I’m not much for leaving reviews, however this one had to be done. I have sold 3 different homes. Justin and his wife were referred to me by someone. From the first time Justin met with me and my ex wife he was completely prepared with statistics from homes in the area that were comparable to mine. He gave us his honest opinion and listened to our concerns. He never made any promises and assured us they would do the best they could to get the home sold and for the best price.

Then came to staging. For those who don’t believe in staging (even a new house) you are so so wrong. The stager the Diraddo team uses is like nothing I have seen before. She was hands down one of the best staging professionals I have ever seen. She made the home look unbelievable! I was so shocked when I saw the final product I didn’t want to sell but obviously had no choice.

It was such a pleasure to work with the Diraddo Real Estate team throughout 2021 and 2022. As a young home owner, I was hesitant to reach out to an agent when looking to sell my home during a separation. BUT I am so happy that I reached out to Amanda. Her and Justin transformed the dreadful process into a quick and easy experience!

So this should really read: 1 day on market, multiple offers, house sold. But that would not do justice to the effort that team Diraddo put into the sale of our home!
They were a recommendation from a friend at work whose house they sold very quickly. One phone call later Justin is at my house in early June giving us an evaluation and arranging for his staging "artiste" (because that's what she is!) to come over and let us know what we needed to do to get the maximum from our house.

Fast forward two months and we decide it's time to sell. One quick text to Justin and we are on the go. Team Diraddo (as they shall forever be known) are the full package. We had booked a paint crew but they let us down. Another text and Justin had his people come on two different nights to do a fantastic job on our house. Great crew who worked hard and never let us down.
