I have been here on 3 occassions. Twice for screen replacement and once for my battery issues. All 3 times, i was given the best price and quick service. I walked in and out within an hour. I always check other places and found the prices here are the most reasonable. The owner is very accomodating and actually gives helpful advice which is in my best interest. Also its a local business so they honor the community.

My sons iPhone charge port stopped working and he has a medical condition whereby he relies on his device. Direct Cell repaired the phone quickly and at a very reasonable price. They expedited the repair so my son could get his device back. They were very friendly and knowledgeable.

I was in a panic as my iPhone stopped working, I came to this location and Salina and Heet opened late for me! They fixed my phone within minutes, I was panicking as I do work through my phone. Amazing Service and so so kind! I so recommend this place!

Sold me a phone, that has no traction in Canada and they have no ability to repair. Cost me 500$, they had no cover, promised to call me when it arrived, now deny they ever sold the phone and have zero parts for it Stay away, stay far away.

They fixed my iphone in 30 minutes and I didn't loose my data from the phone before I took my phone to Apple the said they can't grantee if my data will be saved after repairing the phone and my phone was badly broken and was not displaying anything when I call direct cell they said not to worry once they fix the phone everything will be saved.price was very reasonable and very fast service they even gave me deal on temper glass and case I left store very happy customer service is amazing and they took there time to explain me everything before taking my phone for repair.

I should have checked the reviews before coming to this place. It is absolutely true that they will take as much money from you as they can. I had the manager of the place scream at me over the phone that I was wrong and I owed them x amount of dollars for performing a service that I did not authorize. When I threatened to leave a poor review she tried calling the store as I was in there to keep my phone, and she told me that I would have to take her to court to have it back. Luckily I was able to keep the employees attention on completing my transaction (as he already knew that I was unhappy) long enough to pay the unauthorized fees and get my phone and get out of there! The fees ended up to be $90 for a factory reset that I specifically said I would be able to do myself. I already paid $200 for a screen repair that was returned to me without the touch screen working, and this was what they were supposed to look at and fix for "free". After speaking to friends and co workers I quickly learned that this is the usual for them. Terrible customer service, and fake charges to take as much money as they can from customers. The employee working at the time had confirmed that I did not authorize this as I had been in contact with him originally but there was nothing he could do without manager consent. Had he got to speak to her on the phone before I paid, I'm sure I would have never gotten my phone back!

I have been coming to this location for almost 4 years. They are very knowledgeable in a wide variety of devices. They are always very easy to reach, always return my calls and are always professional whenever I am talking to them.

I moved away from Hamilton but I still come back whenever I am in the area for anything cell phone, computer and TV related.

This place is brutal. Total scam artist. If I could give a negative star review, I would. Brought phone in to get fixed, got it back and it was worse. Don't even know how it was possible. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Scammers!

I got my phone screen fixed here, and the phone was returned with the touch not working. When I called the manager asked me to bring it back in. I dropped the phone off to be looked at, I had specifically said I do not want to pay any extra money, as it would be more beneficial to get a new phone and I had already paid $200 for a broken phone screen.

They called me with news that a $50 factory reset would be needed and they could give it to me for $35. They also mentioned that the touch screen was working fine. I know this was untrue, and I would not have brought it back in if it was. I have also done factory resets on my phone before so I would not have needed to pay for this.

They went ahead and did the factory reset without my permission and when I refused to pay they said they will not return my phone and they are going to call the police on me.

I still have not gotten the phone back.

In the process I received lots of disrespect and being screamed at over the phone. Seems like this is one of the lower quality company’s that collect as many nickels and dimes from their customers as they can and do not provide quality work in return. I’m not interested in giving this company anymore money but that seems it is the only way to get my phone back.

Horrible service in this store and they change the prices when they feel like it. When I was there 2 other people complained about the service as well ‍️
