Super fun place to work, everyone is super friendly and it feels like family working there.

I have been working at Diamond for 4 years. I was struggling with mental health for that amount of time. Supervisor think it's okay to disrespect the workers and over work them all day. 12-13 hour shifts. Peter Diamond is one of the worst bosses I have ever had. I recently got told that if my mental health is at risk then I no longer need work for them. It would effect my performance. So when requesting a mental health break I got fired.

Their employees do not care about scalping or burning the properties and do not pay for damage. Also half the employees do not care about pedestrian hitting them with pine cones or rocks damaging windows with pebbles and rocks. They also will ruin the lawn if it wet and Rainy. With 6k pond mowers ripping through grass will leave lines that ruin the grass and the property.

Working for this company us a big mistake and hiring then will be your downfall. Big company, dont care about their employees and do not care about customers properties
