They have a great service. I sent 2 mails in this store. I was worried if they sent correct documents but It is correct. And, it reached HK in exact date at early time. So, thank you so much! God bless.:)

I believe your driver stole my package
As you have not sent me a picture of the package at my front door or the GPS of the vehicle at time of delivery

Like I have said I was home
I have a door bell
I have security cameras

This is a theft on the part of DHL

I also had to pay DHL customs charges

Always have to pay extra charges which I am not used to be pay with other courier! Very expensive, one shipment received few months back arrived ripped and some of the items were missing and I had to call the shipper and i got lost in the middle and ended up loosing 500$ worth of products

DHL is easily the worst courier. Driver called and stated he will reattempt delivery the next day. I waited all day and nothing. Then found out the tracking number is marked as delivered.

Courteous and fast service. I needed to send original important documents to India like birth certificate, marriage certificate; I was very sceptic of sending originals via courier. But DHL proved to be trustworthy, fast delivery with insurance cover within 5 days to India. This quality demands money and yes it was costly, but at the end of day, much better. Rather than saving few bucks I would recommend trying them for courier to India for confidential original document movement which are non replaceable.

My worst experience ever with any shipping company during my lifetime.
They don’t have any ideas about what they’ve done to people’s business, there isn’t a single professional person working there and I barely see any improvement during this year to I had to contact to customer service hundreds of times just for delivering a parcel!
DHL picked up and packed and shipped my package from Germany to Canada DHL office in less than 24 Hours but it took DHL Canada 3 Weeks to deliver it to my address in Toronto! Yes 3 WEEKS!
Everyday I had to call and they promised me that they will deliver it soon but that was nothing to do with reality.
We missed our workshops due to this incident but they just don’t care.
Use UPS or Fedex instead they know how to work here in North America DHL should allow to deliver stuff only in Europe.
Working with DHL, It was a nightmare for us.

Honestly, UPS is much better than DHL Canada.
People would blame all over and it literally takes me 10 days for 5 fail attempts and I have to pick the package up myself.
Horrible service.

I have been dealing with place for the last three years once a week as minimum for sending and receiving documents packages, I have to say that I am very satisfied and happy with the service of this location at 4936 Yonge St.in general and Ms. Monica in particular. Monica is very helpful and welcoming person. Always, smiling to the customers. She is professional and very cooperative.
The stars go to Monica and the store. However, I think there is still a lot to be done by DHL as a service provider. DHL picks the packages once a day around 6 pm and deliver once at the same route. I would suggest they should have 2 rounds morning and evening. DHL also don’t operate during Weekends which is different from other countries and that cause a significant delay to the delivery. I also think DHL prices add very high but may be they need this to maintain the quality service standards. However, they should have some better prices and promotions for customers sending on weekly basis. My company have a contract with DH but still there is a room to improve on prices.
As a positive comment on DHlL I have never lost a package with them (it happened with Fedex)

Terrible company. I requested a package to be delivered to Bathurst St location, the dumb driver delivered it to this location. I called to complain and the DHL workers on the phone apologized. When I went to pick it up, the stupid employee told me that maybe Bathurst location wasn’t a DHL drop off point. Shut up. It is. This is why I got an apology via phone but when I go in person it’s suddenly not their fault.

Stop hiring lazy drivers. There’s so many complaints which go on to show how incompetent your drivers are. And your employee shouldn’t make up information, they need to be re-trained as well.

Lousy staff on phone, after 3 repeated requests for holding at nearby depot they still wanted to hold at Brampton & claim that NO such request in system. After a 2weeks wait i drove to Brampton (35k o/w) to pick it up. Basically jokers in the courier industry.
