It was awful. My son was to be pickup up by wheelchair taxi at the hospital. We were kick out because my eon did not fit in the taxi. I called Roaches not a problem. Diamond always a problem. Embarrassing Diamond di it infront of ambulance. They were just as disgusting

Typical small town cab service.nothing too special here.most cab drivers are respectful and polite and some are very chatty and blunt. Never had any problems with them. Depending on the time of day you might have to wait (rush hour drivers) for a ride but unlike the other companies they won’t leave you stranded.

Cab driver took $80 from my son for a $34 cab ride, stuck it in his pocket then waved him out of the car. When confronted, he says he thought he was given $40. He pulled the fare out of his pocket and the smaller bills were still rolled up inside of the RED FIFTY DOLLAR BILL, exactly like it was when my kid handed it to him. No way that was "an honest mistake". Downloaded the U-Ride app before writing this review. (Unlike other reviewers, I have no complaints about dispatch, they were very polite and helpful when I called to complain about my son getting ripped off by the driver.)

Cab took close to 40 mins and driver had an attitude like he was condescendingly laughing at me and gave me elevator eyes.

The drivers at diamond are generally kind and have always proved trustworthy and professional. The dispatchers, on the other hand, are not always friendly. I've never been demanding, unkind or anything other than patient and understanding but, haven't always been met with the same attitude. It oftentimes feels like I'm an inconvenience to the dispatcher when I call.

, worst driver, complained the entire time. Only drove by pickup location where WE WERE CLEARLY standing and didn't stop. Left a Senior and someone with a physical disability to hobble out to meet him after calling about his complaining. Still continued to complain during and after the ride.thank you.

Went to thunder bay for the weekend, got to the airport and called them. They kept saying 8 minutes, they even had an app that showed the driver nearby.

20,30,40,50 Mins passed by and nothing. Ended up calling another company and they showed up in 15.and still nothing from here.

Was told by the autodispatcher that it wouldn't be longer than 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes out in the cold with no map link for where my taxi was, I called actual dispatch. They were nice, but it would be at least another 20 minutes - so I cancelled the trip, and did not get to my destination.

I always recommended the taxi until i got over charged tonight. I was told $75 flat rate from crosstown from 1135 crawford to county blvd. I paid $20 before i got on. Upon arrival i got charged $75 again. I said i gave u $20. Paul charged me $75 again. I didnt have change for 55. Gave him 100. Got back 25. I didn't want to disappoint him. I paid full as i promised. I was busy getting emotional as i was getting advantaged. So i never recommend this taxi again. Sorry.

Cab was a bagged out prius which was filty and smelled terrible, like stale body ouder and old vomit. Plus it was 37$ to go from Arthur Street to Memorial. I never tried Uride before, but this trip convinced me to do that instead next time.

Called to book a cab and got yelled at by dispatcher for not speaking loud enough and then was asked to call a different cab company when I told him I didn’t appreciate being yelled at. Very rude, very unprofessional. Would never recommend this company.

Called to book a taxi for next day early morning. The person who answered the phone just said you have to call back after 10 pm. Then he just simply HANG UP on us. So rude! We called Roach's instead. What a GREAT service.

More times than not the dispatcher is a rude person. Had a large haul so asked for a van and they snickered and made very rude remarks then we ended up calling another company cause they didn't send our cab

Tuesday, March 8, at 6: 54: I called to book taxi for tomorrow but the guy after asking my address, rudely cut my call and told me call at 10 PM Without explanation. I can not believe such bad behavior form Taxi service.

This company is a scam. They charged us $56 for a ride from Valhalla inn to lot 88 … the other company that took us back to the hotel charged $27. When we called to complain they hung up on us. Don’t use this company EVER!

The taxi smelled bad, couldn't understand the driver (too quiet and mumbly). Dropped us off at the wrong hotel so we had to walk an hour in a new storm. Other than not bad. 3 stars

I love that I could track my taxi. The driver was friendly and kind. They were a lot more efficient and helpful than the other service in Thunder Bay.

I have never been treated so poorly by company offering a service. Incredibly rude and don’t even show up half the time. Would highly recommend avoiding this place if you actually need to get somewhere safely and on time.

