I was a huge fan of Dhaagay until yesterday. I just bought a dress yesterday, the lady told me the price is 399 and said I’m telling you 375 (tags didn’t have price written on it somehow). But when I saw it’s price on the website after few hours it’s 250.
She definitely lied to me just for a little money. She lost my trust and a customer too. I’m very disappointed as I couldn’t expect it from them.

Getting a wedding dress is just so difficult being away from your country. I have been shopping around since sept for my wedding dress but I just couldn’t find what I was looking for. I walked into Dhaagay with no hope and had in mind that I will have to go to Pakistan to get my wedding dress. Man I was wrong! Their designs are EXCEPTIONAL. Just wow! The first dress I saw I was like “Komal you have found your dream wedding outfit! ” I have placed my order with them. Their creative head was very nice and thorough and explained the whole process to me fully. I am very confident that she will come through with the changes I made. It’s been 2 days since I ordered and I have sent her 20 msgs since and she has responded promptly to all my queries. I am now waiting anxiously to get my dress.

The outfits here are absolutely stunning and really high quality. Dhaagay store has exceptional pieces that would make great wedding gifts & their bridal collection is absolutely breathtaking and wonderful stylists!

My first visit to Dhaage was exceptional. Wa Silas was amazing. The store was full of trendy and traditional cloths. It’s my first time I liked something first time instantly without making up my mind.

I got my bridal dress for my mehndi from Alishba and her team. They are so proactive and were so professional. They gave me updates regarding my dress every week and kept me involved in the whole process throughout. I got updated pictures of the design when it was getting made. Right from the time the fabric got dyed till it was ready, I was involved. This is something that a lot of stores don’t do but Alishba really cares about her brides. I can’t thank her enough.

Horrible customer service and constant lies. Don’t waste your money here. Pieces are dirty and damaged, extremely overpriced for the bad quality. Save your self from any heart ache and migraines and stay far away from them. Read the CBC report on their last location. They are money hungry and show no compassion. I will be reporting them to the ministry of Canada at consumer protection, and I’d advice all of you to do so in order to stop them from fooling other girls.
All their good reviews are fake, made by the owners or their family’s/ customers who are given a discount to make a good review on the spot before getting a cheaper dress.

They are two faced. Don’t be fooled by the illusion the manager displays online in her responses. She knows how to cheat you. Don’t ever enter this place.

I went to Oshkosh today but decided to step into dhaagay today. The way I was greeted by Samra just made me feel right about the store. The Pakistani dresses I saw were just so beautiful. The stitching, work and everything about this store was just great. Sadly I didn’t buy anything as I have no weddings or parties to attend but I will definitely come back with my family to purchase their beautiful clothes.

The second I walked in till I stepped out, I was looked after by the staff. Really grateful for such an amazing shopping experience.

I bought a bridal for my daughter in law today. They have a $500 off deal which made it so easy to make my decision getting that beautiful dress for my future daughter to be. She loves it too.

Bought my nikka dress from them last week. Their collection of wedding dresses is just so beautiful. The girl helping me took my measurements to alter the dress and when I received it, it was just perfection. Excellent experience so far. I will be returning for my wedding dress as well.

I had a great experience. Bought two lenghas. Our sales associate Iman was very helpful during our selection.

DO NOT GO HERE! They're extremely unprofessional and RUDE. I did not receive my delivery in time for my trial before the wedding. They ALWAYS delay orders. Even the delayed work was unfinished. We had to manually finish some of work the night before the wedding! At the end, they threatened to cancel my order a week before the wedding when I was upset about the delay. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT customer service. I would CAUTION anyone from trusting them. No wonder they appeared on CBC with stain to their reputation

Best Pakistani clothing store to rely on when it comes to selection and service. My friend had ordered lehnga from a different place and they couldn't process the order before the deadline, which caused stress and inconvenience during the arrangements for her engagement party.
Dhaagay played the role of a life saver and helped my friend with selecting and customizing her lenhnga within a short period of time.

