Worst hair cut experience!
The management is a total waste. They do not know how to handle queues. I also found them to be a bit rude with their employees and customers specifically. Do not recommend it.

I have been cutting my son and I hair there some time now.moving to the Sheppard location I have noticed a improvement in customer service as well.

This spot is bang for your buck, with a top quality cut and line up for just $30, you can’t go wrong. I always ask for Kabilan, but the other guys are just as talented. I’ve been going here since I was a child and that’s not going to change anytime soon. The new location is very nice and in a good spot.

Got my 5 month old’s head shaved here, and the person was very meticulous, careful, and patient!

They don't clean their equipments, I have some infection on my scalp after getting my hair trimmed. Hygiene issue

The barbers are skilled but beyond that, the customer service is quite bad.

In the past I've dropped in for a haircut, and was told there was a 1hr wait (they said my spot in line would be kept if I left and then returned). When I returned in an hour, they said there would be another hours wait. Believe it or not, this happened a second time (3hrs total wait).

Today I showed up at their posted opening time (9: 30) in order to avoid the long waiting times. This wasn't the best strategy as they didn't even show up until 10am.

They have all ways wait time just to create line up. Only two people working, their customer service is very bad the owner it self very rude with customer do have manners to talk to customers. They also spoil my hair style the guy didn’t listen to proper instructions this review is just for the owner who works as barber.

The shrilankan guy was wearing worst perfume one can find in the world. My headache started because of that. And worst service. Better to go bald instead of trying out this place.

Very expensive $20 for regular. I did not get expected hair cut for that amount i paid.
Few meters away nearer to Namaste super market, there is another saloon M&A hair sallon. Just $12 for regular hair cut and good one. I tried both.

A good place for Haircuts, cheaper than Other places close to the area and the barber is professional. The only thing needs to be improved is customer service as they don’t really ask for the preferences first

The Salon is usually very busy and it takes about 40-50mins for your turn, but they do a good job with haircuts.

Good place and good people. Follow instructions. Just need an online/ on phone prebooking, sometimes wait times are way longer.

Very bad Experience just took 5 minutes for hair cutting and charge $25, unprofessional never go.

I had booked this salon for my bridal party and family for our hair for my big day. Had to postpone the wedding because of covid and then went to rebook. Mary was fine with booking me in (though I had never been there before) until I sent her a picture and she remembered that I am white. Then she messaged me saying she can't do it. She only does Indian people's hair. I asked why because she had booked with me prior to covid and she said since covid she will only do Indian's hair. She tried justifying it by saying she meant her regular customers. But she knew I wasn't a regular customer and still was booking me in over the phone. It wasn't until I sent her a picture and she realized I'm white that she messaged refusing to do my hair or the hair of anyone in my family and bridal party

I used to go here when kannan was working, many employees quit from there after they misbehave and disrespect them.
They have a new salon at 815 brimley road if you wanna visit.

Used to be good but not anymore after they let go of their staffs. They don’t even respect the employees.

Who used to cut my hair regularly Some reason they give him laid off or he quit, actually many staff gone from there.now doesn't like to go there.

Great place for the latest style in mens haircuts. Decent prices. Only drawback is wait times are too long.

Worst hair cut I ever get. Never go back. You have to have extra time during cut your hair barber's private cell phone calls. So disrespectful for the customer.

Sometimes they assign new guy for hair cutting. Lack of staff. Highly unsatisfied with their work. It was worst experience I had. I waited for almost 3 hours and then when my turn comes up those guy took another person instead of me.

A very nice for a quality hair cut, have been coming to this place for a year now, and till now, have never been disappointed.

All good things come at a certain price, and over here more than money, it's going to be your time.

You better take out nice 2 hrs when you come for a hair cut to this place because usually there are long waiting hours.

Really Good place for haircuts price is reasonable. All of them are really talented but most of the time queue is really long. Overall really nice place for haircuts.

Only two barbers are somewhat worthy. Place is crazy busy, wait time can be up to 2-3 hours. Also the barbers don't speak English which makes it very difficult to make them understand what you want done.

Let's just say Jesus will come quicker than your turn for a cut. But it's a quality cut for the price.

Mornings are usually quite. However, this place is always busy and sometimes takes 2 to 3 hours of your time.budget friendly.

The workers only speak in Tamil.and they give preference to their people 1st and. I took a token number people who came after me got their hair cut b4 me.this is very bad.this in the pic he only take his own people and he don't take customer's who is waiting.

Very poor customer service. The staff have their attitude problem like tehy are the best in the world and they dont care about customer experience. Onle one guy with pierced ears have much talent (yet have too much ego), others are just hanging around.
They will use blade even if u ask them not to. They might abuse customers in their native language. Simply they arent able to digest success. Humbleness and professionalism is not at pinch in them.

Never come here.i waited for like 3 hours to get haircut. They allowed at least 3 to 4 people who might have coupons with them but their number already passed out but still allowed to sit in between. Not very good hygiene as well. Better to opt for new barber with same price.

They use razor so hard that I had to go through pain for next 3 days. And waiting was unbelievable. I think some people enjoy pain. I know pain is gain but you won't gain anything here.

They don’t care about Appointment time. Take customer in between the appointment. Very Poor customer service.

Excellent cut every-time. Just the wait time every time is crazy. But except that, they are well priced and the quality is superb.

They are not certified barbers. I had 7 cuts in my face and scalp. I denied to pay them and they were super rude. Stop going there to realize them that they are not the only barber in Toronto.

These guys don’t understand what we say and they think we owe them tips, even if we don’t want to give them and especially avoid the man in left middle-too much mouth

I was a regular customer at this place. But there service has become very poor and they don’t cut well as they used too. Avoid the man at the left- middle seat he has way too much attitude start arguing with many customers. Also will mess up ur hair. Never going back here.

Always been a pleasure to be there to get a hair cut. 20 years have been to this place, very professional Specially Siva, Ashok and Kannan been the best for me. I will definitely recommend the Saloon.

Please arrange appointment services for specific person. Everytime I've to wait for atleast 1.5 hours for my turn.
