Stop buy to order a few parts unfortunately Honda sucks at stocking old parts fortunately Dewalt honda has great staff that are easy to work with and are great at explaining what’s what. Took the time to look at the new units in the show room witch is stocked very well sales guys are supper help ful and over all great experience

Dealt with Rod at innisfil dewildt marine and he was good from day one, we did a deal over the phone, he sent me constant pictures and communicated when my SXS would be ready, came in a bit early on a saturday to finish the deal when it was time to pick up, and was great with communication checking in after to see how i was liking it and to notify me that he had mailed my ownership to me.good service, good people (my experience!)

I went in to buy a dirt bike and a fender.
No one at the parts desk wanted to help and were just plain lazy and unfriendly.
I just bought the light bee dirt bike and fender at Burlington cycle.

Tried purchasing seals that took over a month to get in, they were the wrong seals ordered and I had to pay a 30% restocking fee to return them. Last time shopping at dewildt

Just purchased a Starcraft Storm 165SC aluminum fishing boat from Dewildt Marine and I had a great buying experience. Mitch Atlee was my sales consultant and he was fantastic to work with. I initially started emailing with him after configuring a boat on the Legend website. Most of the time when the website says that a salesperson is going to reach out, they never do. But in this case Mitch emailed immediately and was open to discussing alternatives to the Legend because I wanted something with a wider beam as well as an alternative to Mercury outboards, which is how I ended up in the Starcraft with a 70hp Yamaha. I had an easy time with the purchase and he even offered free tickets to the Hamilton boat show so I could see the actual boat before I committed. He helped me upgrade the trolling motor and threw in some great accessories to save me cash upon delivery. I look forward to years of enjoyment with this new toy and highly recommend Dewildt and Mitch in particular if you are looking for a no pressure sales experience!

Purchased a Waverunner from Dave in September of 2022. Excellent to deal with and didn't feel pressured in any way. I traded in a used Waverunner and felt they gave me a fair price. Very smooth transaction and great to deal with. I had such a good experience I just purchased a dual sport motorcycle through Dave also. I would highly recommend Dewildt in Hamilton. I'm from out of town but it's worth the drive.

My first experience at this dealership in 2021 was horrible. Staff was not helpful at all and were condescending. This visit was completely the opposite. The sales staff were friendly and helpful which made for a pleasant experience.

Absolutely amazing dealership to work with. I began talking to Mitch in August about getting a deposit down on a bike for next year. Things changed, and something similar his the showroom floor in December, and I just couldn't pass it up. Mitch made everything easy from setting up financing right to delivering it personally. Melanie was great to deal with to get the financing squared away.
