Worst company I've ever had to deal with with I could rate 0 stars. Package was over a week late. I contacted them no matter what they just kept postponing when it would be there they messed up the delivery twice a girl promised me it would finally be there by a certain time and if not I could call her this was on March 20th she promised it would be there by the 21st on the 22cnd I called when it still hadn't arrived and she said she cohkd get back to me on the 24th I still don't know if or when I'll ever get my package it was supposed to be here on the 12th. Do not recommend 0 stars

Worst of the worst shipping companies. Customer service absolutely terrible. Had my package lost and the answer we are still processing takes ages and they still processing.

The girl in the store tried to cuss me out after having a attitude because of the amount of costumers in the store and put her hand in my face and told me you people always try to use the race card because I’m black in the store worst experience of my life! When I ask the manager if this is what they allow at the Scarborough location she told me because they thought I was being rude it’s okay for her employee to be physically aggressive towards me. But If I was to behave in such a manner in the store I’m sure I would have gotten in trouble. Worst location ever!

One star for DHL Canada. If I had another option I will not use it. They are never able to deliver packages. For some reason they always make me drive to their store for one reason or the other. How the mighty have fallen.

I have been waiting for my parcel for literal 7 days and the delivery drive never calls my cell phone and marks the parcel as no one was home.

Worst service ever. Their are two people working and taking one customer at a time even if people have to wait an hour long as they’re sorting through peoples boxes. Even if a customer comes with 10 boxes they make everyone else wait. Might as well close down the store so people don’t waste their time.

I put 1 star because there is no zero choices. This the worst postal experienced I had. Want to send a couple of boxes for my family back home, but unfortunately I was in the cut off time as the lady said.like 7: 30 p.m while the mall close at 8 p.m like what? 30 minutes drive to that place and just ask to return back tomorrow, what the heck, it's business will yes, probably because you just an employee, (whoever you are) my advice is if you work like that better quit your job, Better customer service that's we deserve, paying
good amount of money for the package were going to send I bet we deserve it.

Extremely bad service. Went there this morning to ship an envelope. The door was closed with the sign " Back in 10 mins". She came back in 20 mins, not a word of apology, and started snapping at the customers who were in line by now.
When I enquired about the pricing she got extremely rude and obnoxious. Since I had wasted a lot of time by then I went with it but never going back again. I would give it a negative star if possible.

We had our worst customer service experience today. Rolling your eye balls while talking to a customer and asking them to leave unpolitely while they are still double checking the information printed in the receipt are rude! Please do not do that again! My mom's blood pressure went high because of this incident. Being a little nicer to customers will not make you a less of a person

Beware of the staff working at this location. DHL/No Frills, Super Store promotions free air shipping 20lbs box to the Philippines. Check your goods in your box before shipping. They are stealing your items. One employee for sure I believe his name is Ismail. He open and sealed my box before shipping. We work so hard here in Canada to help family back home for an easier life only to find out we been robbed. Please share.

I am not sure about the location but the company itself is very un organized and there drivers are lazy. Twice while I was at home I got notifications that I refused a package when no one even came to my door. I have signature release which makes it worse they don't even have to talk to me they just have to leave it is my door. To me that is a indication they don't even want to bother to walk or deliver my package period. Not to mention this driver decided to be lazy on a Friday and there customer service line is closed on weekends, you are a delivery service how are you not available period on weekend's? Every time I order now I will make sure the shipper does not use DHL. The first time this happened to me they sent my product back to the shipper and even the shipper said she has been getting bad experience using this company and sent it to me UPS And I had zero problems as always using UPS. I am not impressed at as you can tell.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COURIER! I had the absolute worst experience. I ordered a package on August 10th from the UK to Canada. I submitted a request for vacation hold as I am not home and they confirmed my request and said the package would be delivered Monday August 17 between 9: 30am-4: 30pm and I made sureee to request that someone sign upon delivery. THEY DELIVERED IT TODAY (AUGUST 13,2020) WITHOUT ANYONE SIGNING FOR IT AND LEFT IT AT MY FRONT DOOR. THEY DID NO DELIVERY ATTEMPTS. THEY DID NOT LEAVE IT AT A SERVICE POINT FOR PICK UP. It’s a $700 package. I was left on hold for 30 mins for them to tell me they submitted another request and that I never selected vacation pay. By the time they answered me, I had got ahold of some neighbours to pick it up. I live in a complex in Scarborough where packages have been stolen before. I barely ever order online for this reason and with every provision taken, DHL Express Delivery still managed to just drop it off and leave. I wish I could upload proof in this review to show all the emails I got confirming my request and delivery date and time. I was also charged a whopping $102.00 for duties and taxes. I did some research and found out that they charge a “brokerage fee” that is included in the bill. I had no choice but to pay it. Unbelievable and unacceptable.

