Dil Se Indian Restaurant & Bar

Dil Se is amazing! I’ve been coming here since they opened in Roncy and the food is always delish. Service is exceptional - staff are friendly, kind and helpful. A few standout dishes for me: Chana masala, butter chicken, kadhai, pakoras. They always seem busy so I take that as a good sign!

We went there for dinner and food was delicious. Onion bhaji for appetizers and sweet lassi. We ordered garlic and butter naan, shahi paneer and Kadhai chicken.

It was my first time at Dil Se today. From the reservation to when we paid the bill, every step was excellent.

The service team was professional and helpful, giving us just the right amount of attention. The music wasn't loud or distracting, and the food was good (without being incredible - but, I am from India, so it'd be an unfair comparison).

Again, the service, from everyone and our hostess Roshni, was the standout for me.

Amazing experience - from food to service, and atmosphere!

Coming in, we had various questions about the items on the menu. Our server, Roshni, was more than happy to explain in depth what each dishes are/ taste like, provide suggestions, and accommodate for my dietary preferences (no coriander haha)

We got the veg platter, chicken kamasutra, and paneer labadar. The chicken kamasutra especially is to die for - the curry is thick, flavourful, and creamy in all the right ways. I had to stop the urge to drink the curry by itself. Veg platter was nice since we got to taste different apps, and the cocktail kebob was my favourite. Labadar was also fantastic.

Overall, will definitely be coming back. Food was good but service was also on another level.

Indian food @ dilse restaurent I was visting canada and we went with family at dilse i live in USA, chicago it's very difficult to find a prefect indian food, even at one restaurant in Chicago. 5/5 star for all the food we had, server jaspreet kaur serving was she is best at his all work and order 5/5 for her too. Pleasant, attentive staff. Loved it! Only the concern i have and give 4 star is because we had a reservation for 8 PM, booked well in advanced. After reaching on time then also the person told us to waiting more 30 min. My request to owner is if you take reservation then full fill them on time or else dont take the reservation. Because taking reservation and not proving table on time means you are breaking the trust on first impression that will always hurt the business and i have seen first time this type of issue at any restaurent.

Super tasty food and amazing staffs. Especially Roshni was very helpful in everything including explaining about dishes, helping to get a dead phone charged and keep my toddler happy with candies

Food was amazing, loved the butter naan with butter chicken. And staff were extremely kind and accommodating. Definitely recommend!

If you are craving flavourful Indian food you won’t be disappointed. The choice for your preferred spice level was a bonus! Staff were super attentive. Portions and prices were extremely reasonable. Great place!

This has been our fifth time here and i can easily say that this is one of the best indian restaurants in town, if not the best. Appetizers, tandoories, butter chicken, lamb curry, samosa are some we have tried so far. Dishes are delicious. Atmosphere and staff are very good. A must eat place if you live in Or around Roncy.

We had such an incredible meal here, everything was so delicious. Our server Saloni was so kind and wonderful, she helped us decide what to order and she seemed to genuinely care about the quality of our experience the whole time. Lovely staff, phenomenal food, would definitely recommend.

Dil se is our favourite restaurant. It has the best food and the best service. We come all the way from Brampton because you can’t get food like this anywhere else. All staff are super friendly and professional but especially Joginder who always makes our experience amazing. 10/10 recommend!

One of the best Indian food i had in my life. Must try masala onion paratha. If you are lucky and your server is NIKITA then she can give you great recommendations based on your taste and she also gave us one of the best service we have received in GTA. Definitely a must checkout place, you won’t regret it.

Scrumptious food that tastes just like it does back home. Felt like I was in a restaurant from India. It’s hard to find authentic Indian food in downtown, but this one’s among the very few
good ones. Loved the chicken tikka masala and garlic naan. Mango lassi seems to be very popular here, which was good too. I wished they have more people to serve, delay in service was a bummer.

Good food. Malai Soya Chaap and Manchurian are a must try for appetizers.

Paneer based stuffs was good but can be better in my view.

Great place with fab food. Must must try. Tandoori momos! Chicken tikka masala and butter naan was awesome. Service was great. Menu is good. Ambience. Perfecto with the choice of music adding more flavour to the overall experience.

Had a fantastic meal at Dil Se on Friday night. I am a huge curry fan and been on the hunt for a good curry house since moving over from the UK. Dil Se didn’t disappoint the curry was delicious and left me craving for more. Thanks to the staff for being so accommodating after we got stuck in traffic and they kindly kept the table for us. I can 100% say this is by far the best Indian food I have had in the gta so far. Big thumbs up and look forward to out next visit.

If you want to eat and dance at the same time, come to Dil Se for dinner! The punjabi music playing in the background was lit and that stood out.

Restaurant was super clean and had a great vibe!

My partner and I went here and ordered the masala fries, lamb vindaloo, and kadhai chicken with butter naan, garlic naan, and garlic cheese naan. Delicious, all of them! Finished everything in one go. It was a full house, but service was still great! Definitely coming back.

I've been here 4 times now in the last three weeks. Came for lunch the first time and came back again the very next day! The food here is absolutely delicious, you can tell that they really care about what they do. I usually feel nauseatingly full when I eat too much Indian food, but I feel so satisfied right now. It's obvious that they use quality ingredients and balance the richness. The service is warm and friendly, table settings clean and neat. Looking forward to many more trips in the future, you've become my go to, sorry Banjara!

