Just want to send praise and extend my gratitude and appreciation to Dr. S. Gowda and Ms. Neetu (not sure if I spelled her name right) I came in their clinic yesterday afternoon when they are about to close; timing was too tight 3 mins and they’re closing, however they did not hesitate to take me in and to see me and have me check coz I got injury in my nose from the bus that I am in while going home that crashed in an accident. You guys are so amazing and indeed showed care above and beyond. You both truly embody the care and passion for your profession and care for patients above all. Thank you and I really appreciate you extending your time and staying a little bit late just to accommodate me.

I have been Dr. Gowda’s patient for several years now and have always been satisfied by her attention, knowledge and professionalism. No, she does not see walk in clients anymore because she has been the only doctor at the clinic for quite some time and works very hard to meet all of her patients needs; she honestly goes above and beyond and I’m so grateful to have her as my doctor. She has always asked very thorough questions and followed through with detailed assessments with any of my concerns. Thank you Dr. Gowda!

Too much of wait time even after you book an appointment, more than an hour we have to wait to see the doctor even if you wait for long time and see the doctor, she will be quick and finish off not even listen the problem with patience and coming to receptionist they are very rude, no proper response was not provided. Dr. Gowda sometimes when we explain the problem will not have an eye contact with the patient and always at the monitor screen recording the notes of the issue on the profile, very much concentrated on the screen writing the notes instead directly talking to the patients.

This saying walk in but not walk in. Poor people are working customer service really bad.

Worst receptionist ever, doest not listen to what the the patient is trying to say, the customer service lady said that "our procedures have changed regarding prescription refill", how do a patient know about their procedure if its the first time asking for a refill.they should be trained to listen to the patient. I said I am out of the medication from past one week and was told a week before that prescription will be sent to the pharmacy, and the receptionist did not had any courtesy to say oh I am sorry about this that you are out of medication, rather she said you were suppose to call in here first in order to make a request. If a doctor said she will send the prescription refill request then why am I suppose to call in again.

Weirdest experience ever. Came to urgent care for quick check up of my son as he was coughing a lot. They said that they won't treat and I should contact my family doctor and go to her. If they don't want to work then why is the clinic open?

Though it says it is a Walk-In Clinic, it is not. Not impressed, when I got there and they said you have to make an appt

My infant daughter were turned away from the clinic because we didn't have an appointment. This is listed and advertised as a walk in clinic, but not accepting walk ins.

I think the clinic needs to reevaluate their front end staff or else pretty soon they’re going to lose a massive amount of business. There isn’t a shortage of clinics and doctors so this is a note to the people running this clinic - REEVALUATE asap your process, your signage, and most importantly your rude, impolite and disrespectful receptionists that display absolutely no empathy towards patients. There are enough problems in the world and we deal with more than enough every single day and everyone is fighting their own battle to survive. The least you can do is display kindness.

Half the time I call I dont get treated properly on the phone. I have been there with no one in the waiting room. My family just walked out and all I wanted was to talk to my Dr. Jamuna Manoharan and even though no one is there she couldn't talk to me. Funny how they offer you the opportunity to be you're family Doctor then turn there backs once they have enough preferred patients. I guess those oaths ment nothing.

Clinic says that it's a walk in urgent care but you don't provide the same services. Please don't waste time visiting this place

No walk-in, not taking appointment, basically you can not see the doctor, the pathetic state of free health care of Canada

Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Randhawa. She was very knowledgeable and thorough with our assessment. She was patient and she gave us great tips on how to minimize the anxiety for kids at the doctor's office. She was caring and was genuinely concerned for our health. We did not feel rushed at all. She took the time to answer all our questions and even educated us! I found that helpful as not many family doctors do this. I would highly recommend.

Nice and clean clinic. Dr. Gowda is a very nice and knowledgeable doctor and is also very personable. Would def recommend anyone looking for a family doctor to come see Dr. Gowda. The receptionist at this clinic on the other hand is just flat out terrible and rude at times. They clearly don’t know how to interact with patients and don’t respect people’s time. If it wasn’t for the receptionist, my experience at this clinic would be great.

