Dentistry On West

I am compelled to write the strongest recommendation for Dentistry on West. Recently I had a rather embarrassing mishap that Dr. Chu and his kind dental hygienist, Kara, took care of. They confirmed once again the very high level of concern for patients that I have experienced before. Knowledgeable, professional, personable, caring – four words that describe this practice. Lucky to have such kind, honest dentistry in Orillia.

PLEASE READ! I just had my second horrible experience with the office secretary named Kelly. She is very very rude and unprofessional. I called and asked to reschedule an appointment from Wednesday to Friday as my babysitter had a conflict. Kelly made a rude comment advising me that I couldn’t reschedule until over two weeks later. Then I told her it was fine and that I’d find a new babysitter. I showed up on the Wednesday for my scheduled appointment and she told me that I had cancelled it. When I said I didn’t cancel, she became extremely rude and gave me major attitude and said that I had no babysitter. I ended up walking out as I didn’t need to be treated that way.
It doesn’t matter what’s going on in your life, you don’t talk to patients or anyone with that level of attitude. Especially because of a miscommunication on her behalf. Also don’t expect an apology from her.
I had been going there for 16yrs until today. If you can get the other secretary then you should be good. Dr. Chew is amazing.

Every person you encounter is super nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. I’ve never had a bad experience in my many visits.

Great experience at this dentist office, I have a fear of the dentist because of past experiences. I was very comfortable, and happy with all the staff, They are extremely welcoming. I definitely recommend this dentistry in Orillia.
