Moving to another dentist after more than 15 yrs of my family going here. I have a serious mouth condition and Dr. Masoud is not responding to me anymore unfortunatey.

I've recently switched to this dental office from my previous one and I'm very happy with the change. They are super attentive to me, explain everything and break it down for me. Show me pictures and diagrams so I know exactly what's going on and they do direct billing. The receptionist is also very easy to talk to and makes sure you understand what your being billed for.

Overall I am very satisfied!

Since 2015 Dr. Masoud and Dr. Girgis delivers the best dental care and expertise for my whole family.
Their staff are pro and efficient reminding /teaching hygiene every visit. I highly recommend as itt just doesn’t stop after your dental issues or appointments, your dental health matters to them.

Been going here since I was 8. They always do a great job, and dentist Masoud picked up on dental abnormalities in my palate structure and was able to refer me to an Orthodontist. This was very great for me as I had a significant amount of abnormalities which led me to over 8 years of orthodontics but I was able to get it over with in my early childhood rather than adulthood.

Always feel welcome it has a very friendly atmosphere feels like your at home very enjoyable

Everyone here is great! Receptionists dental assistants Hygenist’s and dentists are all very friendly, prompt and very very knowledgeable! Great place and people.

Rude person at the front desk, irrespective of what is asked - their only objective is to extract as much money as possible using the insurance. I can understand thats probably whats been fed to them by business, but ignoring the patient altogether seems unjustified. Never going back!

The staff are great and I still have my teeth.
If it weren't for them I would be eating pureed steak.

Best dentist I have ever gone to! They are great and have been great with all my children. I had been going to Dentistry on Taunton longer than my children. Prior, 2 of my children, were fearful of the dentist. Everyone was so great that now my children show no fear. They are excellent with communication and willing to communicate over the phone or email; I personally love communicating over email since I did shift work and couldn't always call between business hours. I would recommend Dentistry on Taunton!

Fantastic service. Instantly felt like part of the family. They explain everything in great detail and are very organized. Best dentist I’ve been to in my 47 years. Now my wife, son and mother in law all go there.

This place has great hospitality and customer satisfaction staff are kind and caring. Dr Amanda Effat is a very pulchritudinous, professional and talented dentist who knows her job. Out of all the places I have been to this place is the best now my whole family comes to this place.

I have been using the same Dentist since 2005 and l have not seen better service, care and aftermath follow up. I can blindly trust their device and professional advise. Not even myself but my whole family and relative is with them. They treat them as their family.

Have been seeing Dr Masoud and Dr Girgis for a few years now! Best dentist I've been to by far. I'm the nervous type that had a bad experience as a child.they're always patient with me. I had a root canal done by Dr. Girgis and had no pain whatsoever. Only had freezing. NO PAIN during or after. Exceeded my expectations by far. Thank you again!

I have been seeing Dr. Masoud for approximately 10 yrs, and I have to say that as someone who has suffered from many dental issues since childhood, I appreciate the value of a great dentist. Dr. Masoud is a meticulous and talented professional who always takes the time to explain everything in detail to her patients. Not only does she do beautiful work, but she is friendly, and approaches her work with obvious care (and a fantastic sense of humour!).
