Dimond dental clinic is one of the best dental clinics in north york. All doctors are very professional and dedicated in their work. Dr ELLA was the one who had done root canal treatment and it was very good experience. I had not feel any kind of pain during the whole treatment.

The doctors and staff all are very expert and friendly and know thier jobs. Me and my family is coming to them for years for our dental treatment and never had any complaints.

I am completely satisfied with the punctuality and orderliness of Dr. Rad's dental clinic and I recommend it to everyone.
The excellent expertise and professional and respectful behavior of the doctors of this clinic is exemplary.

Nothing bad anout the doctors here the stuff are nice and friendly but they over charge you if the know you have insurance.

People in this clinic are so professional and friendly. I had a root canal treatment and cleaning. They explained what's going on in my teeth clearly, and each treatment was not painful. Highly recommended.

I came here for a cleaning once. I'll never be back. It was during the pandemic and I was paying cash. Well, it was brutal to be honest. It was a busy day at the clinic. So I arrived on time but had to wait. Such is life. Every single child was crying loudly. This was after the dentist saw them. With the hygenist, they seemed calm until the dentist showed up and tried to jam his bear paws in their throat. Great, I knew what to expect. I stayed quiet. I think I have an average sized mouth but his hands were not going to fit for the cleaning. After stretching my jaw every which way but unhinging it like a snake he stepped away. Thank god. The hygenist took over and finished the job. X-rays were suggested and I declined. It just jacks up the price. Funny, I hadn't been to the dentist for 4 years but I was in and out in less than an hour. 2 stars for hygenist who could do so much better than this clinic and dentist. Also, I told them I would be there only once. They keep calling me now (2 or 3 years later). It might because the children that went there won't be back. I can't blame those kids. This dentist does not seem to realize he is the problem at the clinic for the kids. Me? I can't stand people who don't realize they are the weakest link.

My experience here was very pleasing. My first time I came for a cleaning, then went back for fillings. The doctor is very gentle and makes suggestions for your benefit as a patient and is very understanding. I highly recommend this dental office. I’d give more stars than 5 if I could.

These guys are great at their job. Dr. Ramtin is great and professional not only as a dentist but as a human being he is a good man. Samia the hygienist is great at her job. The ladies at the front desk, the assistants, all the staff are very nice and good vibe like a family. I brought my new comer dad and brother to them then my other brother then my sister in law and still recommending you to more people and thank you for the good work:)

Very pleasant and organized. Hygienist very knowledgeable. Dr rad and her team are just awesome!

Went for cleaning. When they know you have insurance they will try to cash out as much as possible. They told I have cavities once cleaning was done and asked me to get x-rays. I got x-ray in a different place and I had no cavities. Just give your insurance details after your treatment is completed to avoid unnecessary suggestions.

Went to Diamond Dental Clinics for a teeth cleaning after not having been to a dentist in years. They throughly cleaned my teeth and the dental hygienist gave me tips on how to properly floss. Everyone from the receptionist, to their dental hygienists and one doctor I spoke to (Dr. Zafari) were all so courteous and professional.

Had dental cleaning here about a month ago and I must say that I had an overall pleasant experience, from the receptionist who politely answered my questions to the dental hygienist and dentist who carefully examined my teeth - both of whom gave me a sound advice on how to optimize my dental health.

Will I come back here for future treatments? Absolutely! Also, this should be the #1 choice of Ryerson students as the clinic is affiliated with the university, which means huge discounts and savings!

Dr. Rad and her team are amazing. They take care of you. You feel good when you are under their care. I moved to further away but still make the trip to drive to Fairview mall.

My doctor Dr. Hirad Zafari did an excellent job, looks my teeth so natural, he is very professional and smart at his job. He is unique of a kind keeping ethics and sincerity in his profession and of course he will beat any cosmetic dentist. His assistant Angelica too is very good at her work as well as the receptionist was very helpful and kind. A very good team working smartly hand in hand. My special thanks to Doc Zafari, Angelica and Nilou.

The new receptionist is SSSOOOOO RRRRUUUDE! I went there with a nice mood. I was not greeted nor acknowledged when I came in (maybe because her one eye is covered and didn't see me?) and was even yelled at. My blood pressure rose and my day was ruined because of her! A person like her will drive patients away. Management should hire somebody like Tsering or Anka.

Dr Zafari, his assistant Angelica and Nilou at the reception were exceptionally professional and very accommodating as well. I had a few issues with my teeth and the assessment, advice and surgery carried out were top notch. I have booked again for further procedures and will surely recommend to anyone. 5 stars service.

Got a teeth cleaning and wisdom tooth extraction recently and my experience was really good. Hardly feel pain during the operation. Dr. Atarod and the assistant Cherry were really nice and patient. Also the receptionist was helpful and efficient.

Dr. Rad is the most caring, gentle dentist I have ever been to! I have extremely sensitive gums so teeth cleaning is usually quite a painful dreaded experience. Sometimes it requires injections to numb the area. But since iv started seeing Dr. Rad its a breeze. No pain or bleeding and my teeth are super clean!

Extremely clean clinic and following all covid-19 protocols. The receptionist Tsering is so friendly and kind. Always remembers your name and provides a professional hassle free experience! Great dental hygienists too. The staff really cares!

This place is awesome, My whole family keep going there for over 6_7 years. All the dentists are great especially Dr. Raad herself and the service & enviroment is friendly. Highly reccomend Diamond clinic.

They did a x-ray for my teeth and they told me they would give a call if there is any cavity or other things. However, I never got a call from them assuming that I don't have any cavity. But after few months when I visited again they exmined my old x-ray and told me that I have cavity. My question is if you never let the patients know about the x-ray result what's the point of doing x-ray; is that only for money?

I had a emergency with one of my fillings that came out and she fixed it in just 1 appointment.

Usually, when I have emergency I ended up paying and leaving without a solution at other clinics but she's not like that.
