Great mall and it has an Indigo that has BOOKS! Nice food court with a good variety of options

I miss having the Tim Horton's on the outside of the building so you could access it easier. I used to stop there to grab my morning coffee but now you have to go inside the mall. They open at 9 but the stores in the mall don't open until 10. Such a stupid decision in my opinion.

The mall is going downhill. With everything going on line many stores have had to leave. The rents charge to store owners have been extremely high for the traffic and retailers don't have deep pockets these days. More and more the only thing that survives is clothing stores and shoe stores.

Everything is so easy to find, everyone is nice. The store will help you if you need it And they're always asking if you want to be helped or assisted Thank you Devonshire mall

I dislike that the pharmacy section is lacking, but now that the Shoppers Drug Mart is there, its not to bad to pick up things. But the fact that I have to leave the mall to get there is terrible. This past summer, after it opened, walking just that little stretch was awfully hot. There's no shade, and its all cement.

The Metro itself is nice. I love the self serve spots for quick shopping and now the beer and wine section. There's always things on sale, and the people at the counters are usually very attentive.

*edit: one less star. Why is the mall only open till 6 on a Saturday? That’s so early to close!

Great mall, newly renovated so it’s very bright and modern. This is getting a 4 star due to the old sears building sitting there decaying with no use for it.

If you are coming from the GTA it gives mini square 1 vibes. Lots of stores, not too busy, everything you typically need.

The mall is giving service to near one million people of Windsor and around Windsor region.
Very clean and you can find all your needs. Me and my family often go to the mall

We went there today to have my son vaccinated. All of the staff were excellent and polite. He loved seeing Spiderman! We were very happy that security and police were there to escort and protect those choosing to vaccinate from the delusional and ignorant:) Thank you!

Great place for shopping as you can have access to each and every store in person here.
Also it has great food service and cleanliness.

Great Mall, clean and stores are relevant & accommodating to today's times. Wonderful little food court as well.

Staff in the stores were very helpful. Steady stream of people in a rush who chose to ignore social distancing in the hallways.

Nice selections of good stores. Bathrooms are clean. Their food court is really awesome! Love going here on shopping sprees lol.

Must attempt suicide by depriving yourself of oxygen and pray you dont catch staph throat infection which triggers bacterial pneumonia and can put you on a ventilator. Not worth it.

Metro grocery store, at the Mall location, is super nice. Cashiers are very friendly. Parking is plentiful.

Still stop at the food court from time to time, only thing open during the pandemic. Hurry Curry and Niko are my go to locations

It's definitely brighter now in here, but there's nothing that draws me back. I like Sunrise Records though but I recommend adding a Disney Store where the old food court used to be!

Nice place to go during the early hours. Despite the large footprint parking can be at a premium. If you own a large vehicle like me, you will feel unwanted trying to park in their compact sized spots. This seems to be the norm anymore

As I see less cashiers, like in Dollarama, I don't see the need to buy or visit. Keep up the good work.

The mall has tons of stores open. The staff are great. Safety precautions still in place. WEAR YOUR MASK IN MALL AT ALL TIMES!
Wasn't crowded but it was busy. No long lineups and all self checkouts were working great this time.

All brands at one place.
Pro tip: make a list before going to shop else there are chances to get confused when you get options on affordable price.

The reason for my 3 stars is due to the fact that I was at the end of the Mall near Globo Shoes at the end where Sears used to be.
Having to use the restroom. I had to walk the complete lenghth of the mall to access the restrooms. Please look into having a restroom at each end or in the middle
(the old washrooms are closed)

I am in my 70's and this was terrible and would also be bad for young children as well.
I used Stitch It and was very pleased with their work
Machue Wok for supper was very tasty.

Have found peace in the morning when this cleaning supervisor is not around and watching *Funny around.
Not sure how he got in here.
However it feels like drill Sargent in its own little World.
Other than that is Lovley Place.

Kinda confusing place and there always seems to be construction going on but I believe it will get better over time they have done some nice renos on it. For now 3 star in few months probably a 4 stores are good over all but it just feels like it's never complete always being worked on in spots between stores.

Devonshire mall is pretty modern and clean. They have some family bathrooms and nursing rooms which are great! They have a new food court which is very comfortable and clean, but not that many restaurants, and no garbages around for convenience. You have to leave your kids alone while you go to the garbage station to drop of recycling/garbage or take the little troop with you which is impossible because you’re carrying the trays of garbage/recycling and I have an infant + 2 toddlers. There are many nice stores with fair prices, but there are also areas of the mall that almost look abandoned. The parking lot is not really monitored so I often see cars purposely taking up 2 parking spots because they think their cars are special. Over all it’s a good place to go though. And I think they try to make it nice.

This mall really stands on its own. If you've ever traveled 2 hours in any drection you realize that this mall has it all. Great selection and always updated stores. Also a great spot to grab lunch. Drop the kids off for a movie and go shopping.

Vast shopping opportunities, lots of different outlet stores to choose from and a large newly renovated food court with an updated bathroom, security is well kept along with the cleaning, the staff at the stores accommodate in most cases, and the prices are fair, if you need any genuine shopping at lower prices they have places to provide those purposes, definitely recommend heading there with at least $100+

I would give it 5 stars if they had more benches to sit on. I am usually with my Mom who needs to rest more, and it's hard to find a bench that's not being used already. There's lots of room for more benches and I would definitely go to the mall more often if it was easier to have those rest stops. Other than that, it's a really good place to shop.

Devonshire is the best mall Windsor has. Has a large selection of clothing stores and has a nice, new eating area with beatiful washrooms. High tech locks on door, and very bright, white atmosphere. The other mall does not compare.

Nice mall with a variety of different stores and food. Parking is not an issue and the stores aren't filled with people (most of the time). Overall it's a decent mall, and for Windsor probably the best.

Update 12.27.18 WOW has it changed from my review below. Very nice, Premium style with millions of dollars that have gone into the renovations. For those on the Michigan side the experience is its between 12 oaks mall and Summer Set Mall. Food court has plenty to offer with a slew of new companies and visual design.

Coming from the United States side, the small is okay. They're spending quite a bit of time we doing the ceiling and the floors which don't make it terribly dusty but it certainly isn't very attractive for the lat large of a malt. They do carry quite a bit of clothing and technology companies, I think no less than 5 cell phone companies or carriers are in that one mall. I've been there several times and it's a pretty good mall over up. And of course being Canada, there is it Tim Hortons.

The Devonshire Mall looks so beautiful. The Christmas decorations are just beautifully done. There are new stores, it seems so much bigger. I love it.
