry on Dundas and happy to do so.

Dentistry on Dundas provides a fantastic service. Yasime and Debbie are great dental hygienists. They are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Dr. Matt is an incredible dentist. He is thoroughly professional and respectful in working with individual's concerns. Dr. Matt makes the effort to educate patients as to what work is being done and how to mitigate future issues.

My first experience with Dr. Matt was an emergency walk in that was addressed immediately. I was so impressed with the whole team we ended up moving the entire family to Dentistry on Dundas.

The health of my teeth is extremely important to me, and i never want to be the person who missed an appointment. The staff have been the same folks year after year.hey feel like part of my family. I have been a patient of Dentistry on Dundas in Whitby for more than 30 years. Dentists Dr. Mark Librach and Dr. Steven Millman have always been available for my dental needs and Dr. Dana Levy has looked after my periodontal needs. They and their team are all excellent. Dentistry on Dundas is very modern and well equipped so almost all services are done on the premises, including x-rays, dental surgery and crown manufacturing work. Their premises are very spacious and includes free wi-fi and patient parking. Some days you may even hear K-Pop music in the background.
I give Dentistry on Dundas 5 Stars also because of the excellent team of professional dental assistants such as Liz and Pam, and the extremely friendly and helpful administration/front desk team including Miss Nicole, Victoria, Debbie and Nikki. I have always been treated professionally by the team at Dentistry on Dundas and highly recommend them to anyone looking for dental services in Durham Region.

I have been a patient at Dentistry on Dundas for over 10 years and have enjoyed every visit (even when it’s a tooth emergency!). The team is friendly, fantastic, and skilled, and has always gone above and beyond to take care of me. There’s no shortage of positive things to say.

Been coming here for years (maybe 20 years?) and I’ve always had amazing care at the hands of Dr. Librach and his staff. They really care for their patients and they treat you really great.

It’s hard for me to say this because going to the dentist isn’t my favourite thing. But, they’ve always made it a pleasure.

They also have great amenities to make things a little more comfortable like free Wifi and other nice things.

The wonderful doctors and staff at Dentistry on Dundas helped me get over my fear of going to the Dentist years ago. Well-organized, excellent care and great people all around. Can't recommend highly enough.

Great first experience!
My wife and I were not very happy with our latest dentist, so on our son and daughter-in-law recommendation, we decided to try their dentist. Little ways away but our son said that we will be not disappointed.
Long story short, my wife made an appointment for both of us to Dentistry on Dundas in Whitby.
Both had appointments 15 min apart. When we arrived, we were welcomed by the very attentive staff. We didn’t have to wait for the hygienist to call my wife’s name. Soon after, I was called in.
Debbie introduced herself to me and proceeded with my teeth cleaning. She was very patient and really made sure she did a excellent job. Through out the procedure she was funny and made sure that I was comfortable.
After the cleaning, I saw Dr. Millman. I told him that part of my tooth has broken and was wondering when he will be able to schedule me for the next appointment to fix it.
To my surprise, Dr. Millman said that he can have a fix during this visit. What a relief! No making another trip!
Dr. Millman was very professional and fixed my tooth in a short time.
The whole experience left me very happy.
Everything from the nice office, helpful staff and my tooth being fixed made my day.
I’m not one to write reviews, but when you experience great service, you need to compliment the people that provided you with great care.
Most people like to write only reviews when something is wrong but forget to acknowledge the good.
So thank you Dr. Millman, Debbie and the other wonderful staff for a great experience.

I can’t say enough good things about the care I received at Dentistry on Dundas. It was my first visit there and from the very beginning till the end, my experience was amazing. Beautiful decor inside made you feel relax and welcoming.
The staff was very nice and helpful and quickly processed my initial paperwork.
I didn’t have to wait more than 5 min before Sarah came and took me in for my check up and cleaning. She asked me if I was nervous when visiting dentist. I said yes and she assured me that I don’t have to panic (easier said than done). She proceeded to cleaning while talking to me in her quiet voice. After few minutes, she said that all is done. Wow! Great job girl, as I didn’t have my usually “white knuckles”.
Few seconds later Dr, Millman came in to check and assess my dental needs. He wasn’t looking for any extra work! Explained to me few options for the future and thank me for visiting their office.
What a great experience that was.

Dr. Librach and his assistant, Pam are a great team! I had a really hard filling to do today and they did a fantastic job, with humor, compassion and excellent pain management. Would recommend!

I went here to get a filling on my tooth, I could clearly see that the dental assistant was not well, she was coughing, sneezing etc.after few days I see myself getting the flu. They did a covid screening for me before I come to office. They should also do this to their employees and not let them come to clinic if they are not well. I will not be going here again as I can clearly see they do not care for their patients.

I very much appreciate Dentistry on Dundas and ALL of the staff. My 13 year old daughter has had to have some teeth pulled a couple of times and is always super anxious about the procedure, but Dr. Lanys and Shea are absolutely amazing in making her feel comfortable and informed every step of her appointments, which definitely helps her feel more relaxed. A big thank you!

