They are amazing! I have not had the most pleasant experiences at other dental offices in the past and have a lot of anxiety around going to the dentist. The front desk is always so pleasant and definitely helps ease my anxiety right as I walk in. I have had multiple hygienists work on my teeth and they have all been so wonderful at making me feel calm and at ease throughout the entire process. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you to Dentistry on Queen for all you do.

Margo was indeed a pleasure to be around, not only the cleaning, X-ray, and consultation was very very smooth, she also is super super educated and fun to talk! Wouldn’t go anywhere else through the time I’m in Kingston!

I would NOT recommend this dentist to ANYONE. I was taken advantage of as a college student. I went in and was told I would be getting 3 fillings done on my cavities and ended up being charged for 5 fillings, still having to pay $500 for an appointment that should of been no where near close to that price.

I had a fantastic experience with the team and practice – they were incredibly friendly. I highly recommend them.

Best dental office ever. They are super communicative, professional, efficient. They let me know if there are other appointments available and help with direct billing.

This is my second visit to Dentistry on Queen and I don’t have anything but nice things to say about their team. From the reception desk to the dental hygienists to the doctors, their team is very dedicated, accommodating, helpful and skilled at what they do. They do a stellar job at taking care of your dental needs, and provide guidance as needed. Not only that, they make sure to follow up on your dental appointments and even let you know if a spot becomes available at an earlier date. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist 10/10.

I highly recommend these dentists, starting with the reception that welcomes you warmly, everyone who works here is very professional, answers all your questions and always does an impeccable job.

Really superb experience - not a thing a dentistphobic person would ever say, but all the staff and Dr A were supportive and informative and wonderfully understanding about my anxiety. It actually was painless! Best dentist I've been to in decades.

Had an amazing experience from start to finish, had not been able to see a dentist for two years and had a issue I needed cleared up and they were quick, friendly and professional about everything. Sana was amazing at getting back to me fast and getting me in even earlier then expected, Hannah was amazing and proffessional with the cleaning and help figuring my next step and Dr. Omar was great at addressing the issues that needed done first and working with me to be able to get done. As well if you have insurance they are great with working with you with it! Will be recommend anyone to go here for dentist emergency or cleanings. 5/5 and will be returning!

I had a wonderful experience at Dentistry on Queen. The appointment booking, courtesy of Marinelly, was very efficient. The clinic is conveniently located and accessible to commuters. The facility was incredibly clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very welcoming. I was most impressed with Hailey, the dental hygienist, who was very thorough, kind, and knowledgeable. The dentist was also very professional. All in all, I am very pleased and I highly recommend this dental clinic.

Got my wisdom teeth out today and was out within 20 minutes, so fast! Everyone is so nice there. Highly recommend

This place is absolutely amazing! I had my first root canal done yesterday. I was super anxious about the procedure. The staff were absolutely amazing! My dental assistant comforted me during the freezing and my dentist talked me through it. The procedure went well, no pain during or after.

Amazing experience at Dentistry on Queen! I have severe anxiety going to the dentist; Sana was extremely welcoming, and Maria explained everything and ensured I was comfortable throughout my root canal with Dr. Vik - definitely recommend!

I don't doubt they can do a fine job.just their practice is unethical. I was told I needed a bite guard from what looks like grinding, and 3 fillings from what looked like could be cavities forming. The dentist gave a very poor explanation while pointing at my x-rays. The hygienist wasn't very friendly and kept hyping up how I need to come back for all of that. I didn't buy it. I take great care of my teeth and I've never had a dentist mention grinding. I'd like to avoid drilling holes in my teeth if I can. When I got to the front desk, as I waited the secretary asked me to scan a QR code and leave a review. It would have been awkward not to. (that's why they have so many 5 star reviews). I had a weird feeling in my stomach when I left. I chose to go to another dentist 5-6 months later, and they said there's basically nothing wrong with my teeth. I don't need any fillings now and it does not look like I have been grinding. I don't normally write reviews, but this made me so angry. Dentistry on Queen is out to take your money. They caught wind of my benefits plan and wanted to take full advantage, at the expense of my teeth. DO NOT go there.

I cannot reply to the message below from the owner - but here's my response:
My new dentist did mention I have some things presenting as the very very early stages of a cavity, but we are no where close to the point of needing to drill and I can likely solve the problem with good care. I can update if it gets to the point of needing to drill. Your other comment about the insurance thing doesn't makes sense. You tried to get me to pay MORE, and at a 90% coverage, I'd be forking out a few hundred dollars for the treatment and bite guard you said I needed. Its also interesting that you didn't mention the bite guard in your response.
Also, I don't understand your comment about your patients having a high IQ.how do you know your patients have a high IQ?
Your secretary makes everyone give you good reviews. That's it. That's why you're so highly rated. You know your rating is inflated for that reason. You know you try to milk your clients for money.

This is a SHADY place and I do not trust their recommendations.

I was experiencing severe jaw pain which was resulting from my a wisdom tooth impaction. I was able to be seen the next day and had all four teeth pulled a week later. All the staff were incredible! They were very professional and able to cater to all my needs. Dr. Omar and Maria completed the procedure very quickly and it was an overall smooth experience.

During Covid, I lost my regular dental checking, and the experience with Dentistry on Queen was very comfortable and reassuring.
Also, they have an excellent promotion for SLC International students. So, I Didn’t have to pay anything for the cleaning service (a full combo!) because everything was covered 100% with SLC International student insurance?

I am honestly not sure why this place is so highly rated. This is by far the most expensive dentist I have ever been to. My insurance normally covers 100% of a cleaning and at this place I got charged an extra $60. The facilities are fairly unremarkable and it doesn't feel modern at all. The rooms have no TVs in them. The staff aren't friendly. And they really push unnecessary xrays on their patients.

