Dentistry @ Rockland

I’ve been a patient for many years now. Like many others I don’t love going to the dentist. Today I had a cleaning. I walked in, in a lot of pain from a new medication I was taking and asked the hygienist to please make it fast. She went easy on me, showed genuine care and concern, and got me up and out of there as quickly as she could. Feeling listened to is a big motivator for client/patient loyalty.

I cannot recommend this place enough. All the staff is pleasant and friendly. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now.

I would definetly recommend this office. They are always willing to work with you and your child and take the time to explain their recommended treatment plan. If your looking for a new family dental office, you won't be disappointed

I found my appointment went very well and Dr. Sandhu was very nice and efficient. It is getting very expensive for Dental work.

I am new to this dental clinic. The staff are very knowledgeable and thorough. They have next-gen equipment that works really well. Did I mention thorough? La plus-part du staff est bilingue aussi! Very pleased with this office! I had work done by Dr Grewal and she’s amazing! She repaired an issues that gad been going for a couple of years! I had to switch from dentist and the new one I have is excellent too (I don’t remember is name though)! My hygienist Kiaran (pronounced Karen) is very gentle and kind!
The only downside it’s a clinic that is mostly English. I’m bilingual but sometimes my kids don’t understand everything that’s being said to them.

Strange to say going to the dentist can be a good experience. I just love the staff, they have a way with patients like me that generally avoid doctors at all cost.

I'm glad to finally get to be doing my teeth at the right place, there doing a really good job with them because my teeths were really in bad condition, my teeth are getting fixed like I never thought they would be, it's not finished yet because it's a big jog but I cane say that there really experiences in what there doing and there so good that I don't even feel what there doing when there fixing my teeths, thanks for the good help you guys are doing to my mouth.

Today was my first visit at this dental clinic. An excellent experience at Dentistry @ Rockland. The team was very professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and understanding. They performed a professional check-up and recommended I see a parodontist for my issues and that once it was under control they could take over from there. They gave me a first visit gift and personally sent claim request to my insurance company. I will recommend this clinic to anyone.

Dr. Sandhu was amazing, he took the time to explain to me everything that he was doing, answering my questions, made me feel comfortable and was very nice. My experience with them was amazing. I recommend this dentist to everyone:)

Excellent service and Karen the hygienist was exceptional in cleaning my teeth. Attention to details and excellent customer service.

The dental hygenist explained every step of the cleaning and answered every question. The process was seamless. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a change in dental care provider.

They are all very kind and very understanding! They actually take personal notes about you, not just your teeth, and it just makes it so much more calming and friendly. They ask and talk to you about your real life and it's so reassuring. They are so gentle and so understanding about sensitivities and I really love going here.

I brought my mom to Dentistry@Rockland to have a consult for dentures. She has had a very long and difficult road with her teeth. Everyone was incredibly professional and welcoming. They went above and beyond to work around my busy schedule. I highly recommend them!

Visits to the dentist can often be daunting and stressful. I chose this location based on the positive reviews. The good news is the reviews accurately reflect the level of service you get. The reception is courteous and their attention to detail is impressive. Both the hygienist and dentist I worked with were of the highest caliber. For once in my life I don't dread going to the dentist.

The staff is very friendly. I am afraid of dentist and they all took their time to explain what they were doing. I have a few appointments for repairs and for replacement of tooth and I'm not has afraid anymore. I will be recommended them for sure.

Hello I am glad I went to your office yeaterday. The technician was very helpful she showed me examples of the implants. We discussed wath I needed, She explained the process, and showed me a video, there was no rush. R. Sandhu examined me, he explained wath could be done, We dicussed my medical issues. I decided to proceed with the treatment of
new dentures and 2 implants. I have my first appiontment on Tuesday.
Looking forward to start hte treatment.

Everyone was extremely nice. They all made me very comfortable. The exam and cleaning was thorough. It never ceases to amaze me how technology in dentistry evolves.

From the moment I stepped in and out it was very pleasant with the reception being welcoming and professional in the lobby getting my clip board info and the dentist that did my cleaning work she did a very good job and she was very professional and made me feel at ease during my time.
Conversated a little in between while changing tools for the task she was doing during my cleaning and that made my time really fly which I enjoyed.

I called for an emergency appointment due to a broken tooth. They answered right away and they were able to provide me with a same day appointment. Service was great from start to finish!

Booked over a month and a half ago. Contacts me by text 2-3 days before my appointment to tell me they are pushing my appointment for a MONTH.

If they were nicer about it, I may have taken the new appointment, but they were very unprofessional in our communications and just brushed me off and wished me good luck.

Be careful if you need your appointment honored, I'm now scrambling to have this taken care of sooner than a month from now!

As a new patient, I was nervous however.no need! Everyone was exceptional taking time to get to know my concerns making sure that I was well informed and comfortable. It was a great experience. Looking forward to a long relationship in dental health care.

Aujourd'hui, c'était ma première visite et sincèrement je suis retourné chez moi bien heureuse. J'ai eu un service excellent et accueuillant. Les mesures contre le COVID sont bien respecté et c'est également très propre comme endroit. J'ai aimé le fait que la température est prise à l'arrivé, car ça évite qu'une personne atteinte du COVID contamine la clinique.
Étant une personne très nerveuse, j'ai trouvé l'environnement très relaxant et le personnel aimable.

I am new to Rockland and required a new dentist. The people at Dentistry @ Rockland are friendly, efficient and their care and service is top rate.

Always a great experience with Dentistry @ Rockland. They are excellent with children, very patient and do a great job explaining to the kids what to expect. The front desk staff is very helpful and lovely to deal with as well.

Best dental practice there is. Friendly and amazing staff who is very helpful and knowledgeable. Going to any dentists' office can be cumbersome and stressful but this place does it with grace and compassion. Thank you!