WORST WORST WORST RECEPTIONIST EVER. All she wants is to know the issue, if she was that smart she would have been a doctor herself. No compassion, rude, called me to provide my results last year, read the wrong report. Still I let it go because I like my doctor, but now it’s super frustrating dealing with her. I could give no star because of their front desk. Super unprofessional.

I have been with Dr Gowda since her days in Milton and followed her here to Mississauga. She's thorough, personable and knowledgeable. You will be in good hands if you get to see her.

I would not recommend this clinic They refused to give my 3 month old baby medical help because I still have not received her health card in the mail. All they are concern about is billing O. H. I. P and not help my sick little infant. The doctor and receptionist are very rude.

Excellent staff and patient care service. Dr. Jamuna Manoharan is highly recommended and would get to the root of the issue.

I was unhappy about the communication with the receptionist who not sure about their jobs and they seems lost whenever I called them. I find that it is very hard to deal with. For sure thing is, they are not paying attention and not passionate about the calls. Other that that it is okay.

Been here a couple times, every time I’ve been attended quickly and all my concerns addressed, all the doctors here seem VERY capable, never had a bad experience, never plan to.

We recently moved to Mississauga and were looking for a family doctor to take our newborn for check ups. Dr. Jamuna is amazing. Very kind, patient and never makes you feel rushed. Takes time to thoroughly listen to your concerns and answers everything patiently. Connects easily with adults and kids. Very refreshing to find a good doctor in Mississauga.

My experience with this clinic was excellent. Dr. Jamuna Manoharan was really nice, knowledgeable and very thorough. She shows compassion, great with kids with a good bedside manner. If you are looking for a Family Doctor she will be the best one I highly recommend Dr. Manoharan.

Dr. Singh is our family doctor since 2016 and we are very happy with her. I'd like to say that she is a knowledgeable and professional doctor. She always gives us time and listens our concerns carefully, she is friendly with kids. She cares a lot about her patients and never hesitates to give referral. I am glad that she has taken care of our family's needs over the years. Staff of her clinic is also professional.

Went to the clinic on walk in basis and only waited about 30 minutes to see a doctor. I've seen Dr Singh a few times and I've found her to be very kind, responsive and thorough.

Dr. Singh is the greatest family doctor in town. She has great patience and is very understanding. She asks questions until she is completely satisfied and gives an instant prognosis. She is an honest professional, who is straight forward and let's you know if there is something she cannot answer. If she cant answer something, she points you to the correct professional. I have known her for a few years now, but she has not once made me feel the need to change my family doctor! Dr. Singh is the perfect family doctor everybody needs.

Dr. Singh is by far the most awesome doctor on the planet! She is very friendly and is patient as she gives all the time you need to leave you satisfied with the consultation. My wife and I are huge fans of her and she has helped us through many issues that other doctors didn’t in the past. Her diagnosis are like superman’s eyes that can see through anything and find the problem. She is very professional in her approach and easy to talk to. Most importantly, she makes you very comfortable. LEAVE YOUR CURRENT DOCTOR and go to her and you won’t be disappointed

Dr. Manjeet Kaur Singh is a highly professional doctor that truly cares about her patients and their needs. I started seeing her as a walk in when my infant daughter at the time was not feeling well. Immediately Dr. Singh noticed something that my previous family doctor did not. She noticed that my daughter was favoring one side of her neck more than the other. What impressed me most was that she noticed this within 30 seconds of coming into the room. She gave me immediate advice on how to solve this and it helped greatly as it could have easily weakened the muscle on the favored side. I did not hesitate to switch from my family doctor and my daughter and I have been seeing her since. In fact my mother and niece started seeing her also. She is absolutely terrific. I have never met a doctor that took the time to speak with a patient and not just limit the visit to ONE issue.

Dr. Singh has been my family doctor for many years now. I made sure to stick with her when she got her own practice. I feel very safe and taken care of under her care. She's a lovely, patient, considerate and empathetic lady and she brings all these qualities into her practice. I have recommended her to many family members also. All staff have been pleasant to deal with on a regular basis - especially Ms. May who is very experienced and very open whether on the phone or in person. We need more doctors like Dr. Manjit Singh to change the current greedy and arrogant tone of GTA family doctor practices.

Went last week for lab results and had to wait OVER an hour. For a clinic that is fairly new, doesnt have that many patients, or isn't that busy it should NOT take an hour.
