Dentistry on Queen Street West

They do a great job and literally everyone’s so nice every time I go - front desk employees, hygienists (thanks Laura!), dentists - all 10/10. I moved out of the city and I drive an hour so that I can still go here because I’ve never enjoyed a dentist so much.

I have been visiting Queen Dentistry for many years and have always had a great experience. This recent one stood out as I was getting new x-rays and scans and the technician (Morgan) was gentle and very communicative. She did the most amazing job, I was never uncomfortable (despite plastic and metal being placed in my mouth at ridiculous angles). I love Morgan and would happily visit her again!

From the start, it was clear that the best asset of Dentistry on Queen is its staff. The customer service, attention to detail and they way they make their patients feel safe and calm is remarkable.

I went in for a examination and cleaning and the entire staff made me feel not only welcome but calm and safe.

I have a tendency to get anxious and nervous at the dentist, but Dr Arin, the entire staff and team and this location made me feel a bit more at ease when it came time to get my examination and cleaning.

Been coming to this dentist when they first opened up and they have nothing but amazing. When I got married and had kids we wanted a place that would be great with kids. Dentistry on Queen is the best you will find, they are amazing with kids and they love going to them each time. Couldn't ask for a better dentist.

I highly recommend this clinic. All of the staff are wonderful; they don't try to up-sell you. They treat you like a real person and take your financial situation into consideration. They helped me to prioritize which fillings needed immediate attention and which I could possibly delay for a couple months while saving up.
Jen is amazing at making you feel at ease while getting into the chair, prepping before the work.
Dr. Arin Ratavosi has done amazing colour-matched work. He showed me images before and after procedures, so I knew exactly what he was working on, and why.
He meticulously ensured that my fillings were polished and gave me an even bite. They also made sure to prioritize my comfort by applying topical numbing gel prior to the freeze injection; and also by continually asking if I felt anything/if the freeze was sufficient.

I have been a patient of this dental clinic for 5 over year and all the staff are my favourite, they have empathy, compassionate and very caring staff and do their absolute amazing best to make sure us comfortable every visit.

When i moved downtown in my mid 20s I needed to find a new dentist locally when I stumbled upon dentistry on queen. Best decision ever they are so kind and knowledgeable. They helped my mom out who doesn’t love the dentist, they were so patient with her and answered all her questions and made her feel at ease. My advice is to see Shayla she’s the best!

Dr. Arin is hands down the best dentist I’ve had. He’s patient, professional, and very clearly an expert at what he does. He took the time to explain golden proportions for teeth to me today in an easy to understand way. He has an incredible eye for detail while being quick with procedures. Loved my last 2 visits. Also Jenny is an amazing dental hygienist, I have very low pain tolerance and anxiety, but I felt relaxed and almost no pain. Last but not least the receptionists who flawlessly handle insurance claims so patients can just walk in and walk out.

Inexperienced hygienist that cannot distinguish dry lips from a cold sore, same problem with the dentist, asked me to go to some other dentist because he couldn't diagnose a mark on my tongue, if you are going for a simple cleaning should be fine, I wouldn't trust them to do anything more complex

Speaking as a retired dentist I was extremely impressed with the quality of service from front to back. Dr. Ratavosi is extremely knowledgeable, kind and caring, so much so I immediately booked an appointment for my wife. My experience from the minute I walked in the door was exceptional. I was seeking a Toronto dentist in my area around Queen West and found Dentistry on queen west. Everyone has been so helpful and kind. Starting from the front desk staff to the pros at the back I am very happy to be a patient. I received a thorough cleaning much better than my previous dentist.

I recently moved to the area and knew it was about time to stop avoiding going to the dentists despite my usual anxiety. After reading the positive reviews on here, I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing the experiences have been. I'm always greeted by a lovely front desk receptionist, get treated by a great hygienist, and have received both cleanings and fillings where I didn't feel a thing. Dr. Arin and his team even walked me through a solid dental treatment plan for the foreseeable future, which makes me so much more comfortable going in. If you're looking for a new dentist, I'd definitely recommend the Dentistry on Queen team.

There are two different offices which is Dentistry On Queen West and Riverside Dental so you can choose to visit or will help you work with your schedule for your convenience. Dr Arin did all my front teeth. I love my teeth so much now. They look amazing. One thing which I really love to share with you guys is that this dental office does Crown in One visit instead of booking multiple. I love the fact that they have 3D Digital impression versus Traditional mold impression. If you have been searching for modern high tech dental office. This is the one you looking for. I am Totally satisfied and happy customer. Thank you Dr Arin and all the Staff members for giving me the best experience any customer could ask for.

