Me and my family went to eat dessert but they did not have anything but waffle sticks, and they did not have most kinds of waffle sticks

This was one of my go-to spots but sadly I don't think I will ever be going back. They have severely downsized the menu to brownies, waffles, pancakes, and only do takeout and catering.
We settled for the platter but I wouldn't eat it again - all of the baked goods were stale, the brownies were tasteless, the pancakes were weirdly salty. The chocolate fondue doesn't even taste as good anymore. We were very disappointed and would not recommend.

Changed the menu to a set packages where customizing is limited! The new menu is not even out, There are no fruits anymore! What happened to the old menu?

We went there today and the lady standing at the counter addressing herself manager was very rude and unprofessional we were there at 10: 50 and wanted to have our dessert dine in however after few minutes when we order she is like we cannot let you sit here as we were really busy and we cannot do anymore dishes this was her excuse, and let me be clear we are regular customers, we used to come regularly but now you are going to loose the business and owners should closely look into the customer service, while it’s currently worst.

Very disappointing experience. We tried to order an Alaskan Waffle, but were told they didn't have the equipment to make it. We ended up ordering a "make your own" waffle dipped in chocolate, with biscoff and brownies. Very bland, no flavour, and stale. Also very expensive. Will not be back.

We have been a regular customer here for years and we moved away to Sudbury. Now we had visited the area and thought this place is really good we must go.
What a disappointment!
The service wasn’t great. The signage menu was blank and not even chocolate bags ready to be bought.
We had ordered the brownie crepe to go and got the chocolate on the side.
The chocolate tasted great but the crepe was thicker then the brownie that was inside. What a waste of time and money. I would not visit again especially driving 5 hours.

Wow, amazing desserts and delicious for a good price. I recommend you try it out. Amazing service.

Garbage service for a mediocre crepe.waited 45 minutes only to be asked what my order was lol. Get your act together, only 2 people in the store too. Got all their uber eats orders out quick tho. Embarrassment of an establishment.

A nice cozy place to enjoy some nice crepe, coffee and snacks. Recommend it for people who likes to chill out and play card/board games with friends

Absolutely love the desserts here and the drinks! I suggest getting the dip n share box. It's a tad bit pricey but everything is expensive nowadays unfortunately.

Closed before 30 min than their actual hours. Rude staff. Called manager and he didn’t care if the store was closed.

Google says they close at 12: 00 am on Saturday. Went there at 11: 30 and the store was closed girls inside said we were not busy and didn’t had enough customers hence closed early? What kind of reason is that?

We visited 1st time it was so busy place on Friday evening. Parking is available. Service is okay after placing orders serving was quick. Menu has good options. Waffle are more on the menu. Try hot chocolate, blueberry cheese cake shake, strawberry chocolate waffle quantity is nice accordingly price. Want to try next time on regular days to explore more options

Rude place. They just lost a regular customer. We asked for the order to be made with almond milk. Instead of giving us the right order, the store lectured us on why we shouldn’t drink milk shake. Didn’t know dipndip is in the business of giving medical advice!

Everything tastes good, but serving with plastic cutlery undermines the whole experience.

They only have an online menu, which I don’t like. They used to have an actual menu and now they don’t. It can get really hard for older people. I just want them to have the actual menu again. Because it was much helpful.

The portions were small but the shakes and lemonades were tasty. We complained about them filling the glass with ice so they gave us another drink. That’s great customer service.
I would recommend they increase their portions.
I would comeback here again.

Let me start by saying that all items that we ordered tasted really good. Portion compared to the price is acceptable. Staff are really nice but i found service a bit slow considering that the place was not busy at all. If you want to treat yourself something yummy go with lava cake and you won’t be disappointed

The people were nice and the milkshake was decently good but my wife opened her $15 dipndip crepe and found it with no whipped creme, no chocolate and honestly looked like it was carelessly put together, so unfortunately this felt like a waste of money.

Had a great experience with this company. Purchased a XL picnic box for a co-worker and the customer service offered by Steve was phenomenal. My co-worker loved the box and found the quality and taste excellent. I would recommend anyone to get out and try one of their boxes

Went this evening to try out this place as it has a delicious sounding menu. I witnessed the csm take orders and give change to customer then start preparing food. She stopped to take another order, answer a ringing phone the PROCEED BACK TO MAKING THE FOOD WITH THE SAME GLOVES THE ENTIRE TIME. Very unclean place and the CSM needs to be trained on how to clean hands and change gloves

Great Service- Friendly Staff smiling through their masks!
The Crepes n Americano Combo- was Just right for a late summer evening!
Patio was quite and well kept- We Will be coming back soon.

The best place ever the staff were amazing food was better than exceptional talked to the owner and thanked him and the staff for making the world a better place with his amazing chocolate

Wish I could give better than a 5 star
