Seems like two accounts to prevent people from looking at the other account where people are leaving low reviews. Hard to get Carlo to respond. Get ready to chase after him from different phone numbers after a deposit is paid.

Carlos promised to stand by the warranty of his work. All the joints are bleeding and the stone is all discolored. He is no where to be found. Getting him to complete the job was hard enough I guess we should not have expected it to be done well. The worst part was he was higher than many other quotes and we chose him for the warranty which he doesn't honor anyway. Do you like your house? If so I would highly recommend you not go with this company. He might never show up after taking your deposit which he almost did to us if we didn't threaten to go to the cops and after all that the work was poor as well.

We contacted Dicarlo Stoneworks to create a backyard oasis. We had just had an in-ground pool and hot-tub installed, and we wanted to lay a stone patio to complete the retreat. My husband and I are not designers and had no idea where to start, so when we got in touch with Carlo we were so impressed at his knowledge and eye for design. What he designed for us came to life quickly and efficiently with minimal mess throughout the process. We are so impressed with Carlo and his team we will not hesitate to contact them again for future jobs or to recommend them.

When the front entrance of my 100 yr old family home began to crumble I began the search for someone who was the right fit to repair it. I interviewed multiple companies but none were the right fit. Once I found Dicarlo Stoneworks I didn’t have to look further after meeting with the owner Carlo. He was highly professional, and knew how important maintaining as much of the original stonework as possible was and blended the new work in seamlessly. For the competitive price I paid and the excellent service from both Carlo and the team members that worked on the project, I would not hesitate to contact Carlo again or to recommend his company and services.

DO NOT USE THIS GUY. Carlo over promises and under delivers. And he does not honour the warranty on his work. I made the mistake of contracting him to fix the black basalt slabs on my front porch. He claimed that he can replace the broken slabs with exactly the same, that the cement he uses would not leach efflorescence, and that he could start before the weather became too cold. He was given the opportunity to assess the work to be done before giving me his quote, including getting another company to quote on removing the glass rail and re-installing it. His quote was not cheap! I signed the contract on 13-Oct-2016 because he promised me that he would start the following week. He made sure I paid a hefty deposit on that same day. Then the lousy excuses started. The work did not start till over a month later into late November, and the weather had become very cold already. This was exactly the condition I was wanting to avoid, as cement does not set as well in freezing cold weather, despite what people like Carlo would like to tell you. And he could not match the black basalt slabs like he promised. In fact, he did not even know where to find them. The replacement using mismatched black basalt was finally completed in December, and he demanded an extra $700 because he claimed he had to use extra screws to attach the glass rail back. $700 for extra screws – are you kidding me! Barely had a month passed, then the cement started to leach efflorescence. Yup, yet another false claim (aka lie). He claimed he would return in the spring to fix it, and I ended up spending the following year trying to get him to return. It is now July 2018, over one-and-a-half years later, and he has NOT fixed the defect! After I finally managed to shame him to respond to me, he told me that I had to get the glass rail removed before he can fix his defect. Which of course means I would have to pay several thousand dollars to remove the glass rail in order to get him to fix his mistake. Do you want really want to hire someone like this? I am forced to select at least one star in order to post my review, but this guy, Carlo, deserves NEGATIVE 5 stars.

Our stones have turned a horrible colour and he still has yet to come back to fix it.once we paid in full, he did not seem to care about the quality of his work.it looks terrible, and we are having a hard time getting him to respond and come back to fix his shoddy work.would not recommend at all- would go to someone more reputable with guaranteed quality.will post pictures soon of patio work in my backyard and the terrible discolouration.

Carlo was excellent to work with. He showed up promptly for the estimate and as soon as weather permitted for the work. He suggested ways to more efficiently fix my problem and pointed out some items I hadn't even noticed. I would highly recommend Dicarlo stoneworks

Dicarlo stoneworks is an absolute pleasure to work with. Knowledgeable, punctual, good craftsmen. The crew worked hard and efficiently. Cleanup was spotless.
