They did not clean my dogs ears as confirmed by vet and I doubt anal gland was expressed but they charged me for it. Will not return. 2 star as nails appeared to be clipped. Sad what grooming has deteriorated to, the dogs are made to suffer

We got out cat's lion cut here. Great service. Welcoming, caring and courteous staff. Although a bit far from where we live, we are happy to have found a good place to look after our cat's grooming needs. Thank you Alicia and team.

I love bringing my Baby here. Staff is very friendly and very well trained, Specially Vince, He always make our leo look and smell good.

Took my fur baby for a lion cut and a bath. Alicia was amazing, knowledgeable and friendly.

Took my cat for the lion cut and his groomer did an amazing job. I will be going back.she did take alot of care in gooming him and did omit a service so he would not be so stressed. Which showed me they cared more about him then the money. Thank you.

We just got our Ragdoll cat a lions cut. I think he looks fabulous. Alicia did a great job and surprisingly quickly at that. The cat though, not sure how he feels about his new hair. Fur feels great though, so soft

I was In desperate need of a new groomer for my fur baby. When I was referred to Derry Village Spaw I was hopeful! Everyone there was so nice and genuine! When I picked up my fur baby I was so happy to see how well groomed he was! I will definitely be back again!

I love Vincent work. My dog has finally got along with the groomer after 2 years of a consistent and unsuccessful research.

Used the pet spa for the 2nd time last week. Overall pleased with the quick appointment, seamless dropping of our dog and reminder pickup from the spa. This time around chose setting 5 for body (last time chose 7) …however was surprised to find that near a few places hair was removed to the skin…also a couple of nails were not clipped and hair length also was not entirely uniform. Maybe they were in a hurry. Can understand job is demanding but when one pays close to $150… hope for better outcome. Also dog did not want to go in… now question whether it is the treatment he sees or is it him just being nervous. Will try another spa to validate this doubt. But overall 3 stars is what I felt this experience deserved.

Great service, they did a great job for our cat, and at a very good rate. It's become our regular spot to bring our cat.

My doggo loves his visits to Spaw! The staff is very nice and caring towards the animals. I do need to go back and remind them to either trim the nails or his tail (they may have forgotten) but we are always pleased with how our fur baby looks after his visit. Great place! Definitely recommend.

Very disappointed. I gave very specific instructions on how I wanted my dog to be groomed. My instructions were clearly ignored. I didn't want her looking like a rat which is exactly what I got. I specifically said don't cut her tail and leave her paws long so she wouldn't look like a rat. It was cut. I was hoping this would be our new groomer but clearly they ignore your requests so I won't go back. Our whole family is disappointed. Back to our old groomer who cuts her perfect.

Small, local business. My dog looked and smelled great! Gets busy so you need to book in advance.

Took my cat in for a walk in sanitary trim. The lady at the shop spent 10 minutes blindly trimming around his hind legs and bum without checking for any symmetry. When I brought my cat back home, I noticed one side completely untrimmed, so I basically got charged $22 for a blind 10 minute trim.

The energy is amazing there, the groomer was so polite gonna bring my doggy there everytime to get her nails trimmed. Highly recommend

They groomed my pup very well. I appreciated the professionalism and open communication when I wasn't satisfied with one of my past services.

I always had geat experiences here but today when i picked up my dog bryce i was told she may not be able to service me any more bc Bryce bite the ladies while grooming him. Bryce is a hime dog he doesnt even go outside.
My dog stung so bad seems like he was probably kept in a very dirty spot.
I paid 84$ and change. I wanted him showered and smell clean which he didnt.i have back issues yet i came home n gave him bath. My Bryce smells so good now.

Im very disappointed and i would consider going back there there again.

I also wanted to apologize if Bryce wasnt friendly.

Thanks for the reply.if Bryce has injured your staff so badly why wasnt i told abt it when i picked him up.i was told "bryce wasnt letting the girl put on the massles and we dont know if we can accommodate him next time" why was i not informed you didn't bath my dog? Why did u take 84$ from me? This is how you rob customers?

Or are you very upset i didnt tip this time? I would like to have a call in regards to this as this concerns me the saftey of the staff maybe i should accompany the staff to the dr to see the extend of the bite.

Really loved how they cut my dogs hair. The best part is she didn’t leave all shaken up like at most places.

My dog has been with the groomer since a pup. He is 5 yrs old now. He won't let anyone else touch him.

I took my silky terrier for a first time grooming, lady asked me how I wanted my pet groom, I showed her a photo and she took a photo for reference, told me they would do the haircut as the owner desire, which I was very explicit to please do not cut it very short, specially in the face. After two hours and a half, my dog was ready for pick up. The face grooming was a total disappointment. They just cut the forehead hair very short including her eyelashes. When I asked her about it, she mentioned that my dog was not a Yorkie Terrier so she didn’t do the same haircut that I show her in the photo. She was trying to minimize the issue and said she would take this on account for next time.

Brought in my lab for the first time here and it was great! I’d say it’s more affordable than other places and the service was great. My doggy was sooo happy after his visit and we look forward to coming again!

My dog usually goes to petsmart this place spent double the time with her for a similar price and it shows. Her fur has never been so soft and shiny. They did a wonderful job.

Got my cat groomed here to get rid of matting. Lady was very nice and gentle with him. Overall had a really good experience here and would defiantly bring my cat back. He came back very smooth and fluffy and I was charged a very reasonable price aswell.

I love this place! Such amazing and knowledgable staff. More importantly they take great care and offer amazing service. Vanessa and her team really put the animals first. I wouldn't think of bringing my dog anywhere after coming here.

I brought my shihtzu in for a groom for the first time and appt was booked a month in advance. However, they called and asked to move it to next week. Having understood that it's COVID and appointments have been moving around, I was okay with moving the appointment a week ahead for their convenience. After the grooming session, my dog started licking his paws more than usual and we noticed cuts, abrasions and redness. They were infected and needed assistance from the vet. He is a playful dog and would not bother much during the grooming session as far as we know from other grooming salons. Please be careful. This was upsetting experience for me.

My dog enjoyed coming here for his first time! The staff were all so friendly and professional. They will definitely be seeing my dog again!
