Me and my wife were super worried when our newly adopted kitten had ulcers on his tongue. They accommodate us considering the emergency on very first call. Personalised, fantastic service, open and informative communication about my cat condition, his diagnosis and prognosis and professional approach to future treatment. Dr Sharma is very knowledgeable and offers detail explanations and practical advice. Loved over all the conversation with him. His experience shows and instills confidence! Front desk were very helpful, kind super friendly. Dr Sharma even called us at home to check the condition of Slipper. One more thing I want to mention that this clinic is very much affordable and their prices for exams and tests are much lower than the other clinics.

MY DOG DIED IN THE HANDS OF THE STAFF HERE. I have been taking Mickey here for several years as I live in the area. I decided to come here for Mickey's teeth cleaning because of the trust I had in this clinic and its reasonable prices. Prior to the procedure, he got multiple bloodwork and tests done, ensuring that he was 100% healthy.

Dr. Sharma is a vet whom my pets have enjoyed visiting, but I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to put their pet through surgery. Mickey's death was a traumatizing experience for my family and I.

On April 11th, 2018, Mickey, my best friend and companion died under Dr. Sharma's watch. He lost his life undergoing a teeth cleaning procedure. They extracted 12 of Mickey's teeth. Even if this was "completely necessary", taking into consideration how small of a dog he is, I don't believe it should not have been done. After further research on canine dental procedures, it appears that many vets extract unnecessary teeth to make extra money as the procedure cost is based on per tooth. I regret to say this may have been the case here.

Following the procedure, I was called in to find Mickey's eyes wide open, dead on the counter as they told me it was an accident. They said they had only extracted about "ten" of his teeth because it was completely necessary. To verify how many teeth were extracted, I counted them and it was actually twelve. Their response when I had asked what happened was “I honestly don’t know”.

Nonetheless, if you are looking to get your pet's teeth cleaned, please do your research! I wish I had chosen a different vet for this procedure as it does not seem like they had much experience with teeth cleanings. I hope this is helpful to those considering any surgery for their pet. When you do find a clinic, discuss with the vet on setting a limit of how many teeth will be extracted. Understand the risks, and make sure you choose the right vet for your pet.

You guys saved my cats life and I can't thank you enough. Even before I could bring him in your staff answered questions through messenger to help me care for him while I arranged being able to come in.

I will be for sure be bringing him back and my other two cats.

UPDATE: I would also like to mention that they have the lowest exam fees I found when searching for help with Tazz. At the time of my visit (for my cat) it was $55. I called all around and most vets were over $100 just to walk in the door. When you're stressing over how you can even pay for the exam fee, it makes you feel hopeless because how could you afford the treatment afterwards. I'm so appreciative of the low exam fee because I was able to afford both the exam and meds for $80, and found out that I had a chance he could now recover.

I did opt for a comprehensive blood test to rule out other causes. It was also much more affordable than the other vets (about 25% cheaper) so I was able to afford that too. It's given me reassurance that Tazz should be okay now. In a month they'll retest one thing that was slightly elevated, but that too will only be $50.

I strongly endorse Dr Sarvesh Sharma. My ageing dog was suffering for weeks with a kidney and heart murmur issue. Recently his health was going downhill along with other related multiple isssues.
I was fortunate to have Dr Sharma intervene with suitable medications and procedures that helped him stabilize within just a few weeks and cost effectively. I am very thankful to Dr Sharma. The clinic also has some wonderful staff who periodically call to check on the condition.

We brought our sweet 13 year old cat in for a check up as she was not feeling the best. Luckily, Dr. Sharma & team are the best out there! Layla received tremendous care and even though she is a fighter and doesn't cooperate as well, the team did their best and got her the help she needed.

She was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism & she is now on the mend.

My husband & I can not thank your team enough. We are sorry Layla is tough at times, but we are glad you are all loving & patient.

We found baby kitties in our backyard. Had them checked and de-wormed. It was a nice experience with Derry Village Animal Clinic. Dr. Sharma even phoned us home to check how the kittens are doing.

Would definitely recommend. Was able to see our cat on short notice in order to prepare the necessary paperwork for international travel for CIFA review/endorsement and administer necessary medications required to enter the destination country. Friendly and helpful service.

Derry Village Animal Clinic is the best place to bring your pets. Dr Sharma is a great doctor he cares for all dogs and cats and the staff is fantastic they always are so helpful I highly recommend this place we are happy with the service

They all remember my pet's names and are diligent with keeping their records up to date. One of my pets has health issues and Dr. Sharma is so thorough in caring for her. Dr. Sharma and staff are always very attentive with our Nyla. Their follow-up with pet care is always amazing as well.

Dr Sharma and his entire team is the best group of people that genuinely love animals and care about them. They are not there to make money of you like some of the other vets out there. Before going to Dr Sharma I used to take my dog to someone else and the amount of money he used to charge me was ridiculous. Dr Sharma is super helpful! I highly recommend him and his team. I've been going to this clinic for over 10 years now. I love the small team of caring staff that gush over my dog every time he's in. It's always reassuring to know that your pet is in good hands. Not only that but Dr. Sharma understands my budget and informs me of the most economical vet care options for my dog based on his many years experience.

We have been taking our Dog (Koda) to Derry Village for more than 2 years (since Koda was 7 weeks). Office env is extremely friendly, always feel like a home.