What a beautiful shop! Such lovely, unique dresses, it was wonderful to get to try them on. We arrived a bit early to our appointment was running late. We got to browse the shop and the accessories which was fun. It’s a dream to be in these gowns.

Madiha was amazing and she helped me find the perfect dress for my wedding.she was patient and listened to what I was looking for, helped pick out dresses for me to try on while always ensuring. I was staying within my budget. Im so happy with it. My mom and I had a great experience:)

Oh - and the "a-ha" moment was when Madiha suggested she put my hair into a makeshift up-do to style my dhupata. I really felt like she wanted me to feel beautiful and comfortable.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dhaagay, the Alterations Manager, at Dhaagay in Mississauga. She was wonderful to work with and had some great ideas about how to alter the dress. She genuinely cares about her customers and it is obvious that she is very passionate about her work. I would recommend her to any bride/bridesmaid who needs alterations to their dresses.

I SAID YES. TWICE! Long story short, I said yes to a dress and didn't take long for me to take it back because I ended up with my first choice. All this was possible with the help of Madiha and Alishba from the Mississauga location. I came in with over 6 dresses in mind to try on. Then I saw this dress on a mannequin and definitely looked different from the usual dresses I had in mind. Madiha was so clever to have me try on that dress as my first one and the feeling never lingered off, hence why I ended up cancelling my first order and went with my first love. Never understood this line, but you'll truly know when you feel it. It's a distinct and happy feeling of knowing it IS the one. Both ladies were so patient and accommodating. I had other bridal boutiques in line, and although Dhaagay’s Bridal wear is known to have affordable or inexpensive prices and less designer, I believe any woman can rock a $1000 dress over a $5000 dress as long as it feels and looks amazing for them. It's not the price that carries the dress. YOU carry the dress.
I honestly thought I'd be spending over $5000 on my wedding dress, but coming here was the best decision. To any bride looking for 'the' dress, I encourage them to try this place. You'll never know what's in store for you and customer service is top notch and take the time to know you, without rushing you! Mind you, I was in there for nearly 3hrs! Great options of all the silhouettes you can think of. This was my first and last stop. As a bonus, my mom also found her dress and our Jewlery!

3rd time we can into the store to pick up a few more items, we had Roohi helping my mom and I with our reception dresses. She was so thoughtful, creative, and patient with us. The company is lucky to have people like Roohi who care about clients. Thank you so much for being so attentive and caring!

I came in here with my bridesmaids to look at dresses for them and we had a great experience. We came early on a Saturday morning, so the store was fairly quiet. Our associate, was incredibly helpful. She answered all of our, questions, gave us helpful advice about the dresses we chose to try on and actually went back and picked up dresses in the colours we liked so that we could compare and settle on a final style. We didn't feel pressured at all and would recommend coming here to find bridesmaid dresses.

I went wedding dress shopping a couple weeks ago at Dhaagay and Madiha helped me find my dress. I wasn't even expecting to purchase anything but she found the perfect dress for me and it was under my budget which was a plus. She was so sweet and super helpful. I went yesterday with some of my bridesmaids and Madiha recognized me right away and it was just a great experience. This time roohi helped my bridesmaids find their perfect dresses and she was amazing and very patient with us (considering we tried on about a thousand dresses). I would highly recommend Dhaagay Bridal studio for your wedding dress / bridesmaids dresses.

Awesome The selection at dhaagay is incredible. Iam a plus-sized bride and they had styles.the other samples that didn't fit, they do everything they can to ensure you get the vision of a properly fitted dress.their customs service is top notch-they smile and greet you, take your coat, and give you their attention your entire visit. If I could give more than 5 stars to the exceptional customer service received at this store, I wouldn't hesitate a second. Alishba, the owners sister was working there and helped me and my mum out. We were visiting Toronto from the UK for a wedding and really liked an outfit my cousin was wearing at the wedding we were attending in Toronto. Alishba told us she doesn't work there frequently but the knowledge she had about what I wanted after asking me a few questions of what I was looking for, was exceptional. I came back to London after placing 2 orders, one a lahenga-choli and one a full heavy "gown-style" as this is what it was called on our order form. However, I received my outfit in 6 weeks and let me tell you, they were phenomenal. I have never purchased anything south Asian so beautiful as this. Obviously I will be ordering more from them going forward. The reason for me to come out here and write this huge paragraph is to thank that girl at the store. I emailed on the boutique's email address to thank her but i don't know if she would read this. Really really really recommend this store. One of the best customer service experiences I have received!

