My 11yr old front load washing machine decided to act possessed and tub wouldn't spin, just shake back and forth and make awful loud thudding/banging noise. Spoke to guy at Dependable Appliance and he sent me home with a $65 part that took me 15 minutes to install. Worked like a charm! Honest and knowledgeable! Highly recommend this business!

Needed a new appliance but didn’t want to break the bank. Not only did they have what I needed, they offered same day delivery and took away the old one! Highly recommend!

I was looking for a used part they did not have in stock. Instead, they came up with an alternate solution, which saved us a lot of money. They offered what was needed to resolve the issue and declined to accept payment for it.
Wonderful service and genuine customer care. Very impressed!

Amazing service. They were fast and efficient. Kyle was super friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this company.

To the negative reviews Perhaps you should have to deal with another company such as Stine as they are Whirlpool’s authorized repair ; took them 5 times to decide my one Your old fridge was unrepairable and they still had to get the information on the phone from Whirlpool. Tom had told me this on the phone back last winter.
Only Repair shop I would ever trust, I can’t say enough positive about Tom and Andrew.

I called this morning needing my Samsung washine machine serviced. The pump was replaced and it was all fixed by 1 p.m. Great service and friendly staff! Thank you:)

I have use Dependable Appliances many times in the past in our various rental locations and was very pleased with them at the time. This time, the customer service was horrible. While initially kind in my first call, they did not seem to have heard anything that I said and were very misleading about price and service. Instead they were rude, condescending, spoke over me, interrupted to justify their poor communication without taking any accountability and harassed me daily even though I had explained exactly when I would send in a payment and why. It was extremely clear that there was no point in trying to communicate with them. We own a number of properties in the city and will no longer be using them. Because I have seen how they are unaccountable and simply justify and blame their customers for miscommunication in their reviews and directly with me, I thought I would leave a review to share my experience. Just because COVID happened and prices have gone up, it doesn't justify poor communication and poor customer service.

Awesome service. Washing machine wasn’t draining or spinning. Kyle came promptly and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He explained what he was doing and was very pleasant. Highly recommend this company!

Our dryer belt broke. Lowe's didn't have it. Dependable had the part. I walked it and got the part. They verified that we had the correct part. I installed the part and the dryer was happy to be back at work. Friendly staff. Thank you dependable!

The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful. He knew what the problem was with my dryer immediately and provided me with the correct part. He was patient and explained things well to me. This little gem of a store was a huge help!

Have used dependable many times, used to be be very pleased with them. This time got someone new on the phone who was full of questions, had no answers or solutions and while he struggled to understand what the model number related to told me they wouldn't help. Extremely unhappy as they were so "dependable" in the past

P. S. Call Vicky's, they're knowledgeable, effective and work on weekends (not to mention how kind they are and that they are licensed)

They've got Liam Nieson working there acting like he has a "certain set of skills". Hilarious.