Went to eat at Dil Se with my son and the food was great! Some of the dishes that we ordered, I had never eaten before and were a rare treat. Our server was very helpful and nice. Highly recommend.

No words to describe the taste. From the mock tail to Paneer Tikka to veg Kabab way till paneer and methi naan. The food was really mouth watering. We went on the day of Diwali. It was really busy and still the taste was not compromised. I really fell in love with the ambiance of the place. The music is great and even the service by good. Nikita was really friendly One of the great place to try food as the chef prepares food with love and passion.

Food was good but paying 20$ for chicken tikka masala with a naan AND NOT RECIVING ANY RICE is just dumb. Regardless if its intended or not

Outstanding quality. This may be a bit more expensive than your standard Indian restaurant but my goodness let me tell you it is worth it. I don't think I'll order from another place as long as I live in this neighbourhood. Fantastic quality and variety. I recommended to a friend and she also messaged me after to say the quality was incredible. Try it try try itz you won't regret it. Its going to become your go-to for Indian, I guarantee it.

Edit: I'm so glad they still deliver to the place I moved to in little Italy because this is the best Indian food ever.

We had a very good experience in this restaurant. We tried paneer lababdar, it is so tasty and it’s a must try! Great customer service too.

We had the most delicious meal from Dil Se last night. It was an incredibly busy night for them with Diwali, and I placed a pickup order through UberEats. Little did I know that my order did not go through, so when I arrived to pickup, they had no record of it. Even though they were so busy, they were very accommodating and took my order on the spot. 25 min later, we had the non-veg Tandoori platter, chaat, mulligatawny soup and naan. It was all such an incredible combination of flavours, and the quality of every single item was excellent. Service and quality absolute perfection.

It's so wonderful having an Indian food place on Roncesvalles. We have got so much take out from them since they opened. The Samosa
Channa is amazing! So many wonderful flavors! Their naan bread is soft and even heat up well as leftovers the next day. You will want leftovers because everything is so tasty. Onion Bhajji so flavorful and not greasy at all. The butter chicken and chicken korma are our favorites. The spices are fresh and you really can taste the range of flavors.

We ordered via uber eats and got the chef's special chicken, butter chicken, and the tandoori chicken momos, along with some plain naan. Now that I write it out it sounds like a lot of chicken.but everything was delicious, so no regrets! The curries were flavourful and the naan was soft and stretchy.but highlight to the momos! I've had a few different ones around Toronto and these ones were probably my favourite. They came with two excellent sauces for dipping and despite one of them being on the spicy side it was DEFINITELY worth it for the flavour. Highly recommend! I want to try even more things:)

Tandoori chicken momos very fantastic. Veg Manchurian was yummy Indo-chinese just perfect. The naan was so soft and fresh. We ordered Paneer gravy which was ok but the quantity was a bit less. Overall the food taste wise was lip smacking and hospitality was good too!

New favourite Indian food in toronto! Their veg pakora and dhal makhani are insane.but everything is perfect. I tried one of the cocktails last time as well and it was really unique. The servers are so kind and helpful and it's a big space so there's almost always room!

This is the coziest place, with great staff and delicious food. A true Roncesvalles gem. My friend and I were served by Sarah, and she made sure we had a great time and gave excellent service! 10/10 would recommend!

We had so much fun dining here! The food was amazing be it veg or non veg. Our server Nikita was so patient with our preferences in a busy time. This would be my favourite Indian restaurant in Toronto. Would recommend this place to everyone!

Okay if you think you already had the best momos in Toronto you are completely wrong, go try out this place. Tandoori momos were best. Chicken kadhai, methi muttar malai are few options in main course that you can choose without thinking twice. Definitely coming back to experience more

We ordered couple of different dishes from Dil Se restaurant on New Year eve. It was best Indian food ever. I tasted over 50 different Indian restaurants. It tastes real herbes and home made taste. It was best indian restaurant. I really liked Butter chicken and lamb curry. Looking forward to taste other dishes. Chef Mani was very welcoming for the customer. I recommend the place.

We ordered dinner for NYE, everything was delicious and ready for pick up when we arrived. My partner complained that the service could have been more expedient when we arrived, however the gentleman on the phone was courteous and patient as I placed my order. Will definitely return for the flavours and portions.

Dil Se really serves with heart, with ample flavors and options to choose from. We ordered few chats (Indian appetizers) since we were missing home during holidays & boy did these dishes take us back to India. Easily one of the best Indian chats offered in Toronto, since I have sampled quite a few. We ordered Aloo Tikki Chat, Pani Puri & Dahi Chat. The portion sizes were great, chutneys were fresh & flavorful & the boxes were neatly packed. We got a free Gulab Jamun as a Christmas treat:) If you want to try some authentic & genuine Indian food, do try Dil Se you won't be disappointed.

We have ordered twice from Dilse in the past few weeks, and we were delighted by the quality of the food! We tried a few different items each time. They were flavoured delicately and authentically. Fresh ingredients, and every bite was delicious. Add to that great prices and friendly people, and we have a new winner in the very competitive restaurant street of Roncesvalles!

Got takeout tonight for the first time. I was excited to have an Indian restaurant on Roncy again, and would have been satisfied with just about anything, but the food we got exceeded all expectations. Some of the best Indian food I've ever had. Very soulful cooking! I can't wait to work my way through the menu. Highly recommended.oh ya, and the price seems very fair.
