I always have a great experience during my visits. Friendly staff, quick and efficient appointments, and I love that they were understanding of my situation and able to accomodate my need for direct billing during my last big appointment. 2 hours in the chair, minimal discomfort, and I am happy to say I am half way to reaching my smile goals. I wouldn't generally categorize going to a dentist as a wonderful experience, but with a few simple procedures, they were able to ameliorate a problem I was having which other dentists missed. Very happy with the care I received.

Today was my first visit and I can say that they were very professional and knowledgeable at what they do.

What more needs to be added? Dr. Jadhav and her staff are skilled,
and competent - Professional in every way. The bonus is that they are nice people and easy to work with!

The clerks at the front desk are kind, professional and are very thorough about making sure your appointments are booked and you are well notified. Dr. Jadhav is very considerate and a very skilled Dentist, I had my first root canal done by her and both the procedure and aftercare went perfectly.

Normally I feel a lot of anxiety with dentists and dental care in general but I feel safe and confident that I'm getting amazing care here.

Loved the staff at the clinic! Everybody was super pleasant. They even accommodated my appointment on a very short notice. Great service! They made sure I was comfortable through out. Also, the clinic was clean and aesthetically pleasing which helps a lot when your at the dentist’s LOL. Highly recommended!

When you call or walk in Dentristry@Richmond, you will be welcomed by a compassionate person on the other line or on the front desk. I have great anxiety about dentist offices due to a childhood trauma, and since I am on a fixed income, that anxiety is amplified by additional stress. Most offices I have dealt with in the past have difficulty understanding the depth of such dis-ease or circumstance. Emily has a way to reduce that mental and emotional pain while talking with her. Once an appointment was made, the incredible attention to detail by Amy is a preview of how your treatment will be considered; with care and precision. In contrast to a blaring television with depressing news I was waiting with calming music, which is a great way to slow down the stories in my head. Then, I met the captain of this office, Dr. Jadhav Shital. Since I am sensitive to energy, I immediately was put to ease by her re-assuring words and demeanor. Dr. Jadhav is not only a doctor by profession; she is also a healer by choice. When she said there will be no pain, I was skeptical silently, but she was true to her word. She was assisted also by an equally compassionate person, Jamshaid, who after the treatment, fatherly and with great concern explained the process to faster healing.
Needless to say I have since switched to this amazing and wonderful office. It is worth driving 45 minutes to get a treatment true to their word: Kind, Progressive and above all Compassionate. Thank you Emily, Amy, Jamshaid and Dr. Jadhav.

I went in for a new patient exam, the Dental assistant was very nice, he made sure I was comfortable and kept me informed about what was happening, Dr Jadhav was excellent, she took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all my questions, I was very pleased with my experience and will be going back for the recommended treatments.:)

Switched to this dentistry after not being particularly happy with my last one.

Both my first time appointment and my consultation were quick and easy, no long wait times.

Ended up getting my last 2 wisdom teeth out here, and it was shockingly fast. I was a bit worried before the appointment, but the staff is great and re-assured it won't be so bad.

To be fair, great customer service, and excellent wisdom teeth removal services. They removed four wisdom teeth from me at a time and I recovered soon and well. I can eat food and enjoy my meals.

But for that one tooth next to the wisdom tooth, at the beginning, they said it's necessary to remove it too. I was reluctant and they said allright they could try to fill it to fix it. So, they arranged a filling appointment for me after my recovery from the wisdom teeth thing.

Well, yesterday, in the middle of the filling appointment, the doctor suddenly told me there's no way to do the filling. I asked what if we just stopped everything right now and I might need to go back home to reconsider. But it's too late, because to try to do the filling, the tooth had been cut and drilled. So I had no choice but agreeing to lose the tooth. I am so disappointed and what else can I say right?

According to the X-ray, if you were not able to fill it or if it's too hard for you to fill it, just let me know straightforwardly, it would be fine. If I chose to keep the tooth and I suffer pain later, it would be my own fault to not to listen to you.

But, you should not had arrange the so-called "filling appointment" with me. BTW at the end, please cancel my deep cleaning appointment. Thank you!

I was looking for a new dentist office and came across Dentistry @ Richmond! Walking into the office you get a sense of serenity with calming spa music playing in the background! The receptionist Reshma was very kind during our phone conversations and helpful getting me set up with the required paperwork.

Ghezala was my dental assistant, she is extremely friendly and very funny! We had great conversations throughout my appointment and got along seamlessly. She did the impression for my mouth guard and we had a lot of laughs during the process. She has a gentle, calm demeanour, and makes you feel at ease.

My dentist, Dr. Bhan, did an amazing job during my exam and cleaning, she showed me areas I need to focus on and provided knowledgeable feedback to help me increase my gum health! She was also very friendly, we had awesome conversation, and was gentle with my mouth! I have no soreness as I have experienced in the past with dental work, so thank you!

In general the office is very clean, beautifully decorated, and you have a tv you can watch during your dental work. You also get a cute gift bag ️All the staff were amazing! They are quick and efficient! I could not recommend this office more!

Gazella is absolutely wonderful she is the assistant to the dentist if you have her she will do nothing but give you smiles the entire time she really does make for a overall great experience at the dentist:)

The dental clinic is neat and clean, the reception staff are very welcoming. All the staff are great.

Great experience at Dentistry@Richmond. My self and my two daughters (4 and 6) had our first appointments with Dentistry@Richmond this week. They were kind and knew how to work with my young daughters to ensure they were comfortable. Their facilities are very nice. Covid protocols were followed and we never felt uncomfortable.

I feel that this the every and I mean every staff member dost just see us for patients but as family they deserve an A+ rating.

Not only fair pricing, but extremely professional, knowledgeable and polite staff. Not what you would expect from a small town dentist office, interior is very modern and clean. Staff have attention to detail and are happy to answer any questions. All equipment appears to be new and of latest technology. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a new dentist.
