I got a laser treatment here with Karen and I absolutely recommend everyone looking for this service to book with her. She is so friendly and made me feel super comfortable throughout the whole treatment. And my results are amazing I am obsessed. I have recommended her to all my friends and family!

Since their “legal team” used their scare tactic I have decided to leave my rating with feedback. While I have not been to the Dermace North York location (for reasons mentioned below), I was a long-standing customer at the original Markham location where the North York reps started. The product, machine, and office space were all great at the Markham location so I feel it's unfair to leave this review there. The reps, however, blurred the lines, were microaggressive, and unprofessional in their conversations.

Simona commented on my weight a few times if I gained or lost, she would mention it to me. At the time I brushed it off, but now I see how inappropriate that was as a body laser technician. Gabby was very rude on several occasions. If I was a few minutes late, I was almost always greeted with eye-rolling. Anastasia had several convos about politics, which I found to be unprofessional given my own personal beliefs. This specifically made me feel like I should boycott and not visit their new location.

Convos like this should never take place at any workplace with clients. I will also say Simona is very good at what she does and has a passion for laser. But I do hope she takes my feedback as a teachable moment for her and her staff.

I am thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff at Dermace. I highly recommend their treatments as they are very effective, and the service is always great. My daughter went to Dermace after being referred here by her co-worker she noticed change after her fourth session. Her legs are very smooth and as the month passed she stopped using the razor. The clinic is near our home and price is affordable. I recommend those who wish to start laser to begin in winter months so that by summer time your legs will be ready to wear shorts. Strawberry legs are still there however you need to exfoliate as much as possible to reduce it's appearance. I recommend Anna F.

After having laser done before else where the experience here was un matched the salon is stunning and I felt so comfortable throughout. Already booked in for my next laser session! I love my time with Gabriella! She makes me feel very comfortable and I always look forward to appointments! As for the actual hair removal, after my first few appointments I was worried because results weren't happening as immediately as I hoped, but I just had my 5th appointment (they recommend 6-8) and now there's a HUUUGE difference! So if you're impatient like me just trust your girl Gabriella cause she knows what she's talking about! If i'm here after 5 appointments, I can't wait for #8 because I know it will be amazing!

I started going to Dermace on a recommendation from my friend last year and haven't stopped - won't be stopping either ️ Love my experience at the clinic. Over the course of my laser hair removal treatments, I have had the pleasure of receiving treatment from Anna & Anastasia who are both absolutely wonderful. My appointments are always lovely - both ladies are incredibly personable and make you feel very secure and comfortable as you go through your services with them. Also the treatments have been very effective. The prices and promos at the clinic are also amazing! The location is really good too (right off the DVP) and there is always parking available ($5 for a day parking pass). Would highly recommend checking them out!

I am frustrated with receptionist services. I do miss three appointments but I was not charge for first missed appointment… but second time Simone called me up and I told her I am unable to come on sep 9. She. Rescheduled me to October and missed that too without informing. So she said you have to pay 100 $ more for that or if u r missing either you do pre payment. Ok she was not understandable what I was saying. At first she said I m the only one who handles all this stuff as a receptionist then she said management will call you, when I asked, management didn’t contacted me, then she said management is not free for u to talk on missed appointments. What she is doing if she can’t be nice. Even though I like services of Simone, last time other lady did my laser and she left some patches on my arms and legs which were not done properly, I never complaint about that even becoz I like having services from them. As gabrilla whatever her name is, she was rude in her tone. Miss if u r giving services u r getting paid to deal with everything in a nice tone, I am never going back because of her. I want to booked my appointment this Saturday then she said next Saturday is free. When I asked again, she intentionally moved my appointment to 26th of November. I am not kid gabrilla that I will not understand that u are playing around with my appointment thing. If you got fed up serving, better you switch to some other job. But Simone she is awesome in talking and serving. I will give 5 star for her service, but this one is for that rude receptionist better u stay home if u can’t be nice. I am the person who never complain but here I lost my patience to her she was not nice at all in her voice. May be she was discriminating on me as I m brown. Just had my third laser hair removal session today and I’ve been seeing significant results so far. Clinic is clean, staff are friendly and very knowledgeable, and their technology is top notch. Looking forward to being hair-free soon.

I see both Simona and Anastasia and they are both wonderful! Lovely to talk to and always ready to answer my many questions. The office is clean and welcoming and they open early and late which works so well for my schedule. They always have promos going on, definitely recommend!

I wanted to mention the technician Simona who was not only very friendly and accommodating but very professional and fast. I have had around 4 laser hair removal treatments at Dermace with Gabriella! Every staff member I’ve spoken to has been extremely friendly and honest about their services. The clinic itself is beautiful, bright and clean. Gabriella is accommodating and trusting. I have stared to see results and I am very happy with it, thus far! I've had such an amazing experience at Dermace. Simone, the owner, is the sweetest most knowledgeable person ever when it comes to all things laser hair and facial related. She was so detailed in prepping me for the treatment, explaining aftercare, and everything.

I was really scared that laser hair removal was going to be painful but I honestly barely felt anything. They first put cooking gel and then use the machine, the process is truly quick and painless. I've had a few sessions for my lower leg and I definitely noticed a huge reduction of hair growth, can't wait to never shave again!

I have had great experiences with Dermace Laser Clinic. It’s exceptionally clean and well sanitized, which is particularly important these days. The atmosphere is very welcoming, I feel very comfortable being there.
My aesthetician Simona is professional, knowledgeable, and very caring. She gave me some great advice on how to avoid irritation after laser hair removal treatments. I found the tips very helpful, as my skin is fairly sensitive. It made all the difference in the world.
Also they use Soprano Ice Platinum Laser which I found was quite effective on my hair, I could see a big difference almost immediately!
I would give it more than five starts if I could!

I have done several treatments thus far, ranging from skin tightening to cryo to laser hair removal, and the results are I. N. C. R. E. D. I. B. L. E. I have not fully completed all of my treatments, as several are required for full effect, however if the results are this astounding half way in, I cannot wait for the final result. Got laser hair removal done and had FANTASTIC results! The machine - Soprano Ice Platinum is really good on tanned skin and left my skin feeling super smooth. I also had razor bumps on my legs for a few years, but they disappeared only after 1-2 sessions.

I love the new North York location! As soon you walk in, it's bright, white, clean, and beautiful! Simona is always there to greet you with a smile and makes you feel so comfortable during the treatment. They have the new soprano platinum laser, and in 4 sessions I barely have to shave, it's ridiculous. I wish I started earlier had I known it was such a life changer.

After being to a number of places for laser hair removal, I finally stumbled upon Dermace, and this has been it. The technicians are super nice, make you feel very comfortable, and most importantly know exactly what they are doing. I recently went for a consult for my skin and was given perfect advise. They are not about money making, but they actually prescribe the treatment that would really work for you. The cherry on the cake is that they often have amazing promos going on for a lot of the procedures. Totally recommend
