I cannot say enough about the outstanding service we received at Derouard RAM Jeep Dodge Chrysler. In June 2023, my husband and I limped our 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee and our travel trailer into Derouard’s. We had been travelling for three weeks between break downs and expensive repairs. By the time we reached Kenora on our way back home, it was clear we were stuck! The staff at Derouard’s made it their mission to get us safely back on the road. Within 8 hours we had been approved for a ‘new to us’ RAM pickup and had keys in hand! This group was exactly what we needed to get us home! Thanks guys

The service was great but the price I was charged for the good I received was unbelievably outrageous. Over 600$ to replace a key, and I did not even receive a new key fob, it was only a mechanical key that was chipped to start my car.

Charged my family $1300 for a new battery and door latch. Absolutely disgusting! Should be ashamed of themselves. I do not suggest this dealership at all costs! I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this place at all costs. If you absolutely need to come here for service I suggest Steinbach as they are still covered under warrenty, much much more helpful and are not out to rip anyone off.
Steinbach or Southern Ontario are Much better options. Ram classics in kenora are selling for $50K plus. These are selling all day in southern Ontario for $35K!

Called ahead informed broke down on hwy 17, transmission problems, limped vehicle to shop, was told booked up techs all busy, let them know we're stuck on way home to manitoba, informed I was tech, just need to borrow tools to check fluids, Will went out of his way to help us, supplied tools, and assistance, technical advice, even pushed out to get going no reverse, made it home, very thankful for the help, spreading the good word guys

I dont normally stop or stay in kenora. But, this time I had issues with frozen DEF fluid and needed a place to thaw out the truck. However, 2020 Ram 2500 had CP4 recalls. I Found Derouard Dealership very willing to accommodate and work around simple issue than their counterpart Lakehead motors limited out Thunder Bay. It was worth the wait having my CP4 replaced with Cp3 and great hospitality from Service desk (Justina). I'd recommend 5 stars

There seems to have been some leadership changes and a big culture shift at this dealership recently. They clearly have made customer satisfaction their number one priority.

As we transition out of the pandemic, our society is still experiencing the lingering effects, especially in procurement of parts. Derouard's is not immune to this, but their ability to adapt and accommodate me when there was a delay for an important item for my truck, was nothing short of stellar.
