Got hair laser done by Manuella and she was amazing! Made my experience so pleasant, totally recommend her for skin care!

I have done a couple of procedures at this clinic and was more than satisfied with them all! I have only visited the Mississauga location and have to say it is always very clean and organized. The staff is very welcoming and informative to ensure the comfort of their customers.

I went to dermasecret a week ago for Morpheus8 and the Service was great.my technician Manuela was a wonderful girl she was very patient with me and very informative also very sincere. I love how my skin feels and looks. I would definitely go back again. In fact I have another appointment in about 4 weeks time for my 2nd Morpheus8 looking forward.

Well, let me tell you first of all, like most women in their late 40's, you would never imagine walking into a place where they can magically transform your face in minutes.but, after contemplating for months about whether or not to take the plunge and try out "botox, fillers etc. " I must say, the procedure was an eye opening experience for me. I was extremely nervous about getting anything done on my face, and I always believed that we should age naturally and gracefully. But after many years of topical applications such as Retin A, Glycolic acids, Vitamin C serums day and night, I didn't see the results I was hoping for. Nancy changed that for me. Granted this is only my first visit, but I noticed an immediate difference! She was thorough, patient and very gentle. Thank you Nancy! I look forward to my second visit in a few weeks.

Manuela is patient and informative about treatment options and plans. Answered all my questions and even offered personal experiences to make me comfortable.

Very disappointed, they use cheap Botox products and it will causes significant damages to ur face, stay away from this clinic, don’t be fooled by all their fake reviews

I got a hydrafacial for myself on their summer promotion. I asked for the length of the facial when I made the appointment and they said it was one hour. It took no longer than half an hour. It was very brief. When I did further research to see why a hydrafacial should entail, for sure I got the discounted version because so many steps were omitted. So technically there was no discount! I just paid for the few steps in a half an hour instead of an hour long facial. I'm not happy with the service! However the place was clean and the technician was friendly.

Manuela is amazing! She is so kind and honest. I started doing aerolase and the results are incredible. I recommend everyone to come see her.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff at Derma Secret! I had my first consult with Nicole a few weeks ago and then booked a deep hydration facial with Manuela. Both of them recommended products for me, as well as educated me on a couple treatment options they could do for my skin, without pressuring me to go one route or another. I have been going to visit Nancy at Derma Secret for the last few years and the service and quality they offer is outstanding! I highly recommend them, Nancy and her staff are always friendly and accomodating.

Amazing service and atmosphere. Staff is very welcoming. Nancy the owner goes through everything she will be doing and suggest what you need but does not pressure you into doing anything you don't want. She is amazing love all the work she has done and will come back for sure.

I have appreciated the care and attention to detail from Nancy, through my treatment. She is honest and also does her best to be encouraging, supportive and ensure results that will make you feel good. I think it’s a vulnerable experience to have medical and cosmetic treatments done so it’s important to have this level of care. The aftercare support is also there. The clinic is clean and has a variety of services. The only thing I’d suggest for improvement is email responses / communications for coordination purposes.

Derma Secret is simply the most amazing beauty enhancement place to go to. Nancy is the sweetest and most caring person you'll meet, she is very thorough in explaining everything to you, no question is a bad question with her. She takes her time to get to know you personally and makes you feel very welcome. Nancy will only suggest what she thinks is best for youband only uses top quality product.
I also have to give a huge shout out to Kait, she is is the skin care guru! Also so very informative on healthy choices to help improve you, your body and your skin. I received a facial from her and when i left my face felt NEW, fresh and baby smooth. I would definatley come back here and invest in facials. I also bought the skin care cleansing products Alumini and my face has never felt better in years. Trust me when i say this these women know their stuff.

I will have to edit my review.
My botox injections only lasted 2 months. Yes, 2 MONTHS. How? I don't know. It was supossed to last at least 3 months. I have gone through several medical articles and it never should least less than 3 months, unless you were not given the right amount.
Very dissapointing, because I was given the average amount, which I never corroborated in the syringe. But Nancy told me it was 35 for frown and 14 for forehead, which is standard.
I will go to a different place next time to compare.
I won't delete my first review because It was what I thought when I received the injections, and still true.

I recommend this place 100%. Nancy was very honest since the begining and very knowleadgable about the procedures. I got the exact effect I was looking for and I am very happy with the results.
Even when I had doubts long after the procedure, they reach out to me to answer my concerns.

Will not be returning. My last Botox did absolutely nothing, was a complete waste of $500 (which was expensive as well). I have been to many dermatologists and never had an injection fail to stop any movement at all. Not sure what solution they are using but it is not good.

Dermasecret is wonderful! Beautiful and comfortable space. Staff is friendly and helpful! Nurse Nancy and Laura are both super sweet and good at what they do! Love Dermasecret's Instagram and promos too!

I just visited for skin tag treatment it went really well and got really good experience with Nicole she make you very comfortable and i got rid of all my skin tags. Excellent place to have skin treatment

I got laser hair removal done here at both the Mississauga and Waterloo locations about a year and a half ago. I have dark thick hair and pale skin so I am the perfect candidate. I did the amount of sessions they recommended and it did absolutely nothing. It was a waste of money.

Their other services might be great but if you want laser done I would 100% go somewhere else, don’t waste your time and money.

Derma Secret is so amazing! When I first came in Oksana was so nice and greeted me. I felt so comfortable and welcomed right away. Nancy the owner was also very lovely! She has such a positive bubbly attitude and it made me enjoy the time I spent in the med spa. My services with Nicole and Manuela were the best I have ever received. They are so knowledgeable about the different services and recommend great products that show a difference in my skin! I highly recommend going in for the free consultation with any of the services and booking an appointment from there. 10/10 Derma Secret, I will be back!
