David was great. Was convinced I needed a new charging port for my iPhone. He cleaned it out and my phone started charging way better! He didn’t try to upsell me with a costly new port. Very good customer service. Hard to find these days!

Terrible repair. Terrible service at saying what was wrong with the phone and what could have been better options to take.
Often would mistake me on the phone for another person with the same model.

I have never left a bad review on any business because I don't like to tear people down but I hd to come on here and say something. I got my iphone 11 pro max fixed at this location. It was a non original Apple screen that i purchased. When i went to pick it up the screen was lifting off just from putting my fingernail under it. I went back and said it had to be fixed. They put a new screen on and it is terrible quality. I’m trying to resell the phone now and no on wants to buy it because of how bad the screen is. It has very visible lines going down the screen, very poor quality. Words burn into the screen and don’t disappear for a while. I PAID 400$ FOR THIS SCREEN. I could have just paid another 200$ and got the screen fixed elsewhere for an original apple screen. I’m so disappointed and extremely let down.

Get customers service but poor workmanship. Scratched the side of my phone when replacing the back back of my phone and left old glue on camera. Also the new glue only held for a hour after I picked it up. Pay the extra money and go to a Samsung or Apple dealer. Worth the money.

I just can't be sure if I am getting a deal or not lol (but I think that is on me)! This is the second time I come to these gents for some techy thing! I bought a pair of headphones with a mic for work and I felt I paid a good price. I have come before to look at screen fixing or device repair and I have found them to be flexible with price (within reason naturally). Small shop, quality items, standard/flexible prices.

I’ve been going here for a while but today Sunday January 2nd 2021 was my last, the gentleman behind the counter was someone I have never seen before and his poor knowledge, abrasive personality and the fact he lied to me about the product resulted in me taking 550$ cash off the counter and leaving without buying the phone. The worst place to go and worst ppl to deal with.rip off prices. I got a screen protector there and I had to replace it 3 times charging me 90 dollars total.they r greedy for money. 1 of my fones they couldn't fix cuz they have no knowledge.dont go there.shop around before u go to this garbage. I wasn't gonna write this but I went to them about my screen protector and after paying 90 dollars total.they still wanted to charge me again.bunch of crooks.

2 years ago I bought the phone there, about a year ago I started having trouble charging the phone. Bought a new battery for $50 and many different cords, then paid 70 something dollars for a new charging port, still having trouble. I took the phone in to ask them to look at over, I came back if you hours later and they said it was charging, it was but not reliably. They changed the charging port again, no charge. Seems to be working better.

Recently got my Samsung A20 screen replaced. They do provide a warranty for there work. After getting the screen replaced I can no longer use my regular receiver when on. Did get a call back which was great.

To be honest it’s one of the most professional great service you could ever Get, I have dealt with (dev) multiple times and he has an amazing knowledge, smart, great customer service

Came in to get vital info recovered from my broken android phone. They had me in and out in no time. Very nice and knowledgable staff, who also take the time to explain things to you. I Would definitely recommend them. Thanks again for the great work and all the info you have provided.

Went to get my iphone x screen replaced. He neglected to tell me his replacements has a black border along the whole edge of the screen. This phone screen is supposed to be borderless.
Update: he texted me threatening me with god. Claiming “allah will not forgive me”.

Be careful when you go here, make sure you ask enough questions about service before you pay! I payed $55 to fix my phone because it was not charging. After a day my phone stopped charging again. They said it will cost me an extra $45 to fix my phone again. I declined to spend more because it was an old LG G6, I was left with a still broken phone and $55 out of my pocket.

Great place with very friendly and knowledgable staff. I would definitely recommend this place. Very efficient and fast repair was done on my phone. Great price and quoted cost was the actual price I paid after repair was done with an additional discount which was nice. Great job guys I definitely will come back when I require your services.

Excellent service! Friendly attentive and patient service - much appreciated. Last year they recovered all of my photos and documents from a computer that crashed - at a very reasonable cost. Recently they helped with issues with my android box and wifi issues in my home. I will return again for any tech issues that i have. Keep up the good work!

Had some battery problems with my phone. These guys were fair in pricing compared to other places and repaired my phone within an hour. I'll be coming back in the future if I have any other issues with my phone. They also have a great warranty on their parts