One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever received from the owner. Would not recommend this store to any bride or bridal party. Save yourself the time, money and hassle and give your business to someone who deserves it.

Horrible customer service! I have yet to receive the clothes I ordered. I had to buy something last minute from their shop because my order wasn’t ready. It’s been 8 months since that. Pay no heed to the 5 star reviews most of them look similar with fake names. Stay far far away from this place.

I just happened upon this boutique looking to shop for an outfit for myself and my daughter. I was greeted by the store owner Madiha and the manager. They were absolutley wonderful. They took the time to help me put together a custom order for myself and daughter. They were both very helpful and put together a design that I'm really excited about. I am supposed to pickup my order in March. Can't wait to see the final product. I will update my post when I recieve it.:)

We had amazing service at Dhaagay. The sales person and owner helped the bride to relax and our small group to be informed but not overwhelmed. After going to three other shops, we returned and bought the perfect gown. It was a very successful day.

We had a positive experience getting bridesmaid dresses at Dhaagay. Only comment I would make is that when trying on a sample that fit fine, the sale rep encouraged me to order a sizer bigger. It was unfortunately too big. I will need to get it taken in, but thats okay because I had planned to do alterations anyways. Overall good experience!

I visited dhaagay toronto a few days ago and had the pleasure of meeting Madiha. She was so kind and patient and provided a very pleasant wedding dress shopping experience. Although I wasn’t ready to commit to my wedding dress at this time, she and her team were very accommodating, patient and welcoming.

This place is busy but doesn't mean they are not responsive. It is no doubt a pretty exceptional place that carries pretty exceptional expensive dresses. The lady there is super helpful regardless of how much are you willing to spend and will find something that work with your budget. Staff & owner is super professional, taught me a new way to wear a cancan And did i mention their bridal room, it is one of the best bridal room I have ever been in!

Have referred by friends and family here already and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a bridal or formal dress. Best Pakistani boutique in town.

Phenomenal staff at this location. Booked an appointment to try some wedding gowns and walked away with a gorgeous piece at an amazing price. All thanks to amazing designer Madiha. Highly recommended location as not only the stylists are fantastic to work with but the store manager and sales person were also exceptionally helpful in picking out the right dress. If you're in the market, this is the place to be.

I got my reception dress made by Dhaagay and absolutely loved my dress. I was taken care of from the beginning I entered their store. Their customer service is genuine and tell you what will look good on you. I was told the dates of my dress delivery, it did fluctuate however I did receive my dress on time. Make sure to give ample time before you place your order to avoid delays. Overall, my experience was great.

My experience began Aug 19th 2019. My sister and I walked in just to see what Dhaagay bridal studios was all about. We looked at some dresses and just browsed to get a feel of what to possibly look for. Just as we were walking around looking at the bridal dresses Madiha Malik approached us and asked if we had anyone helping us. We told her we were only browsing. To our surprise she advised us on dresses I was looking at and then told us she could help me out before her next appointment since she had time. I ended up trying on 4 dresses and accessorizing them with Jewlery right before her next appointment. She treated me like her client. My sister was helping me look and she was also very pleased. My connection with Madiha was just amazing. She never hesitated and never made me feel awkward or uncomfortable. She was the reason I booked my actual first appointment at Dhaagay which was Dec 2019.

