When we lost our car in a car accident a few weeks ago, it was very difficult to find a dealership with affordable prices. Then I found Carloft Orléans online: what I liked at first is that their website has a very broad inventory with varied prices compared to others. From day 1, the service was impeccable. Jacob took care to explain the advantages of each car to help us choose the right one for us. As this was my first experience buying a car, Jake took the time to explain all the steps of the financing process, finding us the most beneficial plan according to our budget. They took care of all the paperwork with the bank and we were in and out with everything ready to be signed and done within 2 business days after the holidays. They were quick with follow-ups and efficient through it all, and made the process way less bothersome for us. We also appreciated the bilingual service, as we are francophone. I really appreciated the kind and professional assistance. Carloft has a fantastic team and I don't regret my choice!

He was in constant contact with me during this process and even followed up multiple times afterwards to make sure i was still happy with my purchase. I had a great experience purchasing from Carloft Orleans! Ryan and Jason are the dynamic duo and do everything they can to make sure you are satisfied. After my Scion got written off from a rear-end collision, I was looking to replace it and decided if Carloft had something suitable for me. Their online selection is vast and if you're interested in a certain vehicle and it's located at another branch, then they will easily bring it in within a few days. I ended up getting a Rio Ex and it has served me very well. Communication with Ryan was smooth and convenient and we just texted each other. Also, they will put up the license plates and fill up the vehicle fully just before you take it off the lot. Very satisfied customer!

After a car accident in January 2022 that totalled our car, we considered buying a new car. The used car market is 2022 is just nuts but the shopping experience we had with Ryan and Jason at Carloft Orleans was great. I would consider looking for a car from them instead of the usual dealer type negotiating tactics. The purchase and transfer of ownership was done seamlessly and service was impeccable. Merci guys.

I bought a 2013 Hyundai Accent back in late August of 2019 from Dino's and purposely waited about 6 months before writing a review to see how the car ended up performing. When looking around, they were really great to deal with - Sarah was available by text, no pressure, and very accommodating. You can tell they care about selling quality cars to their customers and their reputation. I've done a lot of commuting with the car, taken some road trips, etc and it has been perfect; I've had 0 issues whatsoever. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and highly, highly recommend buying from Dino's - they have such a good rating and so many good reviews for a reason!

Car advertised as "super clean" ended up having structural damage as shown on the car proof. Misleading. Wasted our time driving out from the west end.

Bought my Elantra a month ago here, great place to buy a used car, no BS or pressure, fair prices. When picking up the car it was clean inside / out, they topped up fluids and gas and even think they Rain X'd the window. Fraser was great, would buy here again! Take the picture with him!

I unfortunately had realized that I had a flat tire after pulling out from a near by local business. I pulled to the side of the street in -15 weather (felt like -20) to change my tire with my wife and 5 year old son in the car and saw Dino's across the way. I decide to try my luck as it was later on in the evening and I could see one of the employees closing up for the night. When they realized I had a flat they immediately began helping me solve this dreadful situation without hesitation. Fraser and Seb you guys really helped me out last week and I wanted to personally thank you again. You were incredibly professional and took care of me and my family without question or hesitation by providing me the car jack and helping me remove the tire. I offered to pay for the help but they refused. Stand up individuals and I would not hesitate to purchase my next vehicle from them as a result of this experience. God bless.

I was in the middle of all the tensions of buying a car for myself. My friend and I have been struggling to find the perfect car, with a good price since almost 2 months. We went to so many different dealers. But none of them gave me confidence to buy the car from them. The worst happened at Myers Nissan at Robertson when they kept all our money, which they had earlier said was refundable.

But when we came here at Dinos, Matthew Fraser walked us through options, suitable only for us. And believe me when I say, I had many conditions regarding price, km, type of interior etc. He didn't seem to rush us in any way and made us feel content about the whole car buying process.

Not only that, he helped us in finding out ways how to get our money back from Myers Nissan.

