Price looks good, speeds look good, and customer service has been very responsive, helpful and friendly. Especially Yostina and Sandra, thank you both for all your help! I have ordered their 1gb internet package for $96.05/mo after tax and a simple $100 installation fee with a $50 refundable modem deposit is a steal! Also the fact that they offer a modem and router together for free is pretty damn good considering other companies don't do this. My only possible concern (which I hope is nothing to worry about) is whether I will achieve 1GB/down via ethernet connected to the modem but will update this review with it accordingly. Thanks again Diallog!

Edit 29/11/2023: So after more than a year with Diallog I've had no issues until recently when I couldn't access certain websites, couldn't post on some threads and couldn't connect to a lot of game servers. The reason? Diallog seems to be piggybacking from not just Rogers and Bell's infrastructure but Cogent Communications which is a business wholesaler for internet from googling around. Any time I tried accessing certain servers or posting something it would say I didn't have access, my IP was banned or that I was using a VPN so I would get kicked off. 2.5 hours on call with their support team and no resolution, I email them screenshots as requested and no response. I call back the next day and speak to the same person who tells me my concerns were referred to a "higher up" and that apparently Diallog as a whole is blacklisted and there is no fix. So basically I can't access and use the internet as I want to with no fault of my own but my ISP. I called to disconnect my service and was told no problem but then received an email that wanted me to formally request for disconnection, okay, sure I fill it out and am told I have to give them 30 days notice and that the earliest they could disconnect me was December 29th and would be refunded the 30th and 31st. Mind you the payment for the service comes out on the 10th of each month. When I signed up with them it was the middle of the week and they only took the amount per day as opposed to the entire month, yet a company that preaches "no contracts" essentially does have a 1 month contract. So connecting whenever you want and the price will be adjusted is no problem but disconnecting is a no-no and you have to wait 30 days for it to happen.
Safe to say I made a mistake by trying to avoid the two big guys who monopolize the entire country, Bell and Rogers, by trying to support the little guy and getting screwed over in the end.

P. S the prices of their monthly internet services increased by $5/month as of November 1st 2023.

I had a lot of hiccups that were caused by lack of communication and awareness on diallog's end. It led to a very frustrating first experience. However, the product and price is excellent and I was contacted to talk about my experiences and felt much more assured that I was in safe hands with this company for the future.

Cancelled in a week because consistent internet dropoffs and Bell unable to fix, but got charged for two month.great!

Can’t say enough that I am pleased with my new internet connection. Very reasonable price and a fast service. I certainly recommend it.

I have been with this company for many years and their service has always been superb especially Merlin Hall. Merlin always follow up Quickly and Thoroughly until the issue is resolved unlike the big telecoms like Telus and Rogers. This is so even when Diallog had to cease their service of Analog lines and forced me to change provider to Telus. But instead of Telus assisting the smooth transfer, it was Diallog that follow through to reslove the issue because of Telus repeated mistakes. It is with sad emotions to have to cease my business with Diallog. Merlin is a pleasure to deal with always and I wish her and her team the Very Best and take this opportunity to convey a Very Big Thank You for these many Years of Excellent Service.

Ridiculous. I called to move my service to my new residence. The customer service rep had a very bad phone connection, i.e. Non stop clicking sound and her dog was barking non stop so I told her I would have to discontinue the phone call and call back as I could not hear her over the clicking sound on her phone and her dog barking. I called back and my call got dropped by the new rep, same problems with the phone line. I learned that my current service DSL Internet-Plus 25/10 Mhps at a cost of $37.50 per month will not be offered to me at my new address. 5 km from my current residence. I will have to pay $45.00/month for 15 Mbps.

My first day with Diallog, fast installation service, got the modem a bit late, but all good internet up and active. Good service for now.

So far after the week that I've had internet with them, I get exactly the speed I pay for and good stability. If anyone lives in north Cabbagetown I would absolutely recommend their service, especially considering the price I am paying. I play online games a lot and my ping over WiFi (Haven't gotten around to getting an ethernet cable) have been phenomenal, and would expect it to drop 10ms more with a cable. Honestly, if you are a student or low income earner and need affordable internet I would highly highly recommend. Just go for it, worst case you cancel after a few months!

Our group of businesses became Diallog customers recently, and are promptly leaving. We've been plagued by countless SIP outages during the last month (not just the one major Apr 1st DRDoS attack Diallog suffered). Our businesses can not run on this level of unreliability. Our customers are fed up with our phones being out of service, and so are we. Totally unacceptable.

This is the first time I contacted Diallog to inquire about their service. The response was very prompt. I didn't have to waste any time holding the line. The customer service representative who attended was (Name: Iswary) very knowledgeable. Her customer skills I can say are above average. She had promt and accurate answers to all my qustions.

On-time arrival and very professional competence of the installation technician, a line had to be installed to the house and the technician took the time to explore the best possible option while observing the Covid protocols.precise and simple instruction delivered for the self-activation of the modem and router and smooth and stable internet connectivity since.very impressed with the service performance by Diallog thus far.

Seamless installation and great follow-up service. It’s been nearly 6 months, had zero issues so far, and connection is right up to the advertised speed.