Fast forward to Dec 2019, I was able to try different styles in my first visit so I was able to cross that off my list of dress styles. This visit I had other styles in mind and by showing her the pictures, she helped out bring together what I had in mind. This time my mother came as well as my sister and we all were enjoying the time there while Madiha and others around advised us so kindly.
Needless to say, Madiha did an amazing job attending us and helping me out so much from different dresses to jewelery. I soaked it all in and by the end of my appointment, I said YES TO THE DRESS!

I couldn’t have felt so comfortable and excited to look for my special wedding dress without the help of Madiha. I also want to thank the sales staff that also helped out with the dress I said yes too, you were all so pleasant to be with. You all made my dress vision come to life!

I will be back with my mother, maid of honour, and bridesmaids to search for their dresses!

My appointment for bridal gown try on’s was one of the best, the most amazing shopping experiences I have ever had. From when they opened the door, me and my 3 friends were treated like princesses. They made sure we had fun, let us take photos and made the whole experience very pleasurable. I originally went there to try on gown styles dresses but my bridal consultant informed me about all the other styles, like Lehenga peplum, Lehenga choli etc as well learned so much during my visit. She matched each dress with Jewlery for me to try on the full look and didnt pressure me at all to make a purchase. I didn't end up placing an order for a dress but i still left happy knowing that I somewhat know what I want in a dress. Thank you to the team at Dhaagay Mississauga for setting the bar for exceptional service. Will shop here when needed!

Best bridal collection in town, you won’t go wrong visiting this place. I looked at my places for an outfit for my wedding before visiting dhaagay but ended up buying from dhaagay. Many reasons for that. They understood what design/ style I was trying to achieve within a limited budget and they helped me get it. My sister also ended up getting an outfit for my reception. I would shop here again and will tell my friends to shop at dhaagay.

Had a great experience at Dhaagay store. I tried on 8 dresses, with my bridesmaids and maid of honor present, and they were all lovely. However, I ended up liking one of them. The prices are pretty decent and affordable. I dont believe in the idea of spending thousands of dollars for a dress that you would only wear once, but you can definitely find the right one without breaking your bank.

The customer service here is outstanding. Found my dream dress here with the help of main designer. She was so patient and so nice and lovely no words can express. Also, their prices are super affordable I was able to find my dream cinderella dress for under $1000. Also found prefect affordable bridesmaid dresses within the budget

I was looking for a bridal wear for one my friends wedding. Tried many shops but nice fit is always a issue with indian or pakistani attire. After tiring myself and my daughter for a long day the trauma ended when i visited this store. They helped her pick right color and she was delighted with the fit as well. I was happy that she finally got what she wanted and i can go back home and relax. Will always recommend this place.keep up the great work.

My bridal party and I visited. Dhaagay over the weekend for their bridesmaids dresses. Madiha was an incredible help. Her expertise made our appointment very smooth when it came to measuring all of the girls, she made me feel very comfortable as this is a huge part of the wedding planning process. The staff was also extremely approachable and polite and had such a positive attitude. We are excited to see what the dresses look like when they arrive in April.

I went to buy one dress and ended up buying 3. They had a sale rack and the prices were significantly low. I had to get the sleeves attached as all or there dresses are sleeveless but they provided me with the sleeves. They don’t have in house tailoring but they referred me to the tailor who charged $10 for each dress. Still i ended up getting three dresses within $500.

Booked an appointment today to dress shop for a wedding I’m attending. I received exceptional service from Madiha. She allowed me to browse around and made some suggestions as well. I really appreciated the time and attention she spent on me, considering I was not in for a big ticket item. The manager of the store Rohi was also very friendly and left a very nice impression. I’m very pleased with every staff member that contributed to my experience today at Dhaagay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who was shopping for any special event!

I was not sure if I was ready to place the custom order, I was more leaned towards buying off the rack but before my appointment finished I was certain that I am definitely doing custom order. I am so happy that I placed the order at dhaagay and they designed such a beautiful dress for me. My mom also ordered her dress from dhaagay and she received many compliments as well. My sister bought off the rack dresses for my wedding, they have beautiful bridal collection.

