I faced issues initially with subscription but thanks to their tech team they contacted me right on the spot and fixed the issue for me. And it’s working absolutely fine now. Thanks to Davinder (tech guy) who helped me and stayed with me till the time it worked perfectly at my end.

The best for bollywood movies. Hindi and punjabi movies are updated so often. 4k quality.the guy at the store recommended to use the karostream app but my tv wasn't smart.the 4k box is best.apparently works on old tv as well.no problem

One of the best iptv boxes in brampton. I came into the store and they helped me within 5 minutes I was done. Very fast service. Thanks teji for heling me over the phone to setup when I got home. I literally called at 10 oclock at night and got very good help

Very poor service and even poorer customer service. The app does not stream on tv and the customer service is never available. Please do not go ahead for this app.

Been happy since day one.been using the service for 3 years.went to dhillon video to recharge by iptv box and it was done in 5 minutes.i was in and out in a few minutes.they save so much time.

Bought the iptv service on my own box, they really helped to setup good.my daugter changed the video settings of the box and it stopped working, i literally called at 10: 30 thinking they would be closed, to my surprise they were open and helped me fix it right away. 5 minutes later it was working.the staff at store and over the phone are really polite.

Iptv is great for my grandparents.they just came from india and really enjoy it.there is no channel that they dont have.all gurbani channels are better than any cable tv service and half the price.harmandir sahib live and the gurbani recorded is the best feature.they released new karostream app, same service just without iptv box.it was hard for my grandparents to use the app so just bought box.but they offered free trial since i was old customer.very polite guys.

Decent monthly payment, very good customer service, easy to reach out if having trouble with the tv box, they guide you through each step on the phone very patiently. Customer Service available in English, Punjabi and Hindi.

Limited content of movies. Mostly old movies which are easily available on youtube. No webseries. Only one star i gave is for willow cricket channel.

The guy in the turban helped me setup a subscription on my smart tv.the iptv service on my smart tv works much better than the box ever did.it works very smooth and never glitches.does take a few seconds to start up, i called and they said its loading the new movies, but 10 second wait is no problems.

Karostream iptv is good for IPL on phone.its very good quality. I looked for ipl live for a longtime, hotstar took it off their app.karostream is best or cricket.comes with a few hindi and punjabi channels but cricket is a must.
