Customer service can never get worse this place!
1st they don't deliver packages in one go despite of sending them at the same time.instead all parcels are supposed to picked up on different days.
They don't deliver at home nor do they attempt to deliver at all.
They are rude and won't give any explanation for the delay.
Customer representatives.is extremely rude and won't respond to any requests.

Very bad experience with dhl I was waiting for my package and also give service charges $46 and they are not delivered my package when I was everyday track my package it’s indicate my package is hold for today and it’s delivered to you on next business day and after 10 day’s waiting for my package it’s indicate the package are return to USA what is that system I can’t understand it’s very very bad experience

Worse so called express service DHL your customer service is horrible. And it’s impossible to track your package accurately bcuz the information giving is not up to date. My package says it’s been in transit since November 29th today is December 2nd and I still have not received my pack. DHL has no idea where it is! Every time I call to inquire someone there gives me different information than the previous person. I will never order from a company that uses DHL to ship their contents!

They charge $17.50 brokerage fee just for $2.28 customs charge. Just ripping off people. Made a huge mistake using DHL, never ever again.

Worst postal service. I always try and avoid whenever possible. Note they will always charge you additional fees if you incur any tax. I've paid 20 dollars of processing fees of 2 dollars.

Worst location. The employee who worked there wanted to open a package that was an online return. I realized a sign on the desk read ' employees have the right to inspect all packages' but taking things so literally is unnecessary. This package was a return of an online purchase, and l followed the vendor's return instructions to place the item in their box and attach the return labels that indicated what was in the box. This DHL location in Square One Shopping Centre is the only DHL location that insists on opening all packages. I have never had any courier insist on opening an online return package. Canada post locations do not open packages that people are sending. Opening an online return could damage the item in the box. There must be some procedure for receiving online returns without damaging the box and the things in it. What a stupid rule. I will not be using the Square One Shopping Centre DHL location ever.
