Competitve and affordable prices with all the competition on Amazon and locally on filament and some parts. Great selection with refill spools and good varieties of brand names like eSun, Polymaker, and others. They even have low grade recycled PLA which is cool and some other exotic filaments. They also have reputable parts like Mean Well power supplies and Capricorn PTFE. The staff is nice and they go above and beyond. I can't see myself going anywhere else for filament.
That said, while I heard they recycle PLA and PETG, I would be interested to see them them to expand to ABS/ASA and TPU ideally too. Recently they have had issues getting stock of the colours I want as well but that isn't a huge deal. I like that they have a points system loyalty but I would like to see the rewards be even more varied.

I see my previous review was removed though not totally suprised. The word I used was referring to the animal when describing the management, and not meant as a swear word.but the algorithms thought differently.
The staff here has been nothing but excellent in every way. The manager (possibly owner?) won't even wait until he's out of earshot before insulting you.
I bought a printer from here that after a short time needed a warranty claim. As expected they wanted a description and pics of the issue. Luckily I was working just around the corner the next day so I thought it'd be easier for everyone if I swung in with the printer so they could see it first hand and document it. Next I know they're checking my printer in! This was just supposed to be for a looksee but they felt the need to keep it. And they kept for over a month! I could have made a fix and still been using it but I didn't argue because warranty claims can be dicey. When I picked it up, the guy in question got his staff to give me a had time about keeping the printer there for so long. Absolutely ridiculous.

The web sight clearly states free shipping over $125, go through checkout and then get hit with extra fees after paying. This is very unprofessional, they are underhanded and misleading, will be shopping elsewhere, do not recommend

Really nice people to deal with!
I am a novice and had some issues with my Prusa. They have great advise and did not push me towards anything I did not need - so I ended up buying one of the upgrades they though could be helpful in the future.

First time customer, but so far great experience with lots of filament options and competitive pricing on the website. Free shipping was lightning quick near Toronto.

Don’t waste your time and money here.
First time purchase here, bought 5 of the same filament that you can put on a reusable spool. The first roll come tangled, trying to return the rest. They first blame I didn’t put it onto the spool correctly while they didn’t even know which side of the spool is right themselves, after I point that out, they accuse that I must cut the tape before put on the spool thus why it’s tangled.
Anyway, they believe their filament must have no issues, if there is issue, it must be my fault.
Besides that, the filament also come much more moist than I got from other places, same brand, same print and print setting, but string like crazy compare to the ones I got from other places.
I have already mentioned in my previous email at 17: 49 to ask how to return the 4 unused spools. But obviously people there just don’t read. Even after I post the review, they are still trying to say I want to return an almost finished tangled spool in their latest email.
Sorry it’s my fault wasting my time trying to fix a tangled spool, sorry I only took a picture because it end up tangling all the way to the end of the spool, and sorry I didn’t repeat everything I said and attach every picture I took in every email.
And sorry, I’m do not recommend this place.

In my hometown in Alberta there's only one place to get filament, and they only carry two colors! Found these folks late one night thinking about ordering a fair amount of Filament from MatterHackers.com and then realized the exchange. DigitMakers hasn't let me down yet plus somehow, Amazon can't touch your prices. Everytime i come for filament it's like christmas and i get what i desire.
