Great experience, owners were very helpful, friendly and I was impressed by the way they know their work.

I rented a 20x40 tent, tables and chairs for a large christening last August and Moothy was a pleasure to deal with. Super friendly. This place has reasonable prices too. Also, just had my 1 year old birthday party yesterday and rented a large arch, and balloon pump for the ballon display. I will definitely recommend this company for any party!

The staff were so wonderful to deal with! Helpful and accommodating and treated us so well. Chairs were great and table clothes were clean and pressed. Would recommend them to anyone for all your party needs. We will definitely be repeat customers!

Very reasonable prices, i have rented chairs a couple of times for house part both times I had good experience in picking up and returning. They are flexible even if you don’t return on the very next day

Wow where do I start. Unfortunately I could not give 0 stars because that's what this dump should get. This place is HORRIBLE.

Not only is this place a mess when you go in person, with rats running around, things all over the place and just completely unpresentable. But the staff are beyond unprofessional and clearly not interested in being there. You have to go around and chase them via emails and phone calls for a month! Best part is that each time you call they have no idea who you are, what you are ordering, when it's for or anything! The lady there was a having a temper tantrum on the phone with someone else because they asked her to call back. The owner is even better, he doesn't pick up your call after you place an order and provides you with different pricing each time you call.

Definitely would never go back to this dump, it's not a business you can rely on. So if you are having any event that's of matter to you and your family, this isn't the place to go.

This place is horrible and the staff are very unprofessional. Its like they should pay me for doing all the work. The lady wanted me to climb up an unsecured ladder to retrieve my item which i refused to do because it wasnt safe and I DONT WORK THERE and when i showed up the next day for it they already gave it someone else. How do you do business like this very unprofessional. I wont even talk about the yelling from the owner when i was obviously upset that the item i was told to come back for was given to someone else. Will absolutely never go back to this horrible business again and i suggest you go to Gervais its right down the street from this place. Cant put a price on customer service

When Gervais said they were fully booked and didn't have any chairs available for a birthday party this weekend, I called Dina Party Rental. They had the black folding chairs that I needed, they were less expensive to rent than Gervais and other competitors, and I was able to pick up right after I got off the phone! I now have the 16 chairs I need, and I can return them on Monday without paying any late fees!

I would not advise this company to nobody I have read one review on here which is the same I am writing the guy was very nice over the phone but when he came to set up my tent he said I cannot do the job I think he was being lazy and didn’t want to do the job I called him back on the phone he hung up on me two times and said I have too many customers I don’t need your small job then I asked him if you don’t want to do the Tent just give me the five tables to rent he says no stay far away save your money and go to Walmart to buy your own tables for $20-$25 then you own your table not very good customer service at this company I will we be reporting them to the better better business barrel

I have been contacting them by phone and via email multiple times just to realize that on the day of my sister's wedding, they failed to deliver on time (3 hours late) and they had the nerve to tell me that I had never placed the order. When they arrived, they didn't bring everything that on the order list (cutlery was the big part). The delivery charge is expensive.
I do NOT recommend this vendor because they are unprofessional and unreliable. You wouldn't want to have this extra big headache on your events.

We got stiffed by one of their competitors and walked in at the last minute to do a rental of sno cone and cotton candy machines. We were treated so unbelievable well by the staff and manager. They bent over backwards to help us. I haven't had such great customer service in a long time. Will definitely utilize them again.

I feel like the company can try harder to be more professional. I wanted to rent some tables, chair and linens and got an estimate via email with no text in the body, not explaining when pick up was when delivery was going to be, not a thank you, not even a hi. When I emailed them to ask them questions I got no response and a week has gone by. I am unable to comment on their service because I didn’t even get that far. Not sure if my order was not big enough for them but I did take my business elsewhere.

Had a very pleasant experience for my first time using this family run business. I was helped by the owners lovely two daughters and wife. They understood what I needed and was sympathetic to my specific arrangements for my Aunt's funeral and was able to work with my time line without any fuss. This calmed my experience during this difficult time. I highly recommend this business because they genuinely care!

Cheap rentals. Understanding owners. Average party shopping place. If you are on a budget, this is the spot. Remember, wrist is you is what you get.
