Last fall we had all our windows and doors of our house replaced by Direct Pro Windows & Doors and were impressed by the excellent product and service. From the day of our initial consultation with Barry to the installation completed by Umut and his team, we found them to be professional, respectful and very responsible. Barry and Umut ensured that we had a good understanding of the design and quality of the product, as well as installation processes and time line. We had all windows (brick to brick) and all doors along with a sliding patio door replaced. We would like to mention that the price wasn’t the cheapest, but we got our money’s worth. Our new windows and doors keep our house very well insulated! The crew did a great job air sealing and we don’t have any more drafts coming from our windows! We have noticed that we do not need to spend more on heating. Barry was able to walk us through the government rebate program and give us a good idea as to how much money we would be getting back with our new energy efficient windows. We feel very happy with the results and overall experience with the service provided. Excellent product, excellent personality and people skills demonstrated by Barry and Umut and their team! We will definitely hire these guys again should we require new windows and doors in another house! We also highly recommend their services to friends and relatives. Thank you!

The installation was on time and at a very competitive price. We especially liked that we were given all the relevant information at the initial meeting about how to choose the right windows for us. Right from the start I had a positive experience with Direct Pro Windows & Doors. Our sales representative, Paul, was very knowledgeable and guided us in making the right choices for our front door, side door and sliding patio door. On the day of install, Paul arrived to ensure everything was on track and as we had expected. Our installers were very friendly and personable. Vasyl and his team took their time to ensure things were done right and cleaned up when they left. The new doors look great! We received a quote from Direct Pro for our front door, side door, French double doors at the back as well as for a new garage door. His price was competitive and the window samples and door catalogues he spent time going through with us were very impressive. The windows and doors were installed properly by professionally with attention to detail a high priority. The installers were well mannered and easy to get along with. After submitting an online request, Direct Pro Windows & Doors contacted me to schedule an appointment the next day. We met with Haig a few days later. We were very pleased with how Haig explained everything very clearly and took the time to answer our questions to our satisfaction, promising to have an installer contact us within the following week. True to his word, we were contacted a day or two later and Denys came out to take measurements and answer even more questions. After receiving a call to schedule an installation date, Denys and his crew showed up on time and did a great job installing all the windows, front entry door and sliding patio door making sure everything was cleaned up afterwards. From start to finish, we were pleased with the prompt response and communication and will gladly recommend Direct Pro in the future.

Denys and his crew installed three sets of doors in my house. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the quality, workmanship and reasonably priced too. These doors have made a huge improvement to the overall look of my property as well as adding so much additional sunlight inside the house. They were very particular about each window and very neat and clean! I was not expecting to learn about little things like quarter rounds and finished moulding but I'm very happy I did! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and addressed all my concerns. I never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision and he answered all my questions professionally. A lot of information was provided by Alex, allowing me to research and determine which options were best for me between the multiple quotes I was given by 3-4 companies. In the end, I chose Direct Pro Windows and Doors because the Alex appeared sincere, my research confirmed what I was told and because I had a good feeling not because they were the cheapest, but because I felt confident in them. The installation crew was efficient and courteous. Overall we had very pleasant experience with Direct Pro.

My wife and I were looking to replace a very old, very large, 9 piece living room window. It’s south-east facing and it used to get extremely hot every summer afternoon. Of all estimates we had, Charlie from Direct Pro was the only guy who took time to explain how our comfort would depend on the glass options available. He actually explained everything in numbers and we felt confident enough to trust the company. The difference the new window made is just unbelievable. We used Direct Pro Windows and Doors to replace 1 huge bay window and patio doors. We are totally happy with the price, the workmanship, the products, the installers, the salesman - everything! Direct Pro Windows and Doors is a professional company from start to finish. Charlie was a no-pressure salesman compared to a few others I had over. He knew the product was good, gave excellent recommendations with regards to maximizing the government rebate for energy efficient windows (which we took advantage of) and had a very competitive price, so there was no need to haggle. Denys and his crew were quick, efficient and tidy. I’m happy with the vinyl windows and side door.