Worst delivery service in the world. Had my package delivered twice to my house while I was home and they didn't give it to me. I call them and they tell me I have to pay $35 duties and taxes for me to get my package. I got no email or phone call/text telling me I had to pay anything, I would have paid it much sooner had I known. No communication, no notifications. Learn something from FedEx and UPS. I finally just paid my d and t and got the package delieved to my nearest DHL location because I don't trust them to leave it at my house. Do not ship with these crooks!

First time interaction with this company Would highly NOT RECOMMEND, I’ve bin home all day and when I looked out for my package instead I get a note saying I wasn’t home? My cousin send me 2 iPhone 11 pro along with wireless charger on 23rd September which I would expect to delivered on 4th October. Unfortunately irresponsible work from DHL Scarborough town centre's employee Mr. Tim
my parcel hold in Mumbai for 4 days still my parcel is there. Mr. Tim made mistake in custom declaration value therefore my parcel stuck in clearance department. I suggest you everyone when you buy expensive things for your family or friends money doesn't matter right? So go for fedex service which is higher price compare to any others but you will receive your parcel on time and without any trouble. It was totally my fault to choose DHL.

Lost my package twice in a row. They overcharge for duty (the duty on art is not 25%).

They didn't knock on my door the first time. The second time I put out a sign assuring them that I was home, still no knock.

I have never once had this company simply deliver my order like any other courier manages to.

I have visited this DHL branch as a customer and I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff, their patience and commitment to each customer. Val, one of the nicest employees of the company, took from his time to help me with my task diligently. It has been a pleasure using DHL and I absolutely recommend them.

Paid extra for express service. Stayed home all day to get the delivery but missed. That's ok because it happens. So I arranged for pick up at Town centre location next day. Guess what? My parcel was sent to Downtown location somehow and I am still waiting for my parcel. Called customer service centre to change contact number but representative said they can not do it for somereason. Aweful service and lack of responsibility.
AVOID DHL. DO NOT PAY SINGLE DIME ON EXTRA SERVICE.

An expensive service that is manned by unprofessional and uncouth delivery personell. During last delivery, the guy nearly broke my apartment door with his loud banging.twice in quick succession! When I asked him the reason for his 'aggression', he told me that his instructions were to knock twice as hard as possible and then walk away if there was no response! There is no consideration at all for the occupants.someone could be old, handicapped, pregnant, hard of hearing, stuck in a far corner of the home or basement.or in the washroom or saying prayers. Why the hell would DHL not call ahead to inform of an impending delivery. Most if not ALL delivery companies offer a time frame during which the delivery would be effected. We have a family member at home who is seriously ill and cannot be left unattended. Therefore we are home 24/7 even when the patient is in hospital. We are a senior citizen couple, both with mobility challenges. To sum it up, DHL DELIVERY IS A NEEDLESS AND AN EXPENSIVE PAIN. The delivery person is a born liar.as he never attempted to deliver a very sensitive package like he claims to! It's time to either re-train ALL delivery staff as well as the Customer Service manager and his department or for DHL to shut down its operations.