Travelled abroad for wedding. I ordered outfit. Full payment taken and surprise surprise no dress. No response from owner and no refund back. What a disgusting lady and disgusting service. We were left without a dress and ended up rushing around for a dress last minute. This is open theft. Please please please avoid.avoid.avoid.

It has always been challenging finding large Pakistani clothes but I came across dhaagay while I was visiting heartland. They have a extensive range of large sizes clothes in different styles and the staff is super friendly and make you feel comfortable. I also ended up ordering a dress for my cousin's Mehndi and it wowed me, it’s always easy to design something in large sizes. I am a customer for life.

I find it the only store on GTA that caters to each and every need of the customer. The prices are pretty good for the quality and product they provide. I have been a customer of Dhaagay from a long time and I don’t feel the need to even go to another store when I need to buy Pakistani clothes. Their employees are pretty good and also understand what customer is looking for.

Very poor customer service. Asked for a custom bridal quote and was told I can only pick from what is available. The bridals on display were cheaply made with threads hanging and crystals missing. Few had faded color. The owner was not interested to speak with us at all.

Please do not go to this location. They will turn your wedding day into a nightmare and will have no shame whatsoever about it. They will claim to mock you by saying "This is Canada" you cannot talk like that, but will have no Canadian decency or professionalism. They are the worst of the worsts. They completely ruined my cousin's wedding as they did not complete our order by designing a wedding dress. They claimed the dress to be stuck at customs, but I heard from many customers that they have done the same to them as well. Madiha, the owner, was nowhere to be found and the employee was as rude as it can get. She even had the audacity to say to our face "This is just a wedding dress - it holds no importance" while taking thousands of dollars without any reimbursement. Please, don't make the same mistake as we did. DON'T GO TO DHAAGAY.

Run away! The lady was trying to sell me a suit and I turned it around and all the "dhaagay" were coming out. It was torn in many places. It wasn't cheap (over $300) and she claimed it was a great deal because it was half price and they were just trying to make room for more stock. After visiting, I heard horror stories from other people. Also, the saleswoman told us that if we order something custom from them, we should "lie and say we need it a month earlier, otherwise we'll receive it on the day of our event". This is bizarre - no other boutique has told us to lie because they know they need to deliver the order well before the event date. It is unprofessional for them to ask us to lie. Even if we do, from their perspective they are OK with delivering a suit the day of the event? Someone I know had to find a new bridal outfit last minute because her suit hadn't arrived.then it arrived after she already got married! Not okay. Save yourself the trip.

Madiha is a big scam. She promised us to give our wedding dress on certain date and on that date told us that the dress isn't ready. She is such a big liar cuz she will keep giving you dates on the top dates for your order. She just ruined my cousin's big day.

Ordered dress and after numerous delays and zero updates on the status the WRONG dress arrived. Owner tried to gaslight me into thinking it was the correct one then tried to give store credit instead of refunding me. RUN AWAY, don't bother wasting your time, money and most importantly your peace of mind on this place

I went there with my cousin to get her bridal outfit. The level of service offered by Nadia was amazing. She is so through with the details. Offered her inputs and the dress ended up looking like a dream on my cousin. I am so glad we met Nadia and got the outfit made at Dhaagey. Also when we inquired about the dress fiasco that was in the news, Nadia was really upfront about it and she explained us how they were being targeted. They hid nothing from us.
Review: I would go there for all wedding and party like outfits. Their level of service is unmatched.

Owner, Madiha, dealt with me and my family members disrespectfully. She went against her own policy and a promised deal. My dress wasn’t ready on time nor did she bother to return it. Madiha told us to leave her shop and accused us to the authorities. Poor business management skills, she handed it over to the authorities.

Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere! Owner Madiha's management "skills" were clearly exposed in a CBC article, that alone should repel you from this disastrous boutique! She is a fraud full of lies and extremely distasteful. I am appalled by their lack of professionalism and will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
