DGN Kilters London Retail Location

This place is horrible. I ordered in July still waiting for an item. Also check your receipts because the charged me for 2 kilt shorts I didnt order still no refund because they told me to come in whenever but they are always closed. I believe the LDCSB needs to look for another option next year.

DGN Killters Big Scam
It’s a big scam profiteering off of kid’s uniforms. I items never came by canada post and no one is helping me to resolve this problem and I still don’t have my uniforms. Big scam I don’t know why the school board recommends this kind of scam business to people. Unless they are also involved in this scam

This review is directed toward the company as a whole and not the London store. We have been waiting for items in our order since July 29th. We were assured they would arrive before school starts. You have to wait on hold for 45 minutes on average to speak with someone. We were told we would receive an update from the operations team the next day and no one reached out. It’s unfortunate that there is no competitor as the customer service is extremely poor with DGN.

Much better prices than the last uniform place, and staff is really helpful. I came at the last minute understanding they may not have everything because it was so close to school, and unfortunately since I waited so long, there wasn't a lot of stock left in store. They did their best to send me home with as much as they could at the time, and explained the shipment process. Just a reminder for other customers so you don't end up like me, BOOK EARLY if you want to take your whole uniform home day of appointment.:)

Terrible customer service. Ordered uniforms 5 weeks ago and have received nothing. School starts in less then a week with no uniforms. Tried contacting the London location 5 times no response. Phone calls go to a central callng system and your told London store will contact you and no one ever does.

Update:
Fulfilled order in a reasonable time. Very friendly staff. I even received an apology for the wait time. From being on hold from the robot text thingy! Lol I did appreciate that very much.
Suggestion would be when there is a high volume and wait times are long to have the robot thingy say that instead of the customer thinking it isn't working cause it's not responding. (Ie: wait time is estimated at.)

So far not a great experience. Tried contacting store and it's a system with info all on website. I wanted to speak with a human that didn't happen. I tried the robot texting thing and they told me to wait for a human and I waited and waited.gave up waste of my time.
Rating may go up if I get her order asap.as I'm doing curbside pickup.

Can't contact the store directly if you have a issue, you have to book a appointment online. Even just for a exchange.

Worse experience and really bad costumer service. Nothing in stock i don’t recommend this store

We had a terrible experience there. Came to our appointment in the mid of August, they had no uniform for our school, just a white short sleeve Polo which we were given at the time, so we made a big order for the rest to be shipped to our home. When we came back home, I've noticed that instead of short sleeve Polo we got a long sleeve that we never wanted. Called to Customer service, received the shipping label, shipped it back and haven't heard anything for 10 days. Yesterday, I contacted them again and they finally shipped the Polo shirt that we received today and guess what? They shipped the WRONG Polo with a wrong logo. My son is starting a school in 4 days and he doesn't even has a shirt to wear! Words couldn't even express how frustrated we are! So, I have to start the whole process all over again to get what we paid for the same mistake that occurred twice and not on our end: (

The first experience at this facility was wonderful, the staff went over and beyond to help my daughter pick her cloth for first year high school. To name, Jenny was great with helping us out and very very patient. Kudos!

The girls working tonight extremely helpful finding us the right size. Thank you very much for getting us exactly what we needed.

My daughter is starting highschool in the fall. Tina and Shane were knowledgeable and helpful for a full fitting and selection of pieces. The whole process was seamless. My daughter was encouraged to try on all pieces and Tina wrote down all
sizes for a guideline to order online mid school year if needed.

My son's school changed uniform providers so finding his size all over again was daunting. Because he's not average size due to his special needs, finding the right fit is tough! Tina went above and beyond her customer service! We couldn't be more grateful for the time she spent with us getting it right, contacting the manufacturer, reordering, and calling me with every update available. You could not find a kinder person than her! Thank you so much!

Tina and Kristie were very helpful and friendly, me and my brother came in before our appointments started but they had no problem taking us in. They were very patient, and helped us find the perfect uniform sizes with knowledgable tips about shrinkage, etc. Overall positive experience

My first time coming into the store right off the bat greeted with the most amazing staff.so thoughtful and helpful guiding me in every step for my child’s start to grade 9. Very patient and knowledgeable Tina and Kristie you are wonderful can’t wait to see you more often!

Tina and team were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and good with the girls. We arrived early, before the store was supposed to be open, and they took us right in. My daughter and her two friends wanted to go through the experience of trying everything on and making decisions together which the staff happily accommodated despite different appointment times that were booked. Overall positive experience all around.

Almost end of school year and we are still waiting for uniform ordered in April. Meanwhile my son keeps getting in trouble at school because he doesn’t have the proper uniform. Not acceptable.

I dealt with Tina this morning who went out of her way to assist me even before she opened the store. I had the best service ever. I recommend for any school who needs uniforms this is your store
