Dr. Dionne and his fantastic team have been wonderful in helping my kids achieve their perfect smiles. They are highly knowledgeable, they answer all questions, and keep you informed with the processes your child is going through. I would recommend them to anyone.

I just wrapped up my treatment with Dr. Dionne and would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for orthodontic care. His facility is clean, inviting and my partner particularly enjoyed the addition of a massage chair in the reception area while he waited! Dr. Dionne’s team is always pleasant and willing to do what they can to make you comfortable and supported through your treatment period. This is a top-notch facility!

We are delighted with the outcomes of the treatments our two children received here, one aged 24 and the other 14. There's no need to explore other options; simply choose Dr. Dionne, and you can have complete confidence in the exceptional care provided. Having three of our children undergo braces treatment gives us the firsthand experience to say this!

Dr. Dionne is great with the kids. Never rushes when you have questions. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He makes sure that no time is wasted during treatment since the trays are made in house which is a huge bonus! The office is clean, staff is kind and they always try to accommodate appointments with specific days/times for us. I highly recommend Dr. Dionne and his team:)

Dr Dionne had done my mom’s braces when she was 36, then mine when I turned 11, and again my sister’s once she was 12.
It was only natural that after the relationship and trust my family had with him, I go back for treatment with him at 30.
(This is also a cautionary tale to wear your retainer, and get your wisdom teeth out when they tell you to)

Dr Dionne is a professional of such high calibre, and so is every one of his assistants in that office. I can’t say enough great things about every last person in there! It was a pleasant and smooth process, and now I can smile confidently in pictures again.
I’m ecstatic about the results, and I’m so glad I made the decision to go back and see him.

My tooth are very crooked. My tongue was hurt almost every year before. Dr. Dionne quickly straight those tooth and I had no issue last year. I also didn't feel much pain during the process, mostly just some canker sores. Also good service, and nice people. Thanks everyone in the clinic for great work.

My kids love it here. Had all three go, and have two of my kids straightened out already. Great preventative care given at a young age. Not always pushing braces on everyone. Waiting room is top notch. Parking lot is big and roomy. The best in southwest Ontario. A real spitfire.

Highly recommend Dr. Dionne and his staff. Everyone is so friendly and I never had to wait for my appointment. His office makes your invisalign tray's right on site, so if anything were to happen you don't have to wait. I just finished my 9 month treatment plan and my teeth look awesome!

Between my two kids and I, we've been clients for over seven years. From the minute I walked into the office, I was impressed by the atmosphere and attention to detail that he and his staff provide. Dr. Dionne's staff were professional, polite and courteous at each visit. I just completed wearing the aligner which took 14 months. I am extremely satisfied with the results. I cannot put into words how amazing my experience was with Dr. Dionne! I spent 51 days on bed rest in the hospital during my twin pregnancy, Dr. Dionne face timed me every few weeks to check on me. This review is just prior to me coming in as their patient. I will be getting my braces in 2 weeks. Ultimately I chose Dr. Dionne for a few reasons.

It's very difficult to get estimates for braces because everyone has a unique set of problems so I needed multiple consultations. They gave me an incredible experience. First, they were very kind in my visit. Second, they gave me options which was a great selling point for me to select them. Third, I am always skeptical about Tecumseh based businesses because they pander to wealthy people in Tecumseh, and I definitely closer to poverty than comfort; and the price was GREAT (in the context of getting braces, of course). They were only a few hundred more expensive then the rest. In the context of thousands, I equate this to paying for the BMW rather than saving money and going with a _ (trying not to upset people, so just say a not nice car).

I am glad to start the next chapter of my life. Years of avoiding smiling and being ashamed of my smile and this will be the next chapter of my life.

Teeth context (I have a space in my two front teeth. My inner teeth are generally in good shape; aligned and all. I have a 50% overbite). The treatment is said to take an estimated 24 months (depends how cooperative my teeth are). The estimate is in the mid 7k range (everyone is different though. I dont need teeth pulled, etc). I can't describe how excited I am (maybe not for the next year and a half) for the next part of my life

Being in my late 20s I didn’t think it was an option to get my teeth straightened, but in no time at all, the braces were removed. Switched to a few months of their in house aligners to finish up the process more comfortably and now I finally have a smile I actually like.

Having just received my completion of treatment form from Dr. Dionne after visiting his office since I was 7 years old (>10 years ago), I can say with 110% certainty that you will not find another Orthodontics office as amazing and unique as Dr. Dionne's. Him and his staff pay incredible attention to every detail of your treatment, and truly work to create your best smile. Not only that, but they are friendly, and go above-and-beyond to create a safe and welcoming atmosphere for their patients. I really can't recommend them highly enough!

We have 2 boys ages 17 and 13. The oldest required pretty extensive treatment that started 7 years ago to correct an underbite which Dr. Dionne corrected by putting a screw it the roof of my son’s mouth connected to some headgear that helped pull his top jaw out as he grew. It turned out pretty amazing and saved him from having jaw breaking surgery down the road. He monitored our younger son for the past 7 years as he finally lost all his baby teeth. At today’s appointment Dr. Dionne said he has some minor crowding and said he would not recommend any correction if it was not bothering our son. All the monitoring he did for the past 7 years was free! I would have thought he would suggest braces but he didn’t. Dr. Dionne and his staff have always been very personable and never seemed rushed. I appreciate all they have done for our oldest son and Dr Dionne’s integrity with our youngest.

Great staff. The clinic was equipped with PPE to keep their patient's safe. It also offers the most advanced teeth straightening system. Highly recommendable.
