I would give this clinic a zero star rating. The clinic was hot and had a terrible odour the moment my son and I walked in. The receptionist was rude and looked like she rolled out of bed. Went into the waiting room and the dermatologist (I don’t even care to look for her name) was rude and gave zero considerations and empathy to my situation. I would NOT recommend this dirty clinic. Waste of my time and my hour I waited to eventually just walk out.

My husband David was at this clinic for the black spot on his scalp. He had an appointment at 1 pm and got there 15 minutes before the appointment. Filled out an online form and was in at 1: 10, Dr. Kunynetz came in with an assistant and looked at the spot asked him questions about his health etc.told him that they would do a test to see if the spot is not cancerous and soon. Everything went well and in a timely manner. He will be going back to remove stitches today and so far a great experience.

Lack of professionalism, attention to detail, and results. Dr. Kunynetz seemed to be very rushed, and would not apply treatments accurately on the affected area. After 4 appointments over 4 months, my condition actually worsened. A waste of time and money. I would not recommend this clinic.

Never really got a definitive diagnosis, charged me 50 something for a steroid shot, which she then later told me had a low chance of working anyways.

The worst service I have ever experienced! To think I was going to trust these people is unthinkable!

Had a very bad experience with the booking secretary inspite explaining to her my medical condition, she was very unacomodating and refused to give any appointment in near future, inspite of explaining my situation to her, I am going to ask my family doctor to refer me to another derma clinic.this is a bad omen from the start! Shame on this secretary! She sounded east Asian.and refused to give me her name or her manager's number!

Dr Kunynetz is a very knowledgeable dermatologist and is providing me the best care my complicated condition requires.

Dr Kunynetz is a very knowledgeable dermatologist and acts quickly with urgency if you have a known cancer or precancer. I can't comment about cosmetic issues, but they do take care of serious issues. Yes, the support staff is OK, and the prep staff is good. I bet you won't get better service in a hospital.

Strange experience. Already filled out form online and still had to do this when I arrived for my appointment. Made no sense. Dr.wanted to do a biopsy right away and I wanted to start with a cream to see if marks would go away.

I can’t believe these reviews! I’ve always had the very best care by Dr. AlMohammidi as well as Dr. Chen. They are extremely knowledgeable and would highly recommend their clinics.

Worst Healthcare Appointment I Booked in my whole life, waited 4 months for an appointment just so I can come wait in a lobby for 40 minutes from my booking time. The Doctor Rodion Kunyetz also one of the worst doctors I've come across, (Idk how he even has a license) he sounds like he's reading a script and doesn't even take a second to actually diagnose the issue and rather rushes the whole appointment altogether in 5 minutes. When I ask a simple question he has the AUDACITY to tell me to book another appointement and wait another 3 months for that separate issue. Honestly just extremely unprofessional as he also tends to be sarcastic in a disrespectful manner. Yeah dont come here unless you wanna waste your time.

Insensitive, Impatient and Rude. Got his appointment after a long wait for 3 months. My appointment was at 11: 30. I waited for the doctor till 12: 20. And this doctor did not have patience to even to listen for 3 minutes in all. I was trying to explain a situation for which he was so impatient and explicitly told that you mentioned in your last visit and had no patience/interest to re look at my concern.
DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE!

I think most of the bad reviews do not agree with my experience.
Just saw Dr. Kunynetz and he is amazing. He listened to my complain and went through my referral file in detail.he was never in a hurry and was very detail oriented.he prescribed me an ointment and after a couple of use, it gave me a good relief.would definitely recommend this clinic.

I don't know who's written these comments I just left the clinic with an answer after 8 months of many doctors not knowing what was wrong with me. He was very knowledgeable and clear and nice. Thank you again.

I did not have a good experience at this clinic. My appointment was to have a cyst checked. Dr. Raed Alhusayen did a biopsy and I got the results that it was benign and if I wanted it removed that I could consult a plastic surgeon. Great, I wasn't bothered by it and was happy to know it was not dangerous.
However the biopsy site did not heal and kept oozing and bleeding for months. I mean I would wash my hair and it would start bleeding every time. I reached back out and I got a one line response from the doctor that this is a cosmetic issue and to see a plastic surgeon. I don't agree that an open bleeding wound that is not closing is a cosmetic issue.
When I responded to that with frustration, I got a response over one month later that if I wanted I could come in for a check. The wound has since closed with a large scar and after a lot of pain. And no I would not go back to this clinic.

I got a small skin surgery but one of the scars' stitches did not hold. I sent an email on Saturday and they promised a call back soon: no call received. I called on Monday and after explaining that the scar was severely infected on Saturday, I got promised by the receptionist that the call would have been transferred to the medical clinic and instead she dropped the call (she explained this when I called a minute later). I think I never had a worse treatment from a medical facility. If you can avoid to go there do it.

I was a little worried, reading some of the reviews after being referred by our family doctor, but our experience here was great. We were seen within 5 minutes of the time of our appointment. Both the nurse and Dr. Mak were very friendly. The doctor was very knowledgeable with his diagnostics, and my dad's surgery itself was done in less than 10 minutes. The surgery itself was painless and professional, and both the surgery and medication the doctor prescribed were without charge, as they're covered by OHIP. Thank you Dr. Mak & Ms. Nurse!
