Message for owner: Please put some efforts to look after your employees, they don’t even confirm orders on Skip & Uber. Afterwards they say that they didn’t even received the order, which is totally a lie. I waited for 20-30 minutes for confirmation from your restaurant.

Slow service they were not busy at all even not a single customer there except us. Still they were not taking our order had to put the review for the worst service not going to come here again

Very bad service
They even didn’t sometimes accept card payment. They are asking about cash. I asked them if they accept e transfer as I didn’t have cash but they refused. Very bad experience. I drive 15 km to eat from their restaurant but they are not coorporative

Worst food I have ever had. We ordered amritsari kulcha and it was cold from inside and looked like microwaved. When we complained about it they said their chef was in hurry to go home that’s why it looked like this, but it was stale. Even the chef was standing right there.

We had an amazing time at Desi Twa food shop indulging in their unlimited panipuri offer, and our experience was made even better by the excellent service from Jasmeen. Her friendly demeanor and prompt service ensured that our panipuri adventure was delightful. The flavors were incredibly authentic, the puris were crispy, and the variety of chutneys and fillings were delightful. We left with happy taste buds and full stomachs. Definitely a must-visit for any panipuri lover

24/7 service caught my eye. Dragon chicken and roti were the best among all the dishes we tried. Unlimited panipuri took a while but Mehek killed it with her patience. Kudos to you girl.

We are unlimited pani puri & we liked the service from mahek. We also ordered Chole bhature & dahi puri and we liked that also a lot. Special thank to restaurant owner & Jaspreet Kaur, who gave complimentary Fries to my kids.

Very nice atmosphere, presentation of food was pretty too.we bought pakora, samosas (aloo and chow mien) which came with delicious chutney and sauce.mango lassi was also tasty, but the best was their ladoo.i don’t like ladoo usually but these were very soft and delicious.the servers were very nice as well, let us sample some of the mithai before buying.also the punjabi music in the back was a nice plus.only critique i have is their dishes could use some extra cleaning, and the water could be fresher as the vase of water was sitting on the table before we had even sat down.

To whom it may concern. I was at your restaurant today, Manpreet (girl) greeted me with a smile. She was very professional n friendly but the food was sucks. I ordered chicken tikka masala… asked for less oil (which they call it desi ghee) I doubt it.anyway it was so oily and some chicken pcs edges were raw literally uncooked it was disgusting experience. Wasted $24 with 2 butter naans. I would never go back again. Unless management willing to throws some corrections regarding my matter.

Ok I placed an order today at 9: 25 PM which was pav bhaji and chole bathure both delicacy had the offer of buy one and get one free. When i reached the location to take my order they didn’t care about the customer and secondly they told me this offer is valid for uber deliveries but this is not mentioned in website and before placing order i confirmed it with one there associates and he never mentioned it. Thirdly, one plate of chole bathure was missing it means they never fulfilled what they committed to do. Lastly, on call my bill was 16 dollars and after reaching there it went to 19 dollars and when it’s time to pay it went 24 dollars no idea what kind of mathematicians are sitting there those who don’t know the 13% of 19 dollars moreover struggled to know my own bill amoun. So, this was second time experience and went so bad again.

Please improve on maintaining customer relations, do what you said or committed to and most importantly do not create any confusion while doing simple maths in this technological time.

I saw they opened recently and sell fresh hot jalebi which I love the most! Ambience is awesome! Very friendly staff! Yummy food especially burgers!

With a heavy heart I walked into the restaurant because of the way I was treated from a nearby restaurant "Chat Hut".
The warm welcome with smile and the girl and the restaurant owner was very good with their hospitality.
Not only this but the food was delicious & this was second time ordering.
Just ordering again right now.

I had a dine and takeout experience with them it’s 7th or 8th time I’m visiting them this place food never disappoints Indian curries are best in Malton area kadhai paneer, dal makhni was lick smacking tasted like India back home I had this good food after 2 years thank you for making my evening superb ️️️️

I have visited this place last Sunday from downtown with my family. Great food and super tasty Amritsari fish and chicken curry and home made tawa roti in desi ghee yummy. Staff is friendly and Owner personally ask about the service and food. Must visit this place for desi tadka food. Price is also reasonable
