Dr. V.is warm and makes you feel welcome and at ease. She takes the time to listen to what bothers you and provides great advice - answering all questions thoroughly. Her 18+ years of experience are evident.

Treatment is pain free. She is very careful not to 'over do it' - and optimizes the amount for the natural look I'm going for. I value her for her honesty.

In short, if you're looking for someone who is very skilled and cares about her patients, I can't recommend her enough.

After moving from another city I needed to find a local clinic here in Ottawa. After much research I chose Dr. Vassiliou at Dermaworks due to her depth of experience & education. I was pleased with my choice!

Dr. Vassiliou took the time to discuss my concerns and discuss treatment options and planning with me (unlike some practitioners who are far less experienced and can seem more interested in simply selling services & product, even potentially to the detriment of patients/clients).

Dr. Vassiliou emphasized safety and natural-looking results in the consultation, and I was not only pleased with the outcome of my treatment, but intend on continuing my treatment as needed with her going forward and recommend her services (I've had fill and botox treatment with her myself)!

Excellent clinic, awesome staff, and very competitive prices (for Dysport specifically, I have no experience with the other services). I had to come back a few times to get the right formula, but the appointments were quick and convenient and I didn’t have to book months in advance. Dr. Vassiliou really knows her stuff- I always recommend this clinic.

A wonderful clinic with extremely knowledgeable and experienced staff! I have always received honest advice; Dr. Vissiliou never pressures or pushes for any treatment and has even told me I wasn't ready for certain things yet! I have also been using the Dermaworks facewash, luxurious moisturizer, home exfoliation pads, and serum and my skin looks and feels amazing. Highly recommend this clinic.

Professional, friendly and most importantly; they are genuinely concerned about making you feel comfortable without pressure. Dr V is so attentative to your needs and concerns. She takes her time, chatting with you to observe every facial movement. Her staff is courteous and responds immediately. Well worth the visit!

This was my first try with fillers - or any other cosmetic treatment, for that matter - so I was a bit nervous. But I'm extremely pleased with the results. I wanted the lines below my nose and mouth to be less noticeable, and they definitely are. In fact, the marionette lines have virtually disappeared. I feel I look like myself again. Dr. Vassiliou is very friendly and walked me through what to expect. It was easier than I had thought. There was only a tiny light bruise and some redness afterwards that faded in a couple of days. I'll definitely go back. A happy experience!:)

Dr. Vassilious office and the professional service she provides is always extremely satisfying and a safe space. I first attended an initial assessment with Dr. Vassilious to determine if anything could be done to help scars that were left on my face from chickenpox. I felt very comfortable with the options that were presented and any hesitation I initially had quickly vanished (as did some stubborn marks!). These issues were easily taken care of and have never returned. I have always returned to Dr. Vassiliou's office and have felt comfortable and completely trusting in her professional abilities and high caliber of skills and technique that she offers her clients in her practice. It is clear that up to date training and techniques are very important to her as is putting her clients at ease. I would (and do) highly recommend Dr. Vassiliou to anyone who is researching this area of cosmetic intervention with a trained medical doctor in this field. I can't imagine receiving better service and care anywhere else nor in a more comfortable environment and would settle for nothing less. She has set an extremely high standard of care and I assume from my experience, that she leads her field in the Ottawa area. I do not hesitate to recommend Dr. Vassiliou to any of my friends and colleagues considering treatments.

Absolutely the best. I literally had no lips to speak of lol. I was persistent and i have exactly what i wanted. I wouldnt go anywhere else. A soft lift is well worth it. Im 56 yrs old and its amazing what they can do.

Words can not describe how much I appreciate the work Dr. Demetra Vassiliou had done for me. The injury caused by the work related impact trauma had broken my zygomatic and pushed my cheekbone in a centimeter, leave the side of my face flat. The deformity was not only a physical appearance it also caused mental depression. The Radiesse filler that was injected looks natural and has given me back the appearance of symmetry. Best clinic in the city! Dr. Vassilliou truly cares about her patients and I immediately felt like I was in great hands after my first visit. 100% would recommend.

I have been a client with Dr. Vassiliou for more than 2 years, and the experience has always been wonderful. She takes very good care of me and I really appreciate her extra attention because of my sensitive skin and allergic reaction to certain products. Dr. Vassiliou has an impeccable 'bedside' manner and a charming personality. Her clinic is clean, organized and very welcoming. Parking is a little pricey at the building but it's always been worth it to me. For over 6 years, I have been able to trust Dr. Vassiliou with a delicate personal health matter and I feel well taken of.
