All of my experiences with DHL overall (no specific store) has been GARBAGE. I absolutely dread finding out a company has shipped with DHL. I actually wish this company would dissappear off of the face of the earth. Please.someone make a better shipping company and kick them to the curb

These Drivers are so lazy. They will not contact you but want to say incorrect Address. I’m trying to contact and it keeps hanging up Trying to email them they are not emailing back this is annoying and very frustrating. If you are lazy and don’t want to do your job as a delivery driver don’t apply for the job this is ridiculous.

I actually give this place 0 stars Absolutely Terrible.

Was waiting for a package. I realized it's been over a month so, I checked the order status and found the tracking number only to find out they attempted to deliver it. Never gave me any notification or option to pick it up. And it is now back in the US on the way back to the store I bought it from.

This is not the first time I have had bad experiences with this company. Avoid at ALL costs.

Had a pckge delivered by this DHL recently. My box was opened by the driver to seem as if it was damaged. They even opened my package and touched my products i purchased. The finger prints were all over my glasses i didnt even touch yet.

Friendly rep at the office. Got my package quickly. Too bad DHL won't deliver inside a condo and direct to the door. They need to learn from Purolator, FedEx, UPS and Amazon

The tracking system says they dropped by at 2pm today and no one was home thus they will try again. The funny thing is, we were sitting outside at our porch the whole day enjoying our family time and the only delivery was Uber Eats. DHL did not come by at all.

(20x life experiences with DHL, person who deals with 500+ shipping transactions a year.) DHL doesnt knock, DHL doesnt give package until you pay fee/tax, DHL doesnt accept credit/debit at door, DHL doesnt accept cash at door, DHL wont deliver on hand on site at your door. DHL always 100% charges fees/tax, DHL always charges minumum 20$+ fee/tax on piece of 1gram paper, DHL always has confusing system of online payment, DHL always has no mention of hidden fees (search dhl fee they have no landing webpage on this issue whatsoever and searching 10 minutes on their poorly and confusingly designed website which they have 3x versions of) no mention. Every time someone ships to me via DHL I tell them worldwide to tell others not to send something via DHL and never to send anything via DHL. Stop charging 30$ fees on 5$ transactions telling us to pay first online then i come back later nonsense wasting everyone's time and money. Figure out a better logistics model for small transactions that isnt nonsense. Search DHl on any search engine and 90% of forum queries are just complaints about fees, their system, and delivery methods.

Very unprofessional and rude staff, with weird English. They keep calling me and then abruptly hang up when I inquire about my missed delivery.this is in the middle of the night, almost 10pm!

Worst delivery service I've ever encountered. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I was on the call with the staff when she refused to check if the package I was hoping to pick up was at the store (when I had told her DHL already told me they should have it, and I had written confirmation from a DHL representative with this stores address) but she still refused to even take my order number and help me look for my package. This staff then left the phone mid-sentence without warning and started talking to her coworker all the while I was still on the line and can clearly hear them talking about me. The amount of time wasted trying to locate and receive my package was ridiculous, I received my package 6 days late due to DHL's disorganization and misinformation on where the location of my package was. Would not have used DHL if there were other options available, definitely will never be a customer again.

I received my parcel from an international destination in a timely fashion. The delivery date was 4/26, but I received it today (4/22), 4 days before. Well organized company. Highly recommended doing business with them!

Great phone help and courteous front desk support, but when I got to the depot the door was locked with no one there. Even though it clearly said it was open for business.

Very small location, and even more difficult with covid measures that you are not able to go inside to get packages. That said, the attendant was very nice and able to help right away with my delivery. Before you go, confirm that your package is ready for pick-up (or drop-off) and have ID ready. Its a small location in a semi-industrial area of Markham.

I would not use this location, if my life depended on it. Rude staff, DHL station wasn't working. This location deserves to be shut down.

I will never use this company again. A document had to reach me urgently. The document arrived 5 days later than the day it was supposed to arrive, and when I received it, it had no value.

Pretty quick self service with friendly and helpful staff. To find the DHL kiosk you need to go to the Loomis/Canpar door (there is no DHL sign) then call the number on the door for assistance.

Amazing spot. Good quality big and tall clothing. Make sure to ask the staff about the current deals as sometimes the deals are not posted. Help at this store is based largely upon staff availability but if you can get someone almost everyone here is a delight to shop with.

DHL charges me $45 for handling fees while the sender had already paid $40 for the delivery. When I called in, it was useless to reason with them. They insisted that the 45 dollars is for handling fees when the package arrived in Canada. It is ridiculous! DHL DOUBLE charges delivery fees with a very lame lie. Stop doing it! Do not use DHL service EVER!

Worst company I’ve ever ordered from! They stick you up with duty fees out of the blue 26.03 to be exact! NO OTHER COMANY HAS EVER DONE THIS TO ME!

Small place. Ring the bell when no staff in the counter. There is no "DHL" sign but they have a large "CANPAR" sign. Staffs are friendly and nice, very good service.

I called 5 time today to know the states of the package. I got different massage every time.they said manager will call me.but they didn't. I have so many DHL package.this time is so disappointed

Our documents should have arrived on September 7th, but we didn't get the delivery information until September 9th. All the contact information was attached for three days, but the deliveryman did not call us. When we got the news and went outside, he was gone, and affecta us to wait another day.its really disappointing, its waste of time and money and not efficient!

0 star, I don't know how they are in business.this is not the first time, they always say attempted delivery but never buzz or leave any message

We just dealt with a very disrespectful and impatient driver in the Markham/Stouffville area. We live in a condo, so he called our suite #. When my mother asked him who the package was for (since we do live in a condo and deliverers had made mistakes before), he replied with, "You! Who else do you think!? " My mother, who is a senior, made her way downstairs and found the missed delivery notice on the door. The guy knew we were home! He talked to us and we told him to wait a moment. He couldn't even wait 15 seconds for us to get our package! He had some serious attitude, and I don't know how DHL could hire employees who think they're high and mighty when their job is to serve people!
