Super first experience at Zak’s Diner last night for a midnight snack! There is a convenient parking garage across the street to make it easy peasy to get to. The service was speedy and the food was excellent! We were so excited about the milkshakes...

Great service! The guy working the New Year's Eve night shift was super friendly and respectful when I ordered take-away poutine. Made my visit fantastic!

It was nice place for breakfast/lunch/brunch. A lot of history there. I hope they do not replace this by yet another mammoth highrise.

Their standards have pretty much vanished. Eggs are always over done, toast is either burnt to a crisp or never saw the inside of a toaster, most of the food ends up cold by the time it gets to your table. Not to mention their prices are pretty high...

Our server named Kumar made our experience wonderful. He was pleasant, and very attentive. Our service was perfect, the food was 100% correct. He made it so we will definitely come back.

Kim is the best! I meet with friends monthly and we always ask to have Kim as our server. The whole restaurant is filled with lovely servers but Kim is like our little sister who is determined to make sure we have what we want even before we ask...

It's a good place for large portion food. The staff were friendly and food was good. The Mac n cheese was a little too much cheese. But it was still a good meal.

Mel's is my go-to. Literally never had a bad meal here and they're menu has tons of options (including gluten free and vegan).

Horrible experience. Online ordering not working, payment terminal not working. Ordered combo for 4. They were out of beef kabab karahi ok no problem will get chicken kabab karahi. They are out of that too. Then they tried to charge me extra $28 for...

It's always quite busy but we manage to get seated in good time. Waitress was good and our food came out nice and hot and just the way we ordered it. Food is very good and plenty of it and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommended.

Brooklyn, our server was fantastic. As for the food, it was meh, good but not for extra taxes on the bill.