I had to made a last minute appointment for a dental emergency. As soon as I filled out the contact form (after business hours) I received a call letting me know they could fit me in the next day. I was in and out quickly and the staff was extremely friendly.

Bright, clean atmosphere and super kind and cheerful staff. They make booking a breeze and dental work comfortable.
I forgot my chapstick and was dreading having cracked lips but the hygienist had Vaseline at the ready without me even asking for it!

The staff at Dentistry on Queen were very lovely and informative. I felt very comfortable which is rare for me at a dentist.

It was very expensive, which isn’t so bad for me since I have some benefit coverage. I think maybe inflation has something to do with that though.

But all and all great place to go

I have the unique opportunity to post as both an employee and patient!
I had my very first root canal this week and it was a breeze (seriously!).
The procedure took a bit longer than expected, due to my cranky canals, but everything went really well. Dr Vik was methodical and meticulous, ensuring only the best results!

Am I biased because I work there? A little ;) But I was pleasantly surprised at how painless (even the needle!) The whole procedure was.

And on that note; I've never worked for such kind and compassionate people, to say I'm lucky would be a complete understatement!

A review is long pending. Had a wisdom tooth extraction on Feb, and had another wisdom tooth extraction today. The tooth extraction in February was an emergency and I am happy that the doctors were able to accommodate me on a short notice.

As with all extractions, there was uneasiness for some time, but with the medications given, it was not an issue really. Overall I am happy.

Staff really work with you to make sure you have the best care. Always friendly and inviting if their were 6 stars I would give it. Truly the best dental clinic in Kingston?

Got my cleaning done after 2years due to covid. Margo was super nice and friendly. Definitely recommend!

I have been very anxious about my dentist appointments in the past and having needles for freezing when I need fillings. This office is very understanding of their clients needs and supports them any way they are able to. Very clean, and very kind staff. They provide friendly appointment reminders and are flexible for any rescheduling. Highly recommended for anyone that is looking for a new dentist office!

Don't go to this place. Horrible experience. Last time I visited them because food were sticking between my two teeth. Nothing serious. Doctor gave a filling on one tooth. After few days I got really bad infection from that tooth. I visited other dentist and he said without root canal there is no other way. I had to do that just because of their mistreatment. Previously I did a root canal here. My current dentist saying the root canal was not done properly and I might feel pain on that tooth in future and the tooth might need to be extracted.

My review is long overdue, but I needed to post my comments regarding the amazing care and customer service from Dentistry on Queen.

On Nov 8th I was up most of the night with a horrible tooth ache, so I sent an email to Dentistry on Queen for an appointment. Sana was quick to respond to me the following morning and was able to schedule me that afternoon. Following an X-ray it was confirmed that I had an infection and required a root canal. I picked up my prescription and the root canal was scheduled early evening on the following day.

Every staff here was super kind and friendly. I got X-ray and filling teeth at same day. Dr. Vikar and his staff are very professional and supportive. Amazing first experience here! I originally went to have an assessment as I needed my wisdom tooth removed - however we ended up doing the removal the same day! The process only took 5 minutes total and both the technician and dentist made sure I was comfortable and aware of what was happening the whole time. Best experience I’ve had at a dentist office.

I found my favorite dentist that I had at KGH Dental. Dentistry on Queen is Omar Abdullah's practice. The receptionist and hygienist were very welcoming, friendly and compassionate, They helped make my experience less stressful. This place is very clean and organized. Omar is a very gentle man that explains what he is going to do and continues throughout the procedure which makes me feel more relaxed. He answered all my concerns & showed me a large picture of my exams to point out the problems that helped me understand what needed to be done to fix my problem then explained the procedure to fix it and gave me choices to proceed. I highly recommend Dentistry on Queen Street! Thank You Omar and staff for helping me through this process

Went in for an emergency visit for tooth pain. I was able to be squeezed in within 15 minutes of my call! I called for an emergency appointment and they saw me within 30 minutes which I really appreciated. They were all extremely professional and listened to my concerns and I expected to pay a small fortune for this appointment and this level of care but only paid 80! I HIGHLY recommend this place! The staff are kind, the office is clean, it was overall a great experience.

Before I came to Dentristy on Queen I had Dr. Dean, my wife and I went there for years and years. When Doc and his wife retired we followed to the new group. I see Margo alot and appreciate her expert knowledge and cleaning advice. The Queens group is a very professional group and do a good job.

Warm friendly reception and exceptional care! Margo (hygienist) is wonderful - she did an incredibly thorough job, both with my teeth and with explaining things throughout my appointment. Dr. Chaitanya also, upon noticing a detail on my x-ray, came in to discuss it with me and patiently answered all my questions. Very much surpassed my expectations for a routine cleaning, and I left feeling extremely well cared for and informed. Would recommend this office to anyone!

Dr Omar is very friendly and does an excellent job of putting you at ease while explaining the steps for your treatment. He has great bedside manner, skill and expertise The staff is also extremely welcoming and professional, going out of their way to make you feel comfortable.
The entire office experience is very modern and pleasant, and patients are given the opportunity to watch whatever they want on Netflix during their treatment. I would definitely recommend this office to anybody looking for a new dentist!

Dentistry on Queen is the absolute best! The team is thorough in their work, knowledgeable, honest and extremely accommodating. Prior to having Dr. Omar as my dentist, I couldn’t chew on my left side for 6+ years. I’ve had cavities refilled, assessments done, exams, paid out of pocket, etc.nothing seemed to work. During the first assessment with Dr. Omar, he and his team had a plan. Today, I’m finally pain free and I can’t thank Dr. Omar and his team enough.
Highly recommend. I promise that you won’t be disappointed in your experience.
