When you call to book a delivery, one employee is excellent and gives amazing customer service while the other is absent minded. I get to experience delivery on the incorrect day costing me $$$ because the idiot can't either 1) listen clearly to what clients are telling them or 2) can't read a calender properly.

I know my experience would have been five stars with the other employee but ****, how am I supposed to feel when I am out $$$ because of their screw up.

I am a very disappointed with their customer service. Today was the second incident with terrible customer service. I will never use again.

I had a truly awful experience this time. The mulch I received was composed of 60-70 percent powder, with hardly any wood pieces in it. When I placed the order over the phone, they never mentioned that the product would have this issue this year. Furthermore, when I called the manager to address the problem, her response was incredibly rude. She simply said, "Sorry, I cannot do anything, " and abruptly hung up the phone. It is incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. I hope the senior management/ owners will look into this matter seriously and employ a professional and well trained manager.

Great prices on bulk mulch and aggregate, friendly staff, quick service.

Over priced and will not let you shovel small amounts in bulk have to buy bags which is environmentally harmful not to mention costly.