Even though people say to get a used car from dealers, I would probably always recommend a place like Dinos Auto, to buy a car from, where you can trust not just the car you see/like but can also put faith in people selling them.

Dino's Auto may not offer you the top of the line vehicles, but surely they help you to find the best car matching your budget and needs. I remember back in summer I went there with my family and they gave me the keys for all the care I had my eyes on, with no pressure before or after the test drive only me and my family. I walked out of the dealer with a good feeling that I found an option so lets look at the others. Honestly none of the competitors were a match to their services. Honest sales people, great manager and above all a very good car with three months warranty. My family is still enjoying it. They even took the afternoon to drop it off in Down Town with my office after the registration and transfer was done. Provided a head rest that was missing for one of the seats a few weeks later and I picked it up at no charge.
I recommend them.
By the way i kept forgetting to put my 2 cents here since last summer. Mathew Fraser was my sales person and he came to work on his day off to deliver the car to me.

I am a warranty rep and stop by Dino’s occasionally. Last Friday when I stopped by, Fraser was in the middle of delivering a car to customer. The customer stopped me to tell me how amazing this car buying experience has been. She said that Fraser took so much time with her to make her feel comfortable with her purchase. She literally couldn’t stop talking about how awesome he was and how she feels like part of the Dino’s family now. I was just so impressed with how happy he seemed to make his customer that I had to share.

Customer service was awesome (I worked with Sarah). Very easy to work with and I didn’t feel pressure or rushed to buy the car right then and there at all.

Paperwork, financing, all done all done expeditiously and transparently. I was given several options to chose from and ended up with the car I wanted! I felt very comfortable during the deal.

Matthew was awesome, and while we didn't end up buying from Dino's (my son found another car that he liked better at another place), I would definitely buy a car from them when I am in the market for a replacement car, (which may be soon, thanks to the service we got from Matthew).

Dino's Auto was great to deal with - they had the car I wanted at the price I was looking for. Matt Fraser helped me set everything up and was super accommodating. I had my mechanic take a look at the car before purchasing, and Dino's Auto fixed everything that came up in the inspection (usual wear and tear, nothing big).
I'd recommend Dino's Auto, they're in it to obtain lifelong customers, not just a quick sale.

I was stuck looking for a car for over 4 months, I had the intention of buying any simple car when I visited Dino's Auto.but I ended up leaving with a 2008 Lexus ES 350! I was pleased with the selection and all their prices are very reasonable, not to mention the excellent condition my car was in upon delivery, inside and out (with a full tank of gas too!). Above all, they were very transparent about all the details and they were beyond helpful when I had any questions; before, during and after the purchase. The few adjustments that were required on the car were done promptly and I was also given options to how much I wanted to spend based on the quality of the repair. Very happy with my ride, I told myself I would wait at least one month after the purchase before writing a review, and so far so good! These are good people who actually care about the customer and I strongly recommend you pay them a visit for your next car purchase.

Had a very pleasant experience buying a used Subaru from Sarah Major at Dino's. We were able to take a long test drive without the sales people sitting in the back seat (important to me). The purchase process was uncomplicated and they did everything they promised in a timely and professional manner. No pricing surprises either. Purchase price plus taxes and licenses. Fully certified with a full tank of gas. I was able to take the car to my mechanic and Dino's took his report seriously. I got a great deal on a great car.

Simply put, Dino's Auto is fair, trustworthy, and reasonable. Buy a car and you will be treated like part of the family for life! Since purchasing a Hyundai Elantra nearly 4 months ago, the staff at Dino's Auto has continued to provide great customer support / service.

Just a few days ago our left front tire blew. We took it to Canadian Tire and their solution would have costed us $400. I called Dino's for advice and they told us that it would be much less if I brought it to them. They were able to fix the valve in minutes and it ended up costing us nothing.

Very Happy with our experience here. Great staff. No nonsense honestly selling cars. Easy to work with no pressure. I will be back next time I am looking for a vehicle.
