Yes this place is expensive, but you get what you pay for. They use high-end equipment and quality products. And I believe most (if not all) products are cruelty free!

I got my first ever Botox treatments at Dermetics with nurse Deb, she was so profesional, friendly and make me feel very welcome and relax, special when you going for something new you feel alittle bit nervous but she make feel relax, totally happy with all what she did and the way she did, totally comeback for more treatments.

Had a wonderful and informative consultation with Andrea. She explained everything clearly and gave me a detailed plan with her recommendations. She wasn’t pushy with trying to sell products or services, and answered questions effectively.

I would have spent thousands to improve my skin, if only I felt like I wasn’t being taken advantage of. When I spoke to the Dr.we agreed on which treatment and how many in detail. The day of the visit the nurses changed the plan to treat part of my face instead of the whole face for the same price, what? Just to get you to pay for more treatments down the line. The staff were pleasant, but when you try to have a real talk just like a salesman they try to talk circles around you to convince you what you need. As a nurse myself I was a little hurt by my fellow nurses not being real with me. Clearly this place is about the money and not the care. It’s there loss, I’ll find another Dr.and get the treatment agreed on.

I've lived in Oakville for 59 years, and now because we moved to Simcoe 3 years ago, they won't accept a referral from my family doctor.
I'm convinced that if it was for cosmetic fillers
($$$$$$$$) they wouldn't be so concerned about where I'm temporarily living.

I just want to say from the bottom of my heart how grateful I am to Dermetics location in Burlington! I have had some facial redness issues I have been trying to combat for years but could not achieve it alone. I have reviewed numerous locations and picking Dermetics was not just the best choice, but the most life changing one.

Guys, this is not a fake review please know that. The staff at Dermetics welcomed me as if I was one of their own. Everything from the outside, the waiting area, all the way to the washroom was impeccable and extreme clean and organized. First thing I noticed is how lovely everyone is.

The consultations were not just informative but also the staff was funny and detail oriented at the same time. The front desk ladies were just AMAZING!

I would like to take this time to thank my consult/friend KIM who really is an amazing person and super knowledgable. She didn't just give me the best skin care advice, but she also took care of my well being (ect.gave me lip balm when my lips were dry) she was super gentle during treatments, and always informed me what she was doing. I trust her 100%. I will continue to see KIM, and I significantly recommend Dermetics to literally everyone with skin care issues.

I visited Dermetics for the first time last week. I had been dealing with a bump on my eyelid that occurred from trying a new face product last summer. My GP, optometrist and pharmacist all advised me to hot compress it.there were no other options to treat it. Growing frustrated after months of hot compressing non-stop, I found Dermetics! Dr. Rosen, assisted by Erin, removed the bump within a few minutes and now, a week later, I'm almost 100% healed. I am SO grateful they were able to take care of this for me, and were very comforting and informative throughout the process. Bonus: I'm trying out a new tinted sunscreen Erin recommended that I'm obsessed with!

I can’t say enough about the incredible first appointment I had at Dermetics! I was greeted immediately with a friendly smile and instructed on their Covid protocols which made me feel confident of the cleanliness and safety of the business. She carefully listened to my needs and then proceeded to then give me options as well as thoroughly explained the procedures and then gave her recommendations. It was my first time getting my lips done and Dr. Muhn was AMAZING! I was nervous going into the appointment but that went away as soon as we had our consultation. He was very knowledgeable! Very happy with my results!

I have been going to Dr. Rosen for years and the experience and end result is always top notch. Trust the doctors and don’t take the risk with your face/skin with other cosmetic clinics. Dermetics is the best.

Unfortunately not a great experience. My 13 year old was in to have a mole removed from his neck. The removal went fine and Dr. Muhn made my son feel comfortable. While we were there I spoke to the nurse to see if she would have Dr. Muhn just take a look at a mole on his head. I was told that I need a referral and had to see my family doctor first. It would have taken all of 60 seconds to have a quick look at this mole and we were there anyways. I asked again if she would have Dr. Muhn look at the mole and was going to see our family doctor the following week but wanted to put my mind at ease, was brushed off again. Dr. Muhn did not look at the other mole. In the end the removal went well but felt it was all about being able to charge for a second visit. We will ask to be referred somewhere else next time.

Update: Received a call to schedule an appointment to look at the mole. Thanks for the follow up
