Loved my experience with Dominica. She spent a lot of time explaining the procedure and the consequences. She was gentle and patient.

I’ve been going to Dermazone for about 3 years and each visit I’ve had has been wonderful! Dominika is great at walking you through the laser process and facials/microneedling. I have had such great progress with my microneedling and laser as well. Highly recommend! Super clean, professional and takes extra care to ensure you are getting the treatments that are right for you.

Dominika is super professional, knowledgeable and accommodating, she explains the process thoroughly so you know what to expect. Overall amazing and I have been getting the results that I want, she will not disappoint!

Later update 2023, hair removal- treatments are showing great results. Also tried HydraFacial, an excelent treatment and Dominika personalized it as always, to elevate the results, definitely worth trying. Once again Dominika's knowledge and profesionalism are above and beyond. Many thanks for taking such good care of me.
Update 2023. I've been going to DermaZone for seven years now. Dominika does microdermabrasion and facial for me once a month. She is very knowledgeable about the treatments and offers honest and helpful advice. Yesterday I started laser hair removal treatments. As always Dominica was very professional and explained everything in detail and made the experience easy and confortable.
I highly reccommend anyone the treatments or services at DermaZone. They will walk out 100% satisfied for receiving great service at a fair price. Thank you Dominika.

I was apprehensive earlier as most of the consultants don’t know how to tackle a darker skin colour. I had treatment from the same technology a few years earlier as well but the results were poor. I can’t say enough good things about Dom. She is professional, friendly, and goes above and beyond for her clients. Even when her days are full, she finds a way to accommodate my hectic / frequently changing schedule.

I did 10 sessions of laser hair removal with Dom.

Firstly, she did not sell me a package of sessions upfront. I paid for my services at the end of each session. This allowed me to try the service for the first time without feeling obligated to continue. Once I was happy with my progress/results and done with my treatment, I didn’t have left over pre-paid/wasted sessions.

Secondly, the results from the treatment truly exceeded my expectations. I went from having a ton of hair (shaving every other day) to close to nothing. Looking back, I wish I made the decision to do this years ago!

I recommend Dom to anyone looking for laser hair removal. You will be very happy with the results!

Dominica is possible one of the nicest and most ethical peoplee I've met in the industry. I had a booking for a microneedling appointment and I went to it expecting to get it done. However, once Dominica examined my face, she let me know that it may not be the best idea because my scars are too deep and I wouldn't see a big result and problaby would not be happy, especially considering the cost. Many others would have not cared if the customer is not fully satisfied as long they get paid, but Dominica was truthful and upfront, and I am truly grateful for that, others have not been so honest and respectful with me before.

I did micro needling. I am very happy with the results. It improved my skin overall look. It removed my acne and hormonal dark spots. My skin is cleaner and bright. It also helped with skin absorption of creams and other products. I need few visits but it’s worth. Dominika is very professional and gives you good advices.

Love this place! It's a gem in downtown Oakville. I had a facial via Groupon the first time and was happy with the experience, so came back for various services. Most recently, I tried microneedling/micropen! I wanted to try a natural skin rejuvenating treatment and had heard good things. Dominika is very professional and I trust her opinion on the treatments worth doing. She used a numbing cream so I felt no pain. It was actually a bit relaxing. She explains everything and takes her time. If you're looking to try any kind of medical aesthetic service in downtown Oakville, I would try this first!