A racist workplace. I will never tell anyone to go there. They called me from 8.30am-4pm for working interview but in middle of work, they told me to go out. They didn’t even bother to pay. I still owed $65 from them for 3.5hours. Though they knew, I am a new graduate and my skill is not that swift, they just destroyed my self confidence. I will curse them for my whole of my life. The dentist and the dental assistant! OMG! Such a unhelpful. It seemed, they were pre-planned to do this with me.

First went to Dentistry On Dundas when I needed a root canal and my other dentist office didn't offer payment plans for paying out of pocket. They made the experience super easy, and painless (even the root canal!)

Decided it would be good to bring my 9 year old for a cleaning/check-up, her first appointment full of anxiety and hesitation. The only thing we got done was counting teeth! But Dr Foldes was so patient and understanding. We rescheduled an appointment for a later date and were sent off with a copy of Tooth Troopers to read.
The next appointment went so smoothly, and my daughter loved filling out the book after her appointment ️ we had 2 follow-up appointments for cavities because Dr Foldes broke it up into 2 to make it easier for my daughter to handle. I couldn't believe how incredible she did for those appointments!

Cannot say enough good things about this dentist office!

I had a very nice experience here for my first time today. Everyone was so nice and professional, and the clinic is very clean and welcoming. Natasha did my first patient appointment/cleaning and she was wonderful. Dr. Mark Librach also did a check and was super friendly. This is definitely my new go-to place for all of my dental needs:)

I haven't go back since my last review but the 5 star ratings I figured must be fake. This place must be where the C and D students from dentist school go to find work. Try anywhere else first. Good luck.

Great office with firendly, efficient staff. My family and I have been going here for years and never had a single issue. All of their doctors must have gotten an A+ at dental school!

I have been to 2 other dental clinics in the Whitby/Ajax area over the past 2-3 years, and Dentistry on Dundas is by FAR better than they were. No name shaming, but just know that this place IS the standard to how a dentistry should operate. Dr. Matt was quite excellent, and very down-to-earth with me which let me fully relax and even learn while there. I am moving out of the province soon, however if at all possible, I would stay with this clinic for life.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly, and I didn't wait long to get in for my scheduled appointment. Dr Matt was thorough and took the time to explain the procedure as we went along. Monika was extremely helpful and patient when it came to taking x-rays which I really appreciated.

Always great professional service. Been coming for over 40 yrs. Still coming here even though we moved many miles away.

I have only been going here for under 1 year. I recently got my root canal done and have gone few times before for cleaning. I'm am terrified of any procedures so I opted for sedation. The doctor had come out in the waiting room to calm me down a bit and to see how things were or any questions I had. I had no issues with my root canal or my teeth cleanings I had in the past. One doctor which I can't remember her name, was gentle when she was cleaning my teeth. Another hygienist used an electrical cleaner which I have never used before and I found that a bit more tugging. Other than that they have been super friendly. Needless to say if and when I do have a bad experience, I'm gone like how I did with my previous dental place.

My family has been coming to Dentistry on Dundas for 15 years for all our dental needs. They are consistently excellent in patient care, offering all the latest state of the art technology. The dentists and staff are genuinely friendly and put you at ease. Highly recommend!

I'm normally nervous about having anything done with my teeth, including cleaning. The dentist and hygenist made me feel comfortable and explained everything thoroughly. I didn't even feel the needle for the freezing. Also, I felt very safe with all of the covid-19 protocols they are following.

The staff at Dentistry on Dundas are phenomenal! I have always been afraid of going to the dentist, and everyone I have seen here (dentist, surgeon, endodontist) has gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable at every visit.

Very friendly staff. They are very efficient and good at what they do. Been going here the last couple of years and I’ve never had a problem.

I ended up going to this dentist due to covid19 closures. The dentist was friendly and completed the work that was needed. The prices for the work was a lot higher than other dentists. I was okay the price given the circumstances. They completed the work they needed and completed an x ray to check everything at the end of the appointment. It came around for a 2nd appointment less then week later. At this appointment I was suppose to get a filling completed and they had me get another x ray when nothing has changed. It was just another thing they could bill me on. As time went on I made sure I made payments as agreed and this wasn't good enough it seems. During the same month I had made a payment and they decide to charge me a 2nd time for a double payment. This is the middle of a pandemic when things aren't as good they used to be, but they didn't care and double billed me anyways. So i called them about this and i was told they didn't mean too. So I moved past that and kept paying them each month as agreed. Here I am 3 months later getting double billed again without warning. It is very clear that this business is only cares about money. They never once called and mentioned they were going to bill my credit card without notice. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Dr. Millman and his team were fantastic to work with. Friendly, on time, and incredibly skilled. Very very happy and will absolutely be using them in the future.

