This no frills is honestly a good well stocked one. The staff are extremely pleasant and they offer juice and cookies sometimes at checkout complimentary. The shelves variety and store is clean.

Changed my review from 5 star to 2 star. We’ve returned bad chicken to this store 6 times in the last few months. The chicken must be sitting out for a few hours before getting refrigerated again. I’ve never had this issue with any no frills except this one. They should really pay attention to quality control in the meat department. The inconvenience of having to drive back to the store mid cooking is the reason I believe it deserves the 2 star. It happens far too often and we don’t get any kind of help over this issue either than a refund. Change is all we ask for at this point.

Other than that, love this no frills. Customer service at self checkout is USUALLY 10/10 but I’ve noticed it’s better now than it was before.

Abysmal grocery store and management. I went there to purchase produce, Strawberry. There was no sign about the “Limit of purchase”. The store staff gathered and treated me as if I had done something wrong by picking up three boxes. They treated these strawberries as a precious item on the counter.

No Frills Guys, it is just a cold storage product and not a diamond /rare commodity. Go and GET a life!

I will start shopping at other No Frills locations and will advise my colleagues “NOT TO VISIT THIS LOCATION”.

Not sure if there was a management change in the last 10 years or so but this store has been completely transformed - well organized, fresh produced, helpful stuff. Even the ethnic crowd of the customers has changed to the best. If the store management will read it, please keep up the great work.

Store is clean and aisles are not blocked. Did not have name brand all beef hot dogs which I would prefer but, at least they had their brand at a reasonable price. Staff is always friendly.

I was fortunate enough to cash out at the register where a cashier by the name of Gail was working. She was absolutely great. Very friendly. I needed a subtotal on my purchase, which she gave me. She even wrote it on my receipt. Gail is definitely an asset to her company.

Been going to Dickie's NoFrills since 2008. They have a very good selection of items and the fruits and vegetables are always fresh.
The store owner and manager, John Dickie is very personable and will look into ordering something new if they don't carry it.

I don't normally write reviews about grocery stores, but after having a disappointing experience, I thought I would.
I went to the self check-out and didn't realize I was over the limit. I was using a small cart, and there was no one there. The staff watching that area came over and told me to go to a cashier (they also came across as miserable and very unfriendly). I didn't argue and went over to the closest cashier. It was disappointing since the self check-out machines were available. Instead, I got a cashier who had a cough and was handling everything placed on the conveyor belt. And then the store manager comes over to the cashier, starts chatting to them, and purposely blocked my way when I went to pay. Very strange behaviour that was unwarranted.

Always affordable and great staff who are helpful even when it's a zoo in the 1.00 day sales.

Clean, bigger selection of items than expected, great prices. I was not expecting much but was pleasantly surprised.

Most popular items that's on sale usually sells out before the weekend. The store is well laid out. I am able to navigate around the store fairly easy. Alise are clearly labeled with above signage. I do not like using self checkouts when I have a buggy full of groceries.

Good store to shop, but the meat counter is small.
This store suddenly increased all the prices compared to others.
Metro has way better sales.
Also, most cashiers are rude, and if you go to the self checkout, you are not allowed with the shopping cart that you just placed one dollar in the slot.

Prices have gone up so much! I still shop here a lot but have to try to be thrifty! Happy shopping everyone.

Good variety. Big store. Need looney for cart but you get it back. Lots of presidents choice products.

They are selling cucumbers with fungi, not good qualities most of the time and mostly empty sections of vegetables and fruits.

I bought a pack of tortillas and ate one, thought it tasted funny. When I looked at the contents of the package it was full of dark green mold! The one I ate was the outside one which looked fine. I have bought so many things at this location that were moldy and they knowingly left it on the shelves for sale. Apples, jalapenos, scotch bonnet peppers, fruit, bread and butter. This is the only store I find moldy food! I don't think these owners care about customer service and it's gone downhill since they tookover.

This is a really nice store indeed. So clean and well stacked, I was impressed that i felt i should rate it here.

Always the go to place for groceries. At least for me, can't beat value and quality everyday.

Terrible grocery store and management. I've lost count the amount of times I have purchased fruits, vegetables, expired food from this location and when you want to exchange "NO EXCEPTIONS WE WANT TO SEE A RECEIPT! " as per John Dickie (store owner). You have no issues charging $3.49 for rice crisp chips that we $. 99 cents prior to the luxury inflation but now when customers are simply asking to exchange the expired food you're selling at sky high prices - no exceptions. Produce you sell is always limp and browning, i purchased 2 packs of sunny d juice and they were expried I showed the return person and explained the reason for the return, she call john over the phone with chnage in policy johns reply simple no receipt no exchange-all items I was returning were unopened it wasn't until I was home that I noticed the dates/browning produce. Also, have the courage to speak to customers face to face instead of hiding in your office and asking your high school returns high staff to turn people away. Pathetic, I'll start shopping at metro or Walmart, at least their products are fresh.

A good cost effective grocery store. Employees have gone above and beyond finding somthing my spouse lost in the store.

The only thing I really find the $1 you need to have to get the cart, we become a cash less society and on many occasions I don’t have the coin to shop at No frills

I purchase groceries there and find the prices reasonable for similar products at other stores. The store is accessible for people with disabilities. It is also clean and maintained. Customer service is good. Sometimes it is not organized and products not on shelves but overall this is one of my preferred grocery stores

I cannot say enough praise for the amazing staff at this location. Due to health reasons, I have had to switch my shopping experience to PC Express. I was a little hesitant at first as I truly prefer to pick my own produce but the shopper at Dickie's are fantastic and always call whenever they have a question or out of stock on an item but have an alternative ready for me to choose from. Thank you all for making this transition so stress free for my entire family!

I don't normally like reviewing places I go to, especially grocery stores. But my wife and I went in to grab a gift card for my nephews birthday earlier today and they didn't happen to have the store we were looking for. So we decided we would try another location. On our way out a cashier called my wife over and had accused her of stealing one of the cards!
We've literally never experienced something like this and it made my wife feel terrible. Will absolutely not be going back here, it's pretty terrible to think that they let their employees flat out accuse people of theft.

Clean and organized. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Very close to my work place and so great option for a quick grocery.
