I recently had the opportunity to work with Service Manager Keith Black at Delawri Dodge, and I must say that my experience was absolutely outstanding. Fromthe moment I walked into the service department, Keith greeted me with a friendly smile and made me feel instantly at ease. He exuded a high level of professionalism and knowledge, and it was clear that he takes great pride in his role.

One ofthe standout qualities of Keith as a service manager is his exceptional communication skills. He patiently listened to all my concerns and questions and provided me with clear and concise explanations. Keith took the time to ensure that I fully understood the maintenance options available to me, and he went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable with the decisions I was making. He effectively communicated the timelines and costs associated with the service, leaving no room for surprises or confusion.

Their slogan, "nobody deals like Dilawri" is completely false. Went in to see about a vehicle and did not have a good experience, and they weren't willing to move on their prices at all. Moved on to another dealer and found sales people who actually wanted to sell a vehicle.

I was planning to upgrade my Pacifica 2017 to newer one the reason I changed my mind is the bad service my car had recall from last January I booked 2 appointment after drop off my car they called me back we are sorry we still not get the spare part come take your car back once we get it we will call you.last time I did service to my car was on last May and left note regarding the recall until today didn't hear back from them I think best way to solve my problem by sending email to Chrysler or make officially complain.

I purchased a dodge ram 2500 big horn diesel truck from dilawri and a brand new jeep wagoneer. We also were talked into extended warranty on both vehicles. The guy who talked us into it promised that should there be any issues mechancially (as long as covered under warranty) that we would get a comparable rental vehicle. This was a lie. 2 days after I brought my truck home, it stopped running. We called dilawri and they had a tow truck come out and bring the vehicle to capital dodge as the tow was going to be too expensive to bring it back to dilawri. The truck stayed at capital dodge for weeks. After the first day we called about getting rental. We were told there were none available. We asked if dilawri would provide us with any vehicle in the meantime. They said they would try, but never called me back. I had to call them daily for updates, and we never did get a rental. After multiple phone calls, they decided to simply not respond to me at all. I got the contact information for for one of the managers (Khal) as he was personally going to over see that everything went smoothly getting my truck back. Finally the work was completed. I picked my truck up. Within a few weeks I noticed a burning smell coming from the truck. So decided to send it back in again. I asked about a rental and was given the same answer as before. We will try. Then, ghosted once again. Got the truck serviced and picked it up. About a month later, ran into the same burning smell and steering was off (loose). I called chrysler and told them I need it seen again. So I dropped it off on a Monday. Part way through the week they called and said the part was installed. However now it appears they have the same problem on the other side (power steering pump). And that our warranty denied this part as it was too expensive. Instead, the warranty place found a used part and shipped it to chrylser. Now it has been two weeks. I have called the manager Khal multiple times and left voicemail and texts. I called again yesterday, and he didn't answer. But messaged back asking if he could call me back because he was having lunch lol. This is a week after my first voicemail. I still do not have a rental. I use this truck as my income. It has been problem after problem and Dilawri couldn't care less. Can't even call me back to discuss their employee flat out lying to our faces. They have our money now, so they do not care anymore. I can't write out everything that went on as it will take too long. But it has been a nightmare since the day I purchased my truck. And none of the dilawri employees have done anything to rectify this. Not even a call back when I leave multiple voicemail asking for some help. I am filing a complaint over this. But feel it necessary to warn anyone thinking to shop at dilawri. They may smile when you first walk in the door, but once they have your money they will cut you off completely. I have lost well over 15,000 dollars with this truck being in service as long as it has. And I can't even get a phone call. They do not stand behind their products, and I promise you they do not care about anything other than getting your money. I will never purchase another vehicle from them again, and I would proceed with extreme caution taking your business there. We spent $150,000 dollars with the two vehicles and warranty. And got a lemon on return and absolutely zero help from dilawri.

I have never experienced such terrible service in all my years of working in the industry. The timeline it has taken to pick up two vehicles has been beyond painful. From beginning to end with my driver's leaving with filthy vehicles has been an eye opener.

We will never use their service department for any of our vehicles and I most certainly would NOT refer a retail customer over to this dealership at Hunt Club. DISASTER!

Super friendly staff and I got best service Khaled the general manager worked hard to get me my dream truck thank you so much for the best deal ever and best service yes I would recommend to everyone trusty dealer when they say no one deals like Dilawri they mean it that again and again

Went to another dealer this past weekend.they found the truck I wanted.and I bought it.

I am very disappointed.the customer is not a priority. I will NEVER recommend any dealerships associated under the Dilawri umbrella.

I have visited Dilawri Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram twice to buy a truck. The first time, the sales person appeared to have no interest unless I was serious to 'buy now' and to boot, had little truck knowledge. On the second visit, I found the truck I wanted on their website within my budget.only to find out the truck was a lower model and not what appeared on the website. Then they find what I wanted and as I question charges, it is a (2 hr) game of back and forth and the sales person is new so does not know all the answers. And we came out empty handed. Did not have to go through this when I bought a Honda. Their sales staff appear inexperienced and the general feeling is they just care about the sale and not the customer or a potential buyer. BUYER BEWARE!

I just picked picked up a super nice Jeep Overland at Dilawri. I dealt mostly with Bader for this purchase and it was obvious he was working hard towards a most pleasant delivery. I will likely be back for next purchase!

As a dissatisfied customer of Dilwari Jeep Car dealership, I regret to say that my experience with Hossein, the sales person, was nothing short of appalling. I had entered the dealership with a positive attitude and was hoping to purchase or at least browse through some of their cars. However, the treatment I received from Hossein was downright insulting and uncalled for.

After enduring multiple unpleasant conversations with him, Hossein finally decided to show me an Acura RDX. When I asked him if I could take it for a test drive, his rude response was, "Are you going to buy it? " As if I had to prove something to him before he would let me even consider making a purchase.

But the worst was yet to come. When I told him my budget range of $35-45k and asked for a car that fit within that range, he had the audacity to say, "You can buy a unicorn with that budget. " I was taken aback and felt insulted by his lack of professionalism and respect.

It is truly disappointing that a sales person like Hossein is allowed to represent Dilwari Jeep Car dealership. I would not recommend anyone to do business with him, and I hope the management takes appropriate action to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Just a horrible experience with this dealership. Bought a truck and they made me wait 18 days for it. Leaving me stranded. Then tell me it’s ready for noon. And make me wait 2 more hours for the truck. So many reasons why this was a really horrible experience. Form sales to finance to the completely useless parts department. What should have been a fun and exciting experience for me turned out to be an extremely frustrating time.

My experience at a dealership has never been as easy and professional as it was at Dilwari. My sales rep Paul Chapman made the buying experience amazing. My wife and I walked into the dealership with an idea of what kind of truck we wanted and told him what vehicle we were trading in. He made the entire process easy, fast and enjoyable. We traded our 2021 Dodge Challenger R/T in for a brand new 2022 Dodge Ram Warlock Edition.
All my future business will be done at Dilwari because of Paul. Thanks again

Horrible experience, they lied and told me I needed new brakes and rotors ect when I don't. I had my brakes looked at and cleaned at a local shop the previous day of my appointment at a local shop. I have 75% life left on my break pads left and everything i in good condition according to your shop I needed new brakes, new rotors new calibers and tooe 3 hours to do a simple oil change this is not the first time I have had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for a scheduled oil change.