Clean, reliable, kind drivers,
Although they do take a while from point of calling so if you don't like waiting, do a timed call, or call 15-20 mins prior to being finished or requiring the driver.

I am just starting using diamond lacey as I used the other cab company in town but these drivers have been friendly and when you book the cab they send you a link to view where your cab is which is helpful. The dispatch was really nice and they let you know about how long and the best part is being able to know where your going. I’ve been able to get a taxi right away and have been treated fairly but both the staff of the company and the drivers. I know sometimes it’s not very fast at times but rides are appreciated and getting you where you need to go is a breeze.

I drive a company vehicle around town 12 hours a night, I've seen their drivers cut people off, speed well over 25 over the limit, and cut lanes while turning off the highway without blinking; Which just happened to me. What do they do when you honk at them? They slam on the brakes. It was also pouring rain. Their drivers are greedy, ignorant and dangerous. When I called to complain the person was no help and gave the most cookie cutter response.

The worst taxi company I've ever seen.it take over an hour to even get a text telling you that your cab is coming in 10min then it doesn't show. You try to call to see what's going on then they don't even answer you back.it's a real disgrace. Too bad there is no Uber here.

$27 from miles and May to Budget at airport. We made one 15sec stop on Leith to put keys in a parked vehicle. And to the airport.

I was passing through Thunder Bay and had car trouble this morning. Its a holiday Monday so no shops were open. The only person that would help me today was Norris, the driver that came to my hotel on a call. He went above and beyond to help me. The nicest man! Thank you so much for helping me today Norris!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! DISRESPECTFUL! No matter how much money you spend or how much you use them they are always rude nd disrespectful. Multiple occasions I I’ve had problems with them. And tonight they told me minimum hour wait I waited the hour to call back for them to tell me I need to pre pay and they sent a text and they never sent me any text. They love to hang up I. Your ear as you’re speaking. They answer the phone as if you’re interrupting them from cleaning their house. The only thing that is positive about this company is that they have the tracker on your phone. I will be using ROACHES from now on. And I use cans about 2-5 a day. And you would think that I would atleast get some time of respect. Well you guys just lost a very valuable customer good luck.

Really polite and well mannered dispatchers. Drivers are also nice and friendly. New tracking system is very efficient. Wish they had more wheelchair vans available all the time.

This is a tuff business now more than ever cut these guys some slack! Way to go on the recent upgrade in service with the text notification and arrival text! Let's support our drivers, not an easy industry! Please don't call three places and take the fastest, be loyal, be patient and be understanding!
We are all human and we are all trying
Talk to these drivers and try to understand the position they are in and don't forget management either

Worst costumer service I have ever seen. If I could give 0 stars I would. The operator has hung up multiple times on different occasions while asking simple questions about our order and was just very rude in general (passive aggressive, short answers etc.)

Called at 8: 02 AM and I called at 8: 50 to see when the cab will arrive the dispatcher said 10 min, 15 min passed so I called back and the same dispatcher said 2 min. 7 min pass and no cab. Horrible

Had Sean in cab # 65. Very friendly and chatty. I mentioned that I had a flight the next morning to catch and he called in to dispatch to arrange a pick up for me. Very thoughtful. And he mentioned the hotel I was in would offer a voucher for a cheaper cab ride. Even MORE thoughtful. Thanks for looking out.

If I could give less stars I would. I called hours ahead of time to book a very simple taxi to the airport as time was on a crunch, I was assured that it would be there at that time. When the time arrived and passed no one showed up I called 5 minutes later and asked if my taxi was coming and they said, "Yeah, it will be there soon. " another 15 minutes passed and no one showed up. Which resulted in me driving myself to the airport and paying 140$ in airport parking fees, also missing my flight. Definitely will not be using again.

Ha, I was asked to make a phone call to make them improve their services in the future. I CAN'T! Becasue my experience with them on phone was the guy even did not give me a chance to speak but hand on my phone call with "you just wait there"

Marginally better than the other cab company in this city (roaches) because the dispatcher is only slightly less horrible but overall, still a poor excuse for transport. I called from my landed aircraft to reserve my cab and was told that I can stand outside and wait but they don’t reserve cabs. Unreal.