I don't understand all the fantastic reviews.they solicit votes from patients for reader's choice awards.if you vote for them they put your name in a draw for a free dinner.the first dentist i had was fantastic.she left a year after i joined.that was 9 or more years ago.since then i have not been given the time of day by any dentist at the facility.the hygienists have always been nice so i kept going because i mostly only see them.there are many dentists who are as good or better than this place.i have dental issues that have never been addressed by the dentists at this place.

Been going to this dentist for cleanings my entire life also, just got Invisalign this year - great experience! The only thing I will say is that it is a very busy and popular dentistry office, so you may not get as much personal attention as you would at a smaller office.

In May during the height of the cover outbreak, I was troubled with an infection in one of my molars. I obtained a list of dentist that were open for emergency dental care. I chose Dentistry on Dundas. I was stressed because I had other problems with my teeth, but Dr Mark Lebrach and his assistant took care of all my issues with an efficient and professional approach. I also found the staff that was there caring and friendly. I look forward to return visits.

Thank you so much to Dr Millman and Sherry at Dentistry on Dundas for doing an emergency root canal on me on Tuesday April14/20. I called in the morning and they were able to perform the procedure that afternoon, even staying late to make sure it was completed the same day. Dr Millman and Sherry were exceptionally kind and understanding and patiently answered my questions. I was very impressed with their professionalism and efficiency especially since extra precautions needed to be taken. You are truly unsung heroes during this difficult time! Thank you so much!?

2 stars because of one person and one person only. She would act like working on my teeth was a chore and like I was a waste of time. Never have I been insulted for someone not being able to fix the problem initially.

I had a dental emergency and was seen the same day I called even though not a regular patient. The staff were extremely helpful and really put my mind at ease. I would recommend them to anyone.

My years coming to this clinic helped me navigate ongoing issues with my teeth with fractures and old dental work. Thoughtful consideration is always given to my budget and stress around larger procedures. Although I moved out of Whitby, I return here for all my dental work.

Very friendly staff. Also I was treated by Rebecca who gave me an important advise I'll remember for every dental work.i. E.breathe through your nose if there is an experience of pain or discomfort. This made my cleanup and filling less painful. Also Dr Millman is very experienced, calm and professional. I'm glad to have found Dentistry on Dundas for all my dental needs.

I've been going here for many many years, always friendly and great service. Have taken my 3yr old a few times now they are great with kids as well!

Everyone is so friendly and they answer all of my questions and give tips on how to take care of my teeth better. I would definitely recommend Dentistry on Dundas.

Dr. Librach promptly fixed my chipped filling pain free. Then before he closed up shop he noticed my old chipped front tooth. "I want to fix that too, " he declared. He evened out my tooth, thus increasing my level of attractiveness. I am looking forward to eating without having to get up to floss that tooth between meal courses.

They are quick, straight to the point and very helpful and friendly! Also, the receptionists seem to love their job and helping others and never leave you waiting!

We have been coming to see Dr. Librach at Dentistry On Dundas for 8 years now. Everyone is really friendly and we have always been pleased with the quality of work and service. We have two little ones and they actually enjoy coming to see the dentist because the experience is fun for them! I’ve had yet another visit that left me feeling cared for and important. Despite my deep-seeded fears, the Dentistry on Dundas team always puts me at ease and makes the experiences pleasant.

The staff is ALWAYS great! My kids (9 and 7) see Dr. Librach and he’s outstanding. He makes my kids comfortable all the time! My 9 year old needed a tooth pulled and Dr. Librach has him laughing the whole time and explains everything to him step by step before he does anything. Amazing man! We will never go anywhere else.

We have been patients for over 14 years and have had only positive experiences with Dentistry on Dundas. Phenomenal staff from the moment you walk through the door. Rebecca (our hygienist) is gentle & caring, with a great sense of humour! Sherry, who works with Dr. Millman, was the best part of getting Invisalign! Great hours, and parking too!

My experiences with Dr Lanys, (and her awesome assistant Stephanie) Dr Levy (and her fabulous assistant Melanie) Dr. Rapp and the Hygienist team have been outstanding. The service is great. No problems, but the parking is terrible. I have used paid parking the last 2 times due to the lack of parking. The parking use to be good. What has changed.

Dentistry on dundas is a warning welcoming environment I have nothing but praise for the warm welcoming staff my hiegenist cathy is friendly and always has a smile on her face she has cleaned me for over ten years now not only does she clean but is interested in my family and always ask about them likewise I am interested in her family as well we have often shared recipes especially in growing season as she loves gardening just as much as me I would reccomend this office to anyone who wants a great dental environment

I attended Dentistry on Dundas today for my regular cleaning. As always, my experience was top notch from start to finish. Parking is never an issue and as soon as I entered I was greeted with not one but multiple smiles from the friendly staff.

Once in the chair for my cleaning I was asked if I had any concerns or if I was experiencing any issues with my teeth. I mentioned a couple of small issues I was experiencing and the hygienist addressed them immediately and also had Dr. Lanys double check them. Dr. Lanys is an awesome dentist by the way.

All in all, a five star facility. I would not hesitate to recommend Dentistry on Dundas to anyone who is looking for a dentist!