I feel like the clouds opened up and this office floated down in front of me. I had braces for five years and retainers for ten. I've had some very bad experiences across several ortho practices, ranging from insults to gaslighting to forcing unnecessary surgeries, so I tend to go into places hoping for the best and expecting the worst. I ended up not only having all my needs met and validated, but also getting along really well with the staff. I get my hardware soon and can't review that just yet, but my exam was a super positive experience, and I'll be recommending Dentistry on Queen to absolutely everyone who will listen!

Best dentist I ever had by far!
I have been very picky about dentists and kept changing them for the last few years. I am so happy with them here that I'm pretty sure they're gonna be my permanent dentistry.
One of the things I really found professional about them was how my root canal needed a crown, they didn't just suggest me to go get a crown, and instead referred me to a specialist to make sure the root canal looks ready for crown. This wasn't something I experienced with my last dentists. After I checked with the specialist I realized it needs to be redone. If it wasn't for Dr. Ratavosi, I would have a crown on a not properly root canal tooth now.
The other thing I love about here is their suggestions about giving you your best smile, from their perfect whitening packages to their flawless veneer works. I really recommend them to anyone who is picky like me and want to make sure they can trust their dentist.

We just moved here and Dr Arin and Dr McMartin will be our new dentists. The staff at Dentistry on Queen West made an effort to move up my appointment. Dr Arin spent a long time advising me about some tooth pain I was having, at the appointment I had with him for a small cavity. As the pain was in a different tooth he advised me to wait to fill the cavity until the other tooth's situation was resolved, even though that meant loss of revenue for him. I was impressed with the great care he took to help me resolve the difficulty and explain what I should do.

I’ve been going here for a few years now and picked the office based upon proximity to my home. It’s also now become the best dentist I’ve had. As someone who was previously not thrilled about going to the dentist, I’ve absolutely loved my experiences here. Excellent staff and service all around. I cannot reccomend this place enough.

I've been coming to their location on the ground floor of my condo building for many years and have always enjoyed the staff and service! There are many dental offices, so friendly office staff and hygenists, and a nice bright office make the difference. Dr. Ratavosi gave me a good referral to a wonderful surgeon for my wisdom tooth removal and helped support me before and after the procedure as necessary.

If I could offer more than 5 stars, I would. This office is clean, and very spacious. The receptionist was pleasant and made a point of referring to me by name before I had even introduced myself. The dentist's assistant that took my x-rays was efficient and gentle. My dentist was personable and took time to explain the cause of my recent jaw pain instead of immediately jumping to expensive solutions. There were no lectures and no scolding. As someone that has actively avoided going to a dentist for many years, I left the office feeling confidence towards my next visit. I am so very happy that I found this dental office. Professional and very COVID safe. This office is clean and seemingly has all protocol in place to keep me (and them) safe. The hygienist i saw was very sweet, made me feel instantly comfortable. Dr Aron is energetic and it appears he is very passionate about his work.

I have been coming here for the past 6+ years and the service has always been excellent. Dr. Arin is a wonderful dentist. He removed my wisdom teeth which was a quick and painless experience. Since then I’ve been coming to this clinic to get all my dental work. I usually get my teeth cleaning done with Laura who gives gentle, pain free dental care. Was kind of taken aback my first appointment, because the staff speaks to you like you’re a real person. The dentist made me feel that he was invested and wasn't jumping between patients. He answered all my questions, and was very present. I'm so happy I found this office.

This is a wonderful dental clinic in the 6ix. Very friendly staff and Dr. Ross is a gem, he had all the patience to answer my endless questions about my teeth and concerns. Sonam is his assistant and she was doing a wonderful job from the second I stepped into the clinic. In regards of COVID precautions, they are doing a fantastic job. I was the only patient in the whole clinic during the period of the check-up. The lady in the front desk was also very helpful and accommodating. Overall, a great place to come to for the sake of your smile ;)

I always have great visits to Dentistry on Queen West. All of the staff are very attentive, my hygienist is awesome, friendly, and efficient. The dentist takes the time to chat with me and explain everything after an exam. I’ve recommended this place to all of my co workers:)

Can honestly say that yesterday I had the best tooth cleaning I have ever had. Thanks so much. The office is amazing, I had to bring my bike inside because I didn't have a lock and the front desk staff were so accommodating to me and allowed me to do that.
