Recommending DHL is my greatest pleasure.l have used other shipping companies and would never do it again.when I compare DHL with them I realized that I'm making a serious mistake cause to be honest DHL is a cut ️ above the rest.my entire package was delivered not only on time but very safely. I honestly didn't have any headache unlike other services that I've used before.my placing for DHL them is #1 and a 5 rating.with very friendly and lovely staff, the customer service is equally the same.looking forward to my next visit very very soon I therefore recommend DHL to all who needs a trusted, efficient, reliable and a one of a kind service

Such a frustrating experience. Terrible terrible customer service. I was home when got the notification attempted to deliver. No card left on the entrance. Horrible service

I had wrost experience with DHL delivery. I never got any information until I call and chase them for my parsal. Even I feel it's most expensive one. It took 42 days to arrive. And they had a lot of miss communication regarding it so even everytime I call them they provided me different kind of issues.

Absolutely not accessible by phone or email. If you have a package being delivered over the border and its held at customs, you cannot reach anyone by phone or email. Worst customer service experience EVER!

Delivery drivers are terrible. I was home and having a new furnace installed all day during the “supposed delivery” the side door was literally open ALL DAY and somehow the deliver driver managed to get a signage for my package without anyone seeing it. How are you that incompetent? ! StockX PLEASE stop shipping with this company.

Poor system and service, I have no option to enter 0 that’s why I enter 1 as rating.

I just send a document to overseas via DHL from staples counter. And now DHL is holding my documents by saying no shipper name available (it’s a joke for me, because the staff at staples counter entered all informations in system in front of me and printed, I saw that. The item is just 7 pages of documents not any goods or gift).

it’s been 10 days and still on hold even after I contacted many times.
Horrible internal system and people.

It is crazy for a $10 item I was still charged $20 processing fee plus the applicable taxes on my order. Robbery.

Seems to be purposefully holding back packages, inspecting the contents, asking questions into specifics. Very long wait times and poor service. I'm not sure if it's actual incompetence or corruption within the organization. Either way, avoid if possible.

Service is very pathetic. My friend and I ordered clothes from shein and DHL took extra $65 for shipping. Drivers donot read instructions at all. Its a waste of time, money and efforts. I donot recommend this service at all.

Hands down, the worst customer service ever. I talked to 3 different representatives. The first two cut the call off after waiting 20 mins to talk to someone. Would never use this company to ship.

Worst customer service experience ever. Lady told me that another delivery company (T Force) was my local delivery and that they would not help and neither could DHL. After asking to speak to a manager (was not rude or anything of the sort) to ask additional questions, she put me on hold and hung up on me. When I tried calling T Force, the customer service representative was nothing but helpful and kind (unlike DHL's claim they would not help me). So yeah, hate DHL.

Terrible shipping service. They always charge expensive duties fees even when receiving gifts. You can wait for the delivery and after it doesn’t arrive and you check the tracking, they say that they attempted to deliver the package and you weren’t home. Every single time it’s the same thing with them. I’d rather go back to using a carrier pigeon that this brutal currier service. I’d give zero stars if it was an option.

Ordered two prints online, and the package was shipped by DHL. Received notice that delivery was attempted but no one was home even though we were - and the package was at Canada Post - where DHL charged a $10 'fee' because there was tax owing. Just a blatant money grab in the form of an arbitrary and excessive fee. When I called DHL, after 20 minutes on hold and being bounced around, they just hung up. Never again. Won't use DHL and I won't buy from companies that use DHL to ship.

They will with hold your items if you don’t pay for customs fees, even tho the item is under 100 dollars which I’ve never had to deal with, with any other delivery company.

Payed for express shipping 15 days ago. Was supposed to be here 6 days ago and now I've had to wait the whole Easter weekend and hope it comes Tuesday. Express shipping is a waste of money.

Wish I could give you negative stars. Worst shipping company ever. You will literally pay double for anything you purchased because you always get nailed with import fees on items that don't even require it.

Worst delivery service ever. Always claims to be at my door and never actually attempts. Makes false promises or re-delivery and I can wait hours. Only to call again and find out “just kidding it’s coming tomorrow”.

The best part is when the person on the phone tells you that you can pick it up at the depot. When the depot is well over an hour away from you. There are not convenient locations for DHL. They are unreliable, Inconsistent and liars.

Watched the delivery man stop in front of my house, I went to put on some clothes to answer the door then he was gone! No package in sight! I looked at my tracking order and it said the “recipient refused delivery” I’m fuming. Very unprofessional. He didn’t even knock as well.

This is a joke of a delivery service and it’s employees apparently need to be fired as they are incompetent. I’m very disappointed. My package was statused: recipient refused delivery. No one came to deliver anything to our home. Find me my package now.

Scheduled this company to pick up a package on Friday evening to mail out. I got a call Friday afternoon saying they had arrived. I told them I was scheduled for the evening and was unavailable until then. Dispatcher was very unprofessional and refused to confirm if they would come that evening. Surprise - they didn't show up and I couldn't contact them. Followed up Monday with HQ in Toronto and I had apparently been rescheduled for a morning pick up (which I did not agree to, nor was notified about). Apparently there are no drivers available in the evening in my area and no one mentioned this before I made these arrangements. Rescheduling this delivery was also a piece of work. I had to call back three times (spent 2+ hours of my day over this) dealing with different employees that couldn't figure out how to send me a new shipping label. Choose DHL if you want to drop $700 to waste a lot of time, give yourself a huge headache, and have your package arrive late due to the incompetence of this company and their employees.
