Car 83 driving like an idiot at 401 and Carlingview on August 12th. Cutting into the merge line and driving on the shoulder to bypass traffic. Yeah looks really bad on your company.

A273 Silver Camry with a misaligned rear driver door. Absolutely menace to society. Rash driver doesn’t use turn signals, cuts people off. Just an absolutely disaster waiting to happen. Truly pathetic.

Friendly and polite call staff that answer the phone along with excellent drivers that will get you from point A to point B in no time! I highly recommend Diamond Taxi for anyone that needs a taxi in Toronto, I will also be recommending to my friends and family!

Seat belt was broken. The first cab driver went to the wrong location. The second driver didn't know how to work the card machine. The night supervisor seemed that all these errors were acceptable.
When did you get so messed up Diamond Taxi and why did send me a Beck taxi?

I have been using Diamond Taxi everyday for a week now to get my grandmother to and from her radiation treatments. Today, they showed up at a time I did not schedule, I clearly specified 11: 50 and dispatch told me they already came this morning. So I had to get a cab sent back and it took an hour. My grandmother was late for her treatment and it was a waste of a trip. Never using again and I am so upset that cancer patients don’t matter to these people. Avoid at all costs.

Probably the worst cab service in all of the GTA. Even their vehicles rarely seem to be marked with their synonymous diamond sign so you can pick them out in a crowd. The only taxi service in the city that could possibly be worse are those random individuals driving around in illegitimate taxi simulacrums.

Scam Alert: I took a Diamond Taxi the other day, paid with my debit card and he swapped out my cards. Returned a different card and proceeded to go to an atm and try to withdraw as much money as he could.

Luckily TD Canada Trust caught on to it instantly.

They did their best to try and get my bag back and it was very appreciated. Thanks for caring! If I need a cab I will definitely use Diamond in the future

Used to be the most popular and well-known cab co in downtown Toronto.
But now apparently no oversight or accountability from drivers

Saturday night at about 5: 30 in the morning at Queen and Dovercourt, one of your taxi slowed down and started yelling absentees at myself and a female friend. When he told him to go away he pulled up beside us and continue to yell the most disgusting things to us. I took two pictures of him. Drivers Licence CBKP 264 Cab Driver 2987. I attempted to report him to someone from your admin phone number and was told that there was nothing that could be done because you work for the cab drivers.

This is DISGUSTING practice and I appalled that your company would do nothing about a male driver sexually harassing to woman on the road in the wee hours of the morning.

I have reported your driver to the Bylaw office and will be boycotting your company from here on out.

All I want to say to them is stop honking at cars in front of you! Drivers need to follow rules and don’t change lanes without signaling!
